It was a silent night drive. The road was empty and the only vehicle running was Jungkook's. You sulked ㅡ gazing outside the window but mind scattering to another dimension. Jungkook stole glimpses at you on each moment, wondering what had gotten into you.

"It's not like you to sulk."

Jungkook suddenly broke the ice. You only managed a sigh ㅡ it was a first-time in your life that you felt irritated when you heard his voice. Usually, you would tensed at his voice and have butterflies in your stomach ㅡ but you suddenly felt nothing.

You glanced at him with furrowed eyebrows. Basically, he had seen through you. You were upset ㅡ not knowing what was he thinking when he revealed his own secret. He will always wear the unreadable expression.

"Then, what if I am? I have the right to feel whatever I am feeling."

Frustrated at your own thoughts, you talked with a high tone. Jungkook didn't reply ㅡ instead he drove the car to the roadside and halted, turning off the engine. You turned your head to him with a perplexed expression on your face.

"Then, tell me.."

Jungkook voiced out, unbuckling his seatbelt ㅡ his hands grabbed your shoulders and you flinched in shock. Panicked from the touch, you accidentally pressed the button on the door, bringing the window down. Gust of wind bursted into the car, blowing tendrils of your own hair.

"What did I do wrong?"

You can't help but be surprised. Somewhere in the edge of his tone, lies a guilt. A wave of emotion flashed behind the pair of obsedian eyes as his grasps on your shoulders tightened. No words could escaped your throat as you roamed and got lost in his eyes. You could hear his breath, the air and your heartbeat at one time. It made you frantic.

"Everything. Nothing has gone right."

You murmured, eyes not wavering. You couldn't comprehend anything that was happening. You were caught in a dilemma when you saw his eyes. And your body moved on its own.

You slowly trailed your hand on his blazer. Feeling the freezing cold temperature of night slowly turning hot.

"What can I do to make it right?"

Jungkook spoke softly. His breath hitting your temple and you felt a knot in your stomach. Jungkook was like an entirely different person that night. He had never touched you out of interest yet that lonely night, he was craving for a touch.

As if you were under a spell, you couldn't answer him. Your hand slowly trailed up to his neck, jaw and cheek. Your gazes fell down to his lips ㅡ his kissable lips. A weird feeling harvested inside you. The feeling of déjà vu. As if that had happened a night before.

Jungkook didn't yanked your hand away, instead he studied your every moves on him. It was embarrassing and you can feel your cheeks turning bright red ㅡ but you won't stop. Because it might be your last time touching him.

"I don't know either. But I wish we won't stop."

In spite of saying that, you brought your hand down from his face. The latter was shock as you pushed him by the chest. The tip of your fingers were still trembling as unlocked the door and hopped out of the car.

"I'll be sleeping at my friend's house. I forgot that I promised to go to her house tonight."

You lied deliberately before slamming the door shut ㅡ leaving a confused Jungkook in the car by himself.

What was I doing? ; You thought inside.

The cold wind gathered around you as you sauntered across the empty sidewalk. You didn't want to turn around ㅡ knowing that Jungkook's car was still there.

Maybe I should go to Sunhi's house; you spoke in mind.

Shoving your hands inside your jacket, you looked around ㅡ trying to find Sunhi's house. Thankfully, Sunhi's house was somewhere around the vicinity.
