《Married To The Don》S I X T E E N

" When was the last time you saw him? " Victoria asked while devouring her salad.
We were out at lunch together in this little cozy cafe in the city. Victoria claimed that this was her most favorite place ever in London, she used to come here a lot during her high school days.
" Let me think, the morning that you and Brandon came to pick us up in the forest? " I shrugged drinking my tea.
Tea had grown on me, all thanks to my mother in laws.
" That was last week. " Victoria gasped dropping her fork.
" Eh. I can live without seeing him. " I said giving her another fork.
Lies. You missed him.
" That him is your husband. " she gasped again.
" You know it's an arranged marriage. We certainly have no feeling for each other. And, he can do whatever he wants as long as he stay faithful. "
" About that, er. " Victoria awkwardly spoke.
" What are you not telling me? You saw him? " I asked.
" Look I'm sorry. But, I have been hiding things from you alright. " Victoria said pushing her salad away. Clearly losing her appetite.
" I thought we were friends. " I huffed.
" We are. " she claimed.
" Friends don't hide things from each other. " I said.
" Okay okay. No more hiding from this day onwards. You have my words. " she said. I nodded.
" I see and talk to Seth on a daily basis. "
Wow.
" H-he has been busy. But, I don't know why he is avoiding you. I asked him every chances I catch his presence at the main base or at the warehouse, but he kept shoving me off. " Victoria huffed rolling her eyes.

" And? "
" Talia has been clinging to him like a goddamn koala. " Victoria scoffed.
I sipped my tea calmly.
She's nothing to me. You will be the last woman in my life. Lies lies all lies.
" Why are you calm? " Victoria asked looking at me weirdly.
" What do you expect me to do? " I asked.
" I don't know. End her for good? " she suggested. I shook my head dismissing the idea.
I was not going to kill anyone for him anymore, in fact I would never try to scare those bitches off ever again. They were not the problems, I didn't blame them for desperately throwing themselves at a Greek god billionaire even if he was married.
My husband was the problem. He knew he had a wife but that still didn't stop him from hoeing around.
I needed to show him what he was missing out on and what he would never be able to have ever again. Because I was done with his shits.
" I heard Brandon hosts a party at his house tonight? " I asked.
" Yes. Seth is going to be there. " she answered before smirking.
" Are you thinking what I'm thinking? " she asked I nodded smiling.
" In that case we will need to go shopping. " Victoria squealed pulling me from the table.
To say that I regretted coming to shop with her was an understatement. This shopaholic shopped like she was a mad woman. Victoria kept dragging me from stores to stores not even giving me sometime to breath. After, hours which seemed like years of walking around with hundreds of bags on our arms she finally decided that she was done for today.
Victoria ended up picking and buying me my outfit as I was already exhausted from walking in heels, my feet was hurting, and was too tired to look. I was taking a big risk by trusting her fashion sense.

Dean and Noel picked us up at the mall. As soon as we got home, Victoria rushed into her rooms with all the things she got to get ready while I went up to my room and took a little nap as I spent the whole afternoon shopping.
Victoria came back an hour later to doll me up in her silk off the shoulders pink cropped shirt with high waisted black pants and killer heels. She looked absolutely stunning, liked a goddess.
I guessed the good looks ran in the Salvatore's blood.
" Why the hell did you put me in pink? " I cringed looking at myself in the mirror.
Victoria had done my make up and curled the ends of my blond hair before forcing me into this scandalous velvet pink two pieces set. The noodle straps top was cropped just above my rip cages showing most of my toned stomach while the skin tight skirt went down to my mid thighs with a slit on the side exposing my legs even more.
At this moment, I mentally thanked myself for working my ass out at the gym this past week, or else I would have been doomed and looked ridiculous in these.
" On Wednesday we wear pink, Lana. " Victoria giggled quoting means girl.
" I look like a goddamn Barbie. " I cringed.
" That is exactly what I was aiming for, blue eyes blond hair pink clothes. " she giggled.
I gave her a stern looks. She really thought this was funny.
" Come on loosen up a bit. You look hot as fuck. I wouldn't mind tapping that, if I weren't straight. "
" You put that Tarissa to shame and she is a model. " Victoria said cringing at the thought of Talia.
" Why do you have to insult me? Comparing me to her? Really? " I asked with a disgusted face earning a full blown of laughters from her.
I then grabbed my clutch and phone before rushing out the room with Victoria as we were already an hour late.
" I call this fashionably late. " she shrugged as we were walking down the stair.
" I call this tardiness. "
" Jeez. You sound like my cousin. " Victoria laughed.
As we reached the end of the stairs Victoria started to look around the house searching and scanning.
" Where's Dean and Noel? " she asked stilling looking.
" Don't even try to spot them. They are like my wizard bodyguards. "
" I can never find them but they will magically appear the moment I step a foot out of this house. " I shrugged earning another laughters from Victoria.
True to my words, Dean and Noel did appear when we stepped outside the house.
" Are you ready? " Victoria asked with a smirk on her face.
We had arrived at the mansion of Brandon King, the under Don, Seth's best friend. I could feel anxiety and nervousness rushed through my blood. This would be the first time seeing my husband after a whole week of him disappearing without an explanation.
" Yes. "
" Let's go give your husband a stroke. "
