Part 51

Blaize's Pov. 

No, I'm not sad at all that she denied me for dinner, nope I'm not hurt. 

Gosh, telling this to myself is just making it worse. Why did she deny? She must be so mad at me, I know she hasn't forgiven me yet, but after that kiss and that night I thought she was not upset anymore.

It's not her fault, what I did was so wrong that I won't also forgive myself ever. 

I knew she never wanted me to do anything for her forgiveness and I'm trying my very best to make her smile and safe. It was working because she was all smiling, laughing and happy.

But then why did she deny? 

"Oh, pretending to work again?" I sighed as Bryan entered my office with everyone else.

"What are you idiots doing here?" I said, narrowing my eyes at them. They all had worn a black and white tuxedo. Where are they going?

"I have got news for you, about…..him" I sat straight as Kyle said 'him'. "What is it?" 

"He was last seen in Paris 10 months ago, the court had sentenced Ian Parker to be in prison for 20 years but he was released early as in 10 months ago" I frowned as Kyle told me that, "But why?" I asked.

Declan opened the file and started " Because he was at his best behaviour in prison and he also had saved the life of a minister who gave him in reward that his punishment would be reduced and he was released early." 

Damn, that's why he wasn't in prison, "then he was last seen at Angel's old house asking about where she went and else. After that there was no sign of him. He didn't also go to his home." Adrian said and I sighed. 

"His brother, Aaron is also searching for him but never got any result" Bryan said and I hissed. 

"We are The Inferno for fuck sake, what is the use of these high tech equipments and devices when we can't even find a man out there?" I yelled, throwing the files away. 

"Of course if the man we are talking about is in disguise" I stopped throwing things when I heard Bryan. "What do you mean?" 

"It means, we are looking for him with his pictures, so what if he is roaming around in disguise? And the face we are looking for is hiding under the other face." He really had a point. 

I nodded my head at him and took a seat again. "So what do you think we should do?" I asked, raising my brow. 

"I already made arrangements for it, I asked Aaron for Ian's finger prints so we can start over our search again and it will take a day so how about now we go out to a club to celebrate your birthday?" Bryan said and I rolled my eyes. 

"I'm not celebrating it, I'd rather be here working on our project" I replied and he huffed.

"Come on buddy, it's your birthday let's have a toast" Bryan said with a smirk and I again shook my head. Not after Angel said no. 

"Okay I get it, now that you have got a girl, you are gonna celebrate your birthday with her only. Who even needs a bunch of cool friends now?" Bryan said over dramatically and wiped some fake tears. 

"Jezz, okay fine, let's go, you bastard." I said throwing my hands up. 

"Uh, uh, no, not like this, first take a fresh shower and change into this" Adrian said, passing a black and white tuxedo. 

I rolled my eyes and took it. After like 15 minutes I got ready. It's like I'm going to some grand party. It's so over for a club. Not to mention I'm still sucking over Angel's denial.

Adrian insisted me to drive into his car so I did but surprisingly he didn't drive me to the club, but he drove me to my mansion. 

"What are we doing here? I thought you guys were going to a club?" I asked while frowning. 

Bryan smiled and pointed at my dark mansion. Wait where did the lights go?

"We gotta take Chris too," Declan said and they all walked out of the car with me then proceeded to the mansion door. 

Without Knocking boys entered inside and my frown deepened at how dark it is inside. 

I also entered inside and it's like walking into a blackhole, it's that dark.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLAIZE" the lights turned on brightening the area. 

"Fuck my heart" I rasped and rested my hand on my heart. I literally would have a heart attack. 

I looked up and there was everyone, like my family, friends, cousins and even my business inventors and partners. I was literally shocked and wasn't able to find a word.

The mansion was decorated with black and white themes and roses. Even everyone was dressed in black and white clothes. 

Then my eyes landed on her, Angel. Today she is literally looking like an Angel. Gorgeous. Her beauty was complementing that white gown. 

I could see her blushing when I didn't take my eyes off her. I felt someone touch my shoulder, I looked and saw it was Benny. She giggled and took my infront of Angel.

"Happy Birthday," Angel said, looking down and biting her lip. Damn can I kiss her now?

"She did this all for you, surprise party for your birthday" my eyes widened when Benny said that. 

Oh god, that's why she denied for dinner, how stupid of me. 

"Thank you" I smiled and pulled her in a tight hug. 

Everyone cheered again and wished me for my birthday. They started to give me gifts and speeches for my happiness after the cake cutting while I just looked at Angel, it's like my eyes stuck up to her beauty. 

I can't believe I'm this lucky to have a woman like her, she is my … everything. I can't describe in words what I'm feeling at the moment.

"Okay now, I would like Angel to come here and say something about this amazing day" Adrian announced and Angel looked so nervous.

I was about to stop her but she hesitantly went to the stage. Wow, is she doing all this for me? 

"H-hello everyone" she smiled nervously and took a deep breath. 

She closed her eyes for a minute then opened them and looked directly into my eyes. 

"Happy birthday blaize, I. . I am so sorry and thank you. Sorry for breaking your heart today, I behaved like a bad girl while you were just… the sweetest husband anyone could ever ask for" I smiled as I felt my eyes filled but I didn't let the tears escape.

"Then Thank you for … for.. everything you did for me, I know you also made so many mistakes…… but that will never change what I felt for you. Plus the clap doesn't happen with one hand does it? So it's not only you blaize, we both made mistakes, we both had our hard time but now it all passed. Now I want to thank you for being my other half"

"Thank you for taking birth and came into my life to paint it with your beautiful smile" I chuckled at her, she didn't move her eyes and blinked them once while she kept looking at me. 

"Blaize I want to tell you that, I. ..that..I. " Her hands shivered badly, her social anxiety must have kicked in because she was again looking at people nervously. 

I ran to the stage and took Mike from her. I nodded my head at her and hugged her tightly. "Now, I would like to ask for a small present right now? Would you give?" She looked at me confusingly and nodded. 

"Would you give me the first dance of this evening?" Her violet eyes sparkled with happiness and she nodded then held my hands. 

I took her to the dance floor and the music turned into the soft one. She put her hands on my shoulder while I put mine on her waist. I pulled her closer and we swayed to music slowly.

I was completely lost in her beauty, her mesmerising violet eyes, beautiful cheeks, rosy lips, she looked so gorgeous.

"Blaize, uhm" she said but she looked so nervous. "What is it? You want to ask something?" I asked.

She shook her head and looked down, I smiled and put my finger under her chin and pulled it up until she looked into my eyes. 

"You know Angel, you can ask anything, say anything. No matter what it is." She nodded her head and again bit her lip nervously.

"You, uhm, you didn't. … you didn't tell me how… I'm looking" Oh god, yes I didn't tell her. 

I chuckled and kissed her cheeks, "I thought I didn't need to say that, because everyone knows you are looking gorgeous but that's what making me so jealous, the men are looking at your beauty but I'm also happy that I'm the lucky one who got this beauty" I whispered the last part in her ear making her blush. 

"But I'm surprised that you finally used makeup" she giggled and nodded. "I wanted to look beautiful, that's why I didn't stop Benny for makeup and these jewellery and gown made me look good too." She said looking at me innocently. 

I shook my head and brushed her cheeks, "No Angel, these things are nothing infront of what I have " I whispered, nuzzling my head into her neck. 

"What is that?" I heard her and smiled. 

"Do you wanna see?" She nodded her head. "Come with me" I said and took her hand. 

Everyone was busy dancing, eating, drinking and talking. So no one noticed when I held her hand and took her to our room.
