There was a loud bang outside of the cell and screaming and yelling was heard.

"Coralina!" I heard a familiar voice.

I got up and went up to the bars, the sliver from the rope still burning my wrists.

"Coralina!" Colton?

"Colton?!"

"Sissy!" His figure showed up in front of me. "Step back." I did and he shifted into his midnight black wolf and used his teeth to rip open a whole in the bars.

I ran over to him and one of his warriors cut the rope off. I hugged his wolf that towered over my 5"7 frame.

He lowered his head and body and motioned for me to climb on. I did and he raced off. The soldiers shifted as well and followed us out. Once we got outside, it was a bloodbath. Wolves were tearing each other apart.

Colton ran through the fighting and then when we got to the edge of the boundary line, howled. That signaled all of his warriors to follow him.

They ran over and we crossed the boundary line and raced out. We got about ten miles away when I leaned up and asked Colton to let me stretch my legs and run with everyone. He nodded his big head and slowed to a stop.

"But, Beta, she won't be able to keep up." Some of the warriors who stayed in human form said. Colton's wolf held a smug smirk and nodded at me. I laughed in my head and shifted.

I was almost his height, but a few inches shorter, in wolf form. After I finished shifting and stretched out for a second we took off with me and Colton racing each other at the very front of the pack.

I laid down and felt the exhaustion of the day catch up to me as I slowly drifted off to sleep.

The next morning we woke up bright an early. It was only about an hour run to get to the pack.

"Ready Sissy." Colton said.

"Yep, Coco." He groaned as some of his warriors laughed. He snapped and growled at them.

"Shut up." They whimpered and stepped back. I laughed and we packed everything up.

"Don't be so sour. Let's get going before he catches up to us." I said.

Colton looked at me with worry. "I know I can't smell him that strong on you, but he didn't rape you, did he?"

"No, but he tried." I said shuddering at the thought. Colton saw and growled and wrapped an arm around me.

"Like I said, no one will ever hurt you again little sister." He said.

I nodded and hugged him and we started to run.

We got to the pack land and hour later and it felt great. I had never been to the pack land before, so I knew this was going to be a challenge to gain the warriors and commanders trust.

"Go to your home's and rest." Colton said to the warriors. They nodded their heads and went off to see their families.

"Colton. Where's Paxton?" I had never met him and wanted to thank him for helping me.

"He is away dealing with his brother. He will be back tomorrow."

I nodded and he showed me to my room which was down the hall from his. "If you need anything let me know. I will have someone bring you some fresh clothes to change into. Afterwards I will pick you up and take you to the pack doctor to get checked up on."

We made it to the room which was not he fourth floor of pack hall. In this pack, the Alpha, Luna, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Pack Warrior lived in the pack hall while everyone else either had a home on pack land or lived in the giant apartment building called the pack house.

After changing into a pair of fresh clothes, Colton came in and took me to the small hospital where the pack doctors treated patients.

We were escorted into a private room and the main doctor came in. "Hello. I'm Dr. Collins and I will do a quick physical check up and then we are going to draw little blood to test and make sure you don't have any venom or silver in your system."

He did the physical check up very quick and then came back into the room with a syringe and drew some of my blood. We have been waiting about twenty minutes now for the results.

The door to the room opened to reveal Dr. Collins. "Ok so there are no traces of venom and silver but you have traces of Wolf Bane. It is like a type of Mate essence. That Alpha must have injected you with some, but it seems as if your wolf fought it back. I'm going o give you these pills just to make sure it gets out of you and will release some pressure on your wolf."

I nodded and said thanks before we headed out.

Back at the pack hall, I went up to my room and passed out immediately.
