She reflexively reached out trying to smooth out the frown on Lu JingYan. Chi Ying had no idea why she did what she did… she merely felt that watching someone frowning like that pained her. She knew that the pressure of being the heir of Lu’s was tremendous. Yet Lu JingYan had always been composed and calm. It was difficult for one to imagine that there was such a fragile side to him.

Perhaps that way his heart wouldn’t beat irregularly from nervousness or being tortured by anxiety. He couldn't help but longed for this warm and relieved feeling. Just the thought of spending his normal everyday life with her was enough to make him feel a strong sense of happiness.
