"What is it? My baby is fine right? Is he hurt or something? Please tell me--" Aria was getting impatient as well as scared. By the look on Alexander's face, she knew something was wrong.

"He or she is fine. You were pregnant with twins but--" Alexander paused to look at Aria's expressions, they were neutral. He continued, "One of them- is no more."

"You shouldn't joke about this- It's a joke right? Please tell me you're joking…" Aria pleaded. Tears were forming in her eyes, threatening to fall and it did as soon as he said, "I'm sorry-"

"No! Stop lying- it's not something to joke about." Aria was crying, at the same time laughing, unable to believe what she's hearing. She was looking anywhere except him.

"Aria-" Alexander tried to talk to her but she wasn't listening to him. She was crying, tears was flowing continuously from her eyes.

"Look at me, damn it!" Alexander snapped and cupped her face, bringing her face closer to his, "You need to stay strong for our child-please."

"I- " she continued sobbing.

Alexander sighed, "Do you want to lose this one too? Damn it, Aria, at least this one is still here! Stay strong for him or her. Please."

"Everyone is waiting to see you, they're outside. Do you want to talk to them or need some time alone?" Alexander asked.

She was quiet for a while then said, "Send them in- I'll be okay."

"Are you sure?",He asked and she nodded, "I am. You're not going anywhere right?"

"No, love. I'll stay with you, always and forever." Alexander kissed her forehead before standing up. He went to call them in. As soon as they entered, they all walked towards Aria.

"Are you okay, sweetheart?",Bella asked Aria to which she nodded, "I'll be."

"I'm sorry- we are very sorry for your loss." John apologized. Everyone were indeed very sad.

"Dad. Stop bringing it up. " Alexander said as he knew that talking about it would only cause more pain that it already is causing.

"Alexander is right. The more we talk about it, the more it will pain. It's better if we just drop this." Stefan agreed.

Everyone nodded including Aria. Aria convinced herself mentally but was unable to convince herself physically. The pain was unbearable but she knew she needed to stay strong and she will try her best.

"Are you having pain anywhere, sweetie?" Anna asked, talking to Aria like Aria was her little sister.

"I'm alright." The pain she was feeling was nothing compared to the pain of losing a child, who wasn't even born.

"Are you sure?" Mike asked and she nodded, giving him a smile that didn't reach her eyes.

Alexander's phone beeped with a message and he instantly checked it, knowing it's from Brent, 'The accident was planned. We've got the driver and he revealed everything. I won't tell you what he said over the phone, it's something you need to hear with your own ears.'

Sighing Alexander put his phone back in his pocket and said to Aria, "I'll need to go for something urgent. I won't be long, will you be okay?"

Aria nodded, "I will be."

"I love you." He pecked her lips and said to every single member in his family, "Take care of her," to which they nodded and he left the hospital.

He went to the base and straight to Brent who said his cell name, "CB48"

Alexander directed towards that cell and entered inside. He was murderous, there was no way that this man was going to leave this place Alive.

Brent followed him and leaned against the wall to watch the show that was about to take place in front of him.

"Speak" Alexander ordered the man who was tied up in a chair. He shivered when he heard Alexander's voice. It was cold and deadly.

"I- w-was s-se-nd b-by a m-ma-man n-a-med-",He stuttered because of fear when Alexander stopped him with his loud voice,

"Stop! I can't understand a thing-"

The man gulped in fear. His throat was dry but he still manage to speak, without stammering this time,

"I was sent by a man named Russell Robbie. He ordered me to hit that woman with my car and rush from the scene immediately. I was given large amount of money and he kept my family hostage so I had to do it."

Alexander gave him a hard punch which broke his nose. Blood was flowing from it as the man cried in pain. He wasn't able to touch it since his hands were tied.

"Bastard! You fucking murdered my child!" Alexander shouted at him furiously.

Brent was shocked to hear that. He didn't even know that his lady boss was pregnant. Now that he heard that the Blacks lost a heir, he was also furious.

"What the fuck did you do? You fucking murdered our next emperor?" Brent shouted at him as he punched him until his hands as well as The man's face got bloody.

Alexander wasn't stopping him. He let him take out his anger on the man.

"I will fucking kill you with my own hands!" Brent spoke angrily.

"No you won't- that's my job to do." Alexander said and he nodded. He stopped beating the shit out of the man and turned to Alexander, "I'm sorry-"

"I understand. Take a break, clean yourself." Alexander said and he nodded then left.

"What do you know about Russell? Where is his base?" Alexander asked the man.

He replied immediately, "I don't know. I really don't. He met me in a park and told me to do all this. Please I didn't know anything forgive me!!"

Alexander knew he wasn't lying. Russell was no fool to invite someone in his base. He sure as hell knew that the man was going to get caught that's why.

He knew how powerful Alexander was, undoubtedly.

"You won't get out of here alive. Count your days though." Alexander warned the man before leaving the room.

"Torture him.",Alexander ordered Brent before adding, "To death."
