After I convinced Grayson that I was fine, I walked inside the school to my locker. I pulled my phone out of my pocket, and I dialed Melissa's number.
"Hello?" She asked.
"Melissa, something happened. I-I need you to come get me. It's bad. I-I think something is happening to me," I said, leaning against the lockers.
"Okay. I'm on my way. You're at the school, right?" Melissa asked, calmly.
"Yeah," I said, quietly.
"I'll be there in five minutes. Stay put," Melissa said before hanging up.
I put my phone back in my pocket, and I closed my eyes. It was like a nightmare. It had to be a nightmare. It couldn't be anything else.
Watching Grayson die replayed in my mind, and I felt tears in my eyes.
"Brooklyn, I'm here," Melissa yelled, making my eyes pop open.
She walked over to me, and I hugged her. She hugged me back, and a tear fell down my cheek.
"What happened?" Melissa asked as we broke apart.
I told her what happened in the car, and her face fell.
"Brooklyn, I think you had a vision," Melissa said as we drove away from the school.
"A vision? How?" I asked Melissa who looked like a deer caught in the headlights.
"Um, I don't know," she replied, gulping.
"You sure?" I asked her, making her nod.
"Yep. When we get home, you need to go get some rest," Melissa told me.
"But-.." I started but she cut me off.
"No buts. Go straight to your room, and get some rest," Melissa said, sternly.
I sighed, angrily, but I nodded. When we got to the house, I ran to my room. I laid on my bed, mumbling.
"Please lower your thoughts!" Melissa yelled, making me groan in my pillow.

My phone buzzed beside me, and I looked at it to see Grayson texted me.
Are you okay?
Yeah just had a huge migraine.
I put my phone down but it dinged again. I looked at it to see Grayson texted me again.
Okay well I had an amazing day and it's all because of you.
I smiled at the message before texting him back.
Me too. I'll see you tomorrow.
See you tomorrow.
I shut my phone off before closing my eyes. It didn't help though. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw Grayson dying in front of me.
I tossed and turned, trying to get some rest, but nothing was working. I decided to work on some of my homework, and after that, I watched a movie.
"Brooklyn, I have to go somewhere, but I'll be back soon," Melissa said from downstairs.
"Okay," I yelled back.
I heard her sigh before shutting the front door. I waited until I heard her car leave before walking downstairs. I walked into her witchcraft room, and I started to look around.
A book laid open on Melissa's desk, and I picked it up. I read the page it was left on.
Visions.
There is only two creatures that have visions; dark warlocks/witches or sirens. Visions can't be changed and there is nothing you can do to stop whatever is going to happen.
I placed the book on the desk as my heart broke. How could I have a vision? My mother is a werewolf and my father is a vampire.
"Brooklyn!" Somebody yelled, knocking on the door.
I walked out of the room, and I walked to the door. I opened it to see Julian standing there.
"Are you okay? Grayson told us what happened," Julian asked, frantically.

"I'm fine. Come on in," I told him, opening the door more.
He walked past me, and I shut the door.
"Julian, I had a vision of Grayson dying," I blurted out, making Julian turn around extremely fast.
"What?" He asked as his eyes widen.
"You might want to sit down for this," I said, making him walk over to the couch.
Once we were both sitting, I told him everything from the prophecy to what I just found in Melissa's book.
"Julian, I don't know what to do. This Carson guy might have killed my parents. I'm having visions that I shouldn't be having, Melissa is keeping things from me, and I can't tell Grayson because I'm scared he'll reject me," I said as I paced back and forth.
My breathing was quick and short, and all I was seeing was red. I looked over at Julian to see his eyes looking straight in mine.
"Brooklyn, your eyes. They're...silver," Julian said, shocked.
"I just need to take a few deep breaths," I said before taking slow deep breath.
"Everything is going to be okay. We just need to figure out who is this Carson fellow and why we were there in the first place," Julian replied, making me nod.
"Your right. I need to take a chill pill. How's the search for the hybrid going?" I asked Julian, trying to focus on something else.
He shrugged,"They have nothing right now. You're good."
I re-opened my eyes, and I felt better.
"I'm sorry I panicked on you," I apologized, but Julian waved it off.
"It's fine. I don't mind. That's what I'm here for," Julian said with a bright smile.
I nodded, smiling.
"Come on, you want to watch Avengers with me?" I asked Julian.
"I can't. Isabelle and I are going on a date tonight."
"Oooh. Have fun," I said as he opened the front door.
"Definitely. Bye, Brooklyn," Julian said.
"Bye, Jules," I replied before turning on the tv.
I turned on the first Avengers, and I found myself slowly drifting off to sleep.

"Have you found her yet?" I asked the guard before me.
He shook his head,"No, your highness. We believe that she's under a protective spell."
I clenched my jaw in frustration before throwing my glass across the room. It hit the wall, and it broke into a million little pieces.
I stood up from my chair,"I want to see results, people! I want Brooklyn Jones found now or so help me god.."
The guards quickly nodded before scurrying away from the room.
All I ask is for one simple thing, and those vampires can't even do it.
Even when I have them mind controlled.
"Where is the last place Brooklyn was seen?" I asked my second in command.
"California. Shadow Rock Pack," he replied, instantly.
"Good, get me a plane ticket. I'm going to California," I said as I walked towards the door.
I will find you, Brooklyn.
If it's the last thing I do.
