《Alexander Black》Isn't taking care of herself

Alexander reached the hospital and quickly carried Aria inside. Her pulse rate was low when he checked.
As soon as the doctors saw him, they rushed to him.
"Check her up." He said to the doctors who shivered at the lack of emotions in his voice. They took Aria inside and started attending her without wasting a second.
Rachel and Rick walked to the receptionist as they didn't know where Alexander was. He drove too fast for them and it took them a while to be able to catch up with him.
"How may I help you?" the woman at the desk asked and stared at Rick like she wanted to eat him alive. Her eyes trailed on his body and Rachel noticed it.
"Eyes up here!" Rachel snapped at the woman, glaring at her which made Rick chuckle, "We are looking for Alexander Black. He just brought a girl in here a while ago. Can you tell me where they are?"
"Of course she can! It's her job." Rachel said and rolled her eyes.
The receptionist sighed and told them. Rick thanked her and walked away with his jealous girlfriend.
"Alex!" Rick saw Alexander leaning against the wall just outside, beside the door. He saw Rick and Rachel coming towards him.
"What is wrong with her?" Rachel asked and peeked inside through the circular little window found on the door. Unfortunately for her, she couldn't see Aria as the doctors were around her.
"I don't know" Alexander replied, his eyes fixed on the wall in front of him.
Aria didn't knew that saving Alexander meant endangering herself but Alexander did and he was worried.
"How do you two even know each other?" Rachel was confused as well as Rick.
"She saved my life, in a way." Alexander shrugged. Rick's eyes widened, "What do you mean 'she saved my life'?"

"I'll tell you later." Alexander replied to which Rick nodded.
Just then Rachel's phone started ringing. She answered it instantly, "Uncle Gerard? What happened?"
"Hey Rach. I wanted to ask you to look after Aria. She's not taking care of herself. Check on her, okay?" Gerard spoke.
Gerard knew Aria and Rachel very well. He was Aria's father friend and Rachel's uncle. Rachel's parents were in another country as they both wanted to spend some time alone. Considering that Rachel was mature and responsible, they allowed her to stay alone. Besides, she was an adult.
"I will." Rachel didn't tell him about Aria being in the hospital. "How's uncle Ben?" Rachel asked worried.
Aria's father treat her like his own daughter and vice versa. She knew that her father was a heart patient.
"Didn't Aria tell you?" Gerard asked which rendered Rachel confused and curious at the same time,"Tell me what?"
"That Ben doesn't have much time left…"
