《The Dragon King's Servant》Chapter Seventeen: Proof

Brandi looked up from the bar counter as the curtain opened and when she saw Kelly walk in she smiled. Her smile only widened further when she saw Melanie and Lucian walk in after. Brandi, wearing only a dark black bra and pink laced panties, laid out three napkins, short stemmed glasses and filled them with water.
"Its about time you got here."
"Sorry." Melanie said. "We had to pick this one up from the book store." She said, tossing a thumb over her shoulder at Lucian who pulled out both stool for them before sitting in his own. Something that Brandi did not miss. She had seen dozens of different people come and go from the bar, few of them ever upheld the chivalrous act that she had only ever seen in five star gourmet restaurants.
"So what did you decide upon?" He asked.
"You haven't made a decision on him yet?" Brandi asked.
"Its only been a day. Not even that really." Melanie replied, "plus there is more to it than that." She looked at Lucian with a furrowed brow.
"Yeah. What is up with the alien shit?" Kelly asked abruptly.
"Alien?" Brandi asked. "Who is? He is?" She asked and then looked him up and down. "He looks human." Brandi shrugged.
"He didn't say alien." Melanie replied.
"No, I am not an alien. If you mean to say that I am not from this world-" he looked at Melanie, "-then yes, this is true. I come from a world similar but vastly different from yours."
Kelly and Brandi shared an expression and confusion that shifted to suspicion.
"So umm...this world. Where exactly did you come from or how did you come from there?" Kelly asked.
"Maybe a space ship or something?" Brandi smirked.
"No. A portal. Do you not have portals here?" He asked.
"No, we dont." Melanie replied, a sudden doubtful expression on her face as to how sane he was. "Where is this portal?"
"In the lot outside of this establishment." He gestured toward the doors.
Kelly and Brandi shared a worried expression which Melanie too shared with them.
"Handsome but hallucinogenic." Brandi shook her head as she reached for the phone.

"Wait." Melanie said. "Show us that thing you showed me. With your hand."
Lucian looked around at the people who were half naked walking around the room sharing drinks and conversations.
"No one will see it. I doubt even we will." Kelly smirked.
"You do not believe me?" Lucian asked, a look of outrage and insult.
"Honey, I believe you as much as I do the guy who comes in once a week believing he can take me home every time. Spoiler alert, he never does."
"Fine." He outstretched his arm and curled his fingers into a claw. Slowly, the pigment of his skin starting shifting at his fingertips. It changed from tan to black. The black continued up to his hand and then over his wrist. From the pores in his skin, out grew black scales as shiny as polished obsidian.
His nails extended into curved black claws that resembled eagle talons. Their eyes went wide with disbelief, even Melanie's who had seen it before. Brandi reached out and touched his arm. The scales were dry and hard, like polished stone. The human flesh that had been there only a moment prior, was gone.
She pulled away and watched as the scales shrank away allowing the human flesh to take it back over once more.
"Umm...okay. Yeah, so not from this world." Brandi nodded, reaching under the bar she pulled out a shot glass and poured herself a straight shot of whisky.
"What exactly are you then? Who are you?" Kelly asked. "Also, why are you here?"
"My name, is Lucian Drakko, I am the King of Vervainia. Fifth heir of the Drakkon throne." He replied, a proud tone in his voice.
"King? Like royalty?" Brandi asked, pouring herself a second shot of whisky.
"That is correct." He nodded and looked down at Melanie who felt that familiar tingle as she met his eyes. "I am here to claim a servant. One who is willing to serve me by choice, not by duty."
Brandi looked to Kelly who was obviously getting aroused by the thought of serving Lucian.
"Just one...or maybe..."
"Kelly!" Melanie blushed.
"What? I could be a slave too." Kelly said.

"Have you read the series of submission?" Lucian asked.
"Those three books that Melanie said you wrote?"
"Yes, those."
"Uh...no, no I have not." She sagged.
"Then no. I live by a very certain code and I expect my servants to as well." He looked at Melanie, a fierce smile on his handsome face. "She has read and practiced that code, all on her own. I can feel it. However. There are plenty of others like myself who long for servant's of their own. I'm sure if you'd come with-"
"Yes! I'd love to." Kelly said excitedly.
"Do they look like you?"
"Well, my brother...or half brother bares a resemblance to me and-"
"Oh my God. I have to meet him. Say you'll take me with you. Please?" Kelly asked.
"I see no reason why not too." He shrugged.
"What does this world of yours look like?" Brandi asked.
"It is beautiful. Forests as far as the eye can see. Lush vegetation and tall trees that stretch into the clouds. The opal sea extends far out to the east." He smiled, reliving the image from his window.
Brandi sighed, imagining looking out over the sea from a balcony window.
"What about the people and your culture. What is it like?" Melanie asked.
"Everyone does as they please, mostly. There are some that would live against the laws but I imagine it is similar to here." Lucian explained. "Everyone is treated fairly and equally. No man, woman or child is without the opportunity to do what they truly enjoy."
"You mean...I could own my very own place like this over there?" Brandi asked. "Wait, is there a place like this?"
"If there is an establishment like this one, I have yet to discover it." He replied. "It is hard to find people who have...interests that are as fluid as this."
"So there are no kinky communities in your world?" Kelly asked.
"Oh no, there are but there are no grand places such as this to meet. It is mostly done in private."
"Oh I would change that in a heart beat!" Brandi chuckled. "I mean, what is a world where you can't live out your desires to the fullest?"
Lucian smiled and nodded in complete agreement.
"That is precisely what I have been trying to build. A world where everyone can live out there best lives without hurting others or giving up something of their own along the way." He replied.
Melanie smiled and watched his lips move as he spoke. Soft pink lips that curled and stretched with every word. She wondered what his lips and tongue tasted like. What his mouth on her would feel like. The more she thought about it, the more she wanted to know.
"Do you make all the laws?" Melanie asked.
"Well, I do make new ones but there are six core laws. Always be honest, trustworthy, kind, faithful, accepting, supportive and compassionate." He explained, counting them off one at a time. "The laws I have created support open mindedness and a supportive nature to both my people and their communities."
"How has that worked out?" Kelly asked.
"The differences in our races have almost vanished. There are groups still out there who want to seperate society but I am minimizing that over the years."
"Like terrorists groups?" Melanie asked.
"I suppose you could call them that." He nodded.
"If I go with you, would I...sorry-" she looked at Kelly apologetically, "-would we be staying with you?" Melanie asked.
"Of course. The servants have their own floor. You would be welcome to any room." Lucian smiled.
"What does a servant's room look like?" Brandi asked.
"Well..." he looked around the room gauging the size of it. "I guess each room is about half this size. Maybe a little bigger."
All three of them gasped in surprise. The room they were in was easily the size of a gymnasium. Even a quarter of that room would've been enough for two rooms. Just half of that space was over nine hundred feet.
"You mean that we would both get our own rooms? That are half this room's size?" Kelly asked.
"Well yes." He nodded, a confused expression on his face as he wondered whether he explained it well enough or not.
"We could decorate our rooms?" Melanie asked.
"Well, yes. I encourage everyone to live as they desire. I want everyone to have their own personality and self love.
"I'm in!" Kelly and Melanie shouted.
