time skip : a week later

pov :

" you look beautiful my darling , the most beautiful bride i have ever seen " nanna said with tears in her eyes as i stood in front of her in my wedding dress

" so beautiful " donna said as she stood beside my nanna while she wore her sky blue maid of honor dress

"Thank you nanna , I am getting nervous " I said with a whisper as i turned around to look in the mirror again , it was finally the moment I was getting married and i have never been this nervous in my whole life , my makeup was finished simply as i wanted and everything else was just perfect.

"don't be nervous darling , you will be fine " as my nanna finished talking a knock on the door made me turn around and stare at the entrance of the room nervously

"it's me Jenna . . . oh darling you look amazing like a real princess " Jenna said with a gasp as she entered the room

"thank you aunt Jenna , and thank you for coming " i said as i hugged aunt Jenna who had a wide smile on her face

"i am more than happy to be here , we are family after all , this hotel is amazing by the way , everything looks so elegant and beautiful , you're soon to be husband must be really a good man for him to prepare all this in a week "

i smiled like a little girl

" he is . . . an amazing man , i am lucky to have him "

"oh look at you blushing and everything " Jenna said as She giggled with everyone else in the room

"anyway the ceremony is gonna start soon , it's already 4 o'clock , let me take your grandma and go wait in the hall , alright !" i nodded my head with a smile as i waved my nanna and Jenna goodbye , leaving me and donna all alone in the room

"15 minutes and you will be Mrs. knight , so how do you feel? " donna said as i sat down beside her on the king sized bed

"nervous , but mostly happy and eager . . . i mean this is it . . . i am gonna be happy with the man i love and our child " i said with nervous giggle , i felt a hand resting on top of mine i looked beside me and saw donna smiling gently at me

" i have known you for years scar and believe me there is no one in the whole world who deserves to be happy more than you do "

"thank you sis " i said with a whisper as tears threatened to fall from my eyes

"hey don't you dare cry , you will ruin you're makeup " donna said with a scream as both of us laughed

" have you told him yet ?" donna asked me with a whisper as i finally calmed down

" no, not yet I wanted to be sure of it first " I answered as I fidgeted around and played with my nails nervously

"the test turned out positive didn't ?"

"yeah , two actually . . ." i touched my flat stomach unconsciously as a big smile spread over my face when i thought about the two positive pregnancy tests that i have in my bag

"i can't believe you're pregnant ! this is so exciting , ben will be so excited when he knows . . . "

"yeah, but remember you can't tell anyone , I want to tell kristian first " i said back as i stood up and walked towards the mirror to fix my large dress

"you should have told him yesterday , keeping such secret is so hard " donna whined as she stood up and helped me wear my heels

"i am gonna tell him tonight after the wedding , so keep it shut don . . ." before i could finish talking a knock on the door stopped me in my tracks , i looked at donna and smiled at her knowing that the one behind the door was the one who was supposed to walk me down the aisle

"come in " donna shouted as she helped me hold the bouquet of while flowers

" are you ready little one ?"

"ready . . ."

Kristian's pov :

"where is she ? she's late ?" i said nervously as i stared at the closed doors of the wedding hall , the wedding hall was packed with people staring like me at the door waiting for the bride to make her entrance , but probably i was the only one who was this nervous and impatient

"calm down man , she will be here soon , ben just went to get her " just as mateo finished talking and patting me on my back

i saw the big white doors open slightly allowing me to see Noah entering with a basket full of flowers in his hands , and with each step he took some petals would fall down on the aisle opening up the way for donna to walk in with jack by her side , i heard the music start playing in the background and with each beat of the song my heart would beat louder

beautiful , that's all i could think of as i saw her entering the room , just like sunshine , when she walked in everything else dimmed , i felt my heart stop and my breath hitch as tears threatened to fall from my eyes

she looked at me with a smile as a tear escaped my eyes , she was getting closer to me only a couple of steps between us , a couple of seconds and i can hold her in my arms , i closed my eyes for a second to calm my heart and the moment i opened them again here she was standing in front of me , i took a step down from the stair and reached out to take her hand from ben , he stepped closer and hugged me as he gave me her hand that he was holding before

"take care of my sister knight . . . "

"always " i said as i took her hand and smiled at her , helping her to get up to stand in front of the priest that was waiting for us with a gentle smile , i slowly stood closer to her , right in front of her and held her hand and whispered

"you look beautiful " she smiled back with a blush

"you look handsome too " a cough stopped me from moving closer to scarlet

"you can kiss her after the ceremony " mateo said while laughing , making everyone else laugh , i groaned at him as i turned around and looked at the priest ushering him to start

"Ladies and gentlemen, family and friends, we are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the joining of kristian knight and scarlet Kristof in marriage. With love and commitment, they have decided to live their lives together as husband and wife ." the priest said as he looked at me and scarlet with a smile

"scarlet and kristian , today you are surrounded by your friends and family, all of whom have gathered here to witness your marriage and to share in the joy of this special occasion. Today, as you join yourselves in marriage, there is a vast and unknown future stretching out before you. The possibilities and potentials of your married life are great; and now falls upon your shoulders the task of choosing your values each other and living you're lives together . Through your commitment to each other, may you grow and nurture a love that makes both of you better people, a love that continues to give you great joy , and also a passion for living that provides you with energy and patience to face the responsibilities of life."

"now , as per requested form the groom , i shall keep this ceremony short , someone is quite eager . . ." the priest said making everyone in the hall laugh and scarlet chuckle

"well can you blame ?" i said as i pointed at scarlet

"well , now for the Vows ; Do you kristian knight , take scarlet Kristof to be your lawfully wedded wife, promising to love and cherish, through joy and sorrow, sickness and health, and whatever challenges you may face, for as long as you both shall live?"

"I do"

"Do you scarlet Kristof , take kristian knight to be your lawfully wedded husband , to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do you part?"

"I do " scarlet whispered beside me making me let out a breath i was holding in

"by the power vested in me i now pronounce you husband and wife , you may kiss your bride "

a split second, that's all it took for me to lose control , i hugged her tightly and kissed her soft rosy lips as if i was kissing her for the first time in my life , i have never felt so alive in my whole life , i ignored all the voices around me as i locked our lips deeper into a moment of ecstasy, and god how much i wished when can stay in that moment forever

slowly i pulled away from her lips as i felt scarlet struggling for air in my embrace , when i opened my eyes i saw her staring at me with a beautiful blush covering her face , i pulled farther away and looked at her with a smirk as i caressed her face gently

"as expected you really look beautiful in white " i whispered into her ear as she giggled

"get a room " Adam shouted beside me , making me frown

"I wish " I said with a groan making everyone laugh , after a minute of laughter , i stood in front of everyone with scarlet beside me as she held my hand

"in my name and my wife's name " i said with the biggest smile ever , yes she was finally my wife

" I thank everyone for coming to our ceremony and becoming part of our special day , i hope everyone will join us in the reception area to continue our celebration " i circled my hand around scarlet's waist as i pulled her with me and started walking towards the garden where we will be having the reception , i heard the noise of the guest around us as they laughed and joked around as they walked behind , as we stepped out of the hotel's hall into the garden we were greeted with servants holding trays of Champaign , some holding trays of food as they served the guests , i continued walking until we almost reached our table where scarlet's nanna and Noah were already sitting and smiling wildly at us , scarlet laughed as she waved at them with her warm smile . . .

but ,

one sound all it took to destroy my paradise and to make me stop in my tracks paralysed , i heard a scream calling her name with fear

hey guys , first i hope you like the chapter , and i am really sorry for the late chapter but life sucks and i had to keep up with a lot of stuff lately , and for some reason all this stress has been causing me to write in a weird way so basically i am in a slump , hopefully i can get back to normal fast
