"good morning " I smiled as I reached the table where everyone was sitting , and when I say everyone I mean Noah and kristian of course , and the two babysitters who stayed the night after they fell asleep in the living room

"morning mommy " Noah said as he came over and hugged me , I bent down and lifted him up in my arms as I kissed his cheeks i heard kristian cough as he whispered in a cute way ' what about mine' I laughed out loud as i walked towards him and gave him a small kiss on his lips

"good morning baby "

"hey guys do you mind keeping it PG here , Noah is with us " Adam said while mateo was smirking at us

"it's okay, it's okay let him get used to it from now that will be faster " mateo said as he laughed

"that's messed up man " i saw Adam spank mateo over his head making me laugh out loud

"both of you shut up and eat your breakfast , we have work to do , what time are you leaving scar ?"

"i am not leaving , i just texted Mason , i am taking the day off "

"why is something wrong ?" kristian asked with worry all over his face , i smiled and thanked the maid that was serving me breakfast after that i looked at Kristian's frowning face , remembering last nigh made me feel giddy inside

"baby??" i snapped out of my thoughts as i felt a hand on my cheek and saw Kristian's eyes grow more worried and the frown on his face deepen

"I am sorry I spaced out , nothing is wrong I just want to spend the day with Noah , it's been a while and I want to visit my grandmother too" i saw kristian face relax again

"alright i will ask the driver and the bodyguards to wait for you when you want to leave, you should use this day to rest well " i nodded my head as i tried to eat the pancake that was sitting in front of me , after playing with my food for a while i ended up drinking my cup of coffee and that's it

"miss would you like to eat something else?" one off the maids who was cleaning up asked me as she saw my full plate

"No , it's alright i will eat later i am not hungry now "

"but miss...!"

"what's wrong ?" i heard a Kristian's voice coming from behind me where he was standing in his suite and brief case in hand

"nothing , i was just getting up , Noah is already getting ready to leave so i want to change too "

"did you already finish breakfast , its been only a couple of minutes !!"

"yeah , I ..."

" master , miss scarlet didn't eat her breakfast again , she only drank a cup off coffee " my body tensed up as i felt Kristian's strong glare on me

" again scar? why didn't you eat?"

" i am just not hungry yet , i will eat when i feel hungry " i walked towards kristian where he was standing , i lifted my hand and gently smoothed out the frown on his forehead, i saw him take a deep breath as he held my hand in his

" you promise ?"

"i promise "

"all right , wear something warm today the weather is quite chilly outside , your hands are already cold , okay!" i nodded my head with a smile as i felt his wet and gentle lips kiss mine and his hands embracing me into a tight hold, my hands were already in his soft hair , tugging on it as i felt a tightness in my chest reminding me that i need to breath , after a couple of seconds we puled away slowly

"i need to go , i will talk to you through the day , stay safe "

"hmm, have a good day "

"ugh get married already "

"i know right , it never ends , it makes us single people feel so left out " I heard Adam and mateo say making me blush hard as i ran the stairs to reach my room , the moment i reached my room i felt a throbbing pain in my chest as i tried to catch my breath but i couldn't , i leaned into the bed as i slowly rubbed my chest and took small breathes , after a couple of minutes everything went back to normal

'that's weird , what's going on this kind of pain has been happening for weeks now ' i though as i stood up and walked into my walk in closet , i decided to ignore it again and just get ready , if it happens again i will ask a doctor , let's not make a big deal out of it

staring at the big closet i tried to find something warm and comfortable to wear after a while i choose to wear a simple jeans with a black sweatshirt and sneakers

i left my hair free with out doing anything with it and after applying a simple makeup , i walked downstairs and saw Noah standing in front of the door waiting for me with a small bag on his back

"hey darling , sorry am i late?"

"no mommy , Noah finished early " he said as he hugged me

"what's with the bag darling?"

"it's for grandmother , a gift from Noah "

"oh grandma is gonna be happy , okay let's go , it's already 10 am" when i walked outside three men in black suites were already waiting beside the car , and i already knew the three of them since they have been going with me everywhere for the last three weeks

"good morning everyone "

"good morning miss, young master " the driver Lewis said as he opened the door for us , after settling in the other two bodyguards rode with us one was in the front and the other was in the backseat with us , the two of them had really scary looks and big builds but they were really nice with a big softy side , Colin which was the biggest guy between them was already a father of two girls and he was really overprotective which made him even more cute , me and Colin became friends right away and i really liked talking with him

so through the 30 minutes ride i ended up having a full conversation with him about his little girls , the moment we reached the nursery home Noah left the car and started running towards the doors , he had already memorized were my grandma was staying and he was so exited it made me smile as i ran behind him , i felt that throbbing pain in my chest again , i leaned on the wall as i rubbed my chest and blinked my hazy eyes

"miss are you alright?" Colin came to hold me right away , i stood up straight and smiled at him

"yeah yeah i am fine , i almost fell so i leaned on the wall "

" are you sure ? you look a bit pale "

"no i am fine , we should go Noah already went inside " i said as i started walking faster towards the room

"take it slowly miss , Greg is already with him " i nodded my head as i walked towards my grandmother's room , as reached the door i saw Noah already in hugging my grandmother and Greg on the side guarding the room with his hands behind his back as always , sometime i doubt it if he was a real human being

"hello grandmother"

"oh! scarlet your here, come come give nanna a hug " i smiled as i hugged my nanna tight and took a deep breath that filled me with his smell , the smell of love , nostalgia, care , and probably heaven

"how have you been nanna ?" i smiled at her as i sat beside her and Noah sat on my lap

" i am good now that your here "

"i am sorry nanna , i should come more , i am such a horrible granddaughter "

"what are you saying child , I am doing fine here , your aunt Jenna comes everyday , and Noah is visiting me everyday , and you come every time you can visit and even the young man kristian is coming , what more can I ask for, oh buy the way where is he why isn't he with you this time ?"

"he is at work , so it's just me and Noah today nanna "

"grandma , Noah bought you a gift " i heard Noah say as he jumped from my lap and went to get his bag from the bed were he left it , after a couple of seconds he came back with a big picture in his hand and gave it to my grandmother

"oh is this me? i love it " my grandma said as she stared at the picture with love in her eyes

"i am gonna let the nurse hang this on the wall alright ?"

Noah nodded his head and started talking about random things with my grandma and after a couple of hours it was already 1 pm , we eat lunch with my nanna , or at least i tried eating some ,but i just couldn't digest anything in , we finally decided to leave , as we rode the car the driver Lewis looked at me and asked me where to go this time

"to the park please , the one close to here "

"we are going to the park , yay " Noah screamed as he jumped up and down his seat , i smiled at how cute he was acting , and as i stared at off the window that throbbing pain in my chest hit me again , causing my eyes to haze as i tried to regulate my breath

'what's going on ....?'
