Shreya POV

We all woke up at 12. The cake was ready. Riya Bhabhi woke Jahanavi up. We all wished her a happy birthday and she cut the cake.

"Thanks all of you. But now I'm sleepy." She said and pouted.

Virat bhai took her to her room. We all too went to sleep.

Morning.

Jahanavi loves maggi. Correction, she loves the maggi which I make so this is what we all had for breakfast today. She then went to take bath. Anika and I started guiding the decorators. The balloons were blue, pink and purple in colour. Finally by 4 all the decorations were done and food was cooked. Jahanavi had come back from school long back and was sleeping. The house looked like this-

I then woke Jahanavi up. Anika and I tried to dress her up but failed miserably.

"I wonder how are both of you going to handle your kids!" Riya Bhabhi said entering the room. She was already dressed.

"Bhabhi I don't know about her but i know how to handle kids." Anika said.

"Sure. We will see. You are no mature than Shreya." Khyati Bhabhi said entering the room too. She was dressed up too.

"Why does every conversation end on me and show me that I'm the immature one?" I asked to nobody in particular.

"You are immature." Mumma said entering the room too. What is it with everyone entering the room and speaking suddenly?

"Anika let's go down and check everything once again. They all are insulting us!" I said and we stormed off.

"The decorations are done, food is made. What else?" I asked.

"Return gifts?" Anika asked. I facepalmed myself.

"We forgot to wrap them. Guests must be coming in 10 minutes. Let's go it quickly." I said.

We then went to the store room and started wrapping the gifts. My God! So many were there.

"Let's get ready Shreya. I think the party must have already started." Anika said.

"You go and get ready, till then I'll wrap these last two." I said and she nodded.

I then came out of the store room and crashed with a wall. Hey! I don't remember a wall being here. I looked up and saw Kabir smirking at me.

"When did you come here?" I asked him.

"An hour back, when the party started." He said.

I held his wrist to see the time.

"Damn it's 7." I half-yelled.

"Maa is very angry with you and Anika." He said casually.

"Shit." I cursed and rushed to my bedroom. I heard Kabir chuckle.

"Anika wait for me. Don't go down until I get ready. Mumma is annoyed at both of us. If we go down together then the intensity of her anger and our embarrassment will reduce." I said and rushed in the washroom to get ready.

I got ready in 10 minutes and we went down. Mumma was glaring at us and Papa was giving a very disapproving look.

"Where were both of you? We are waiting for the last 20 minutes to cut the cake." Rohit bhai said taking us aside.

"Bhai don't shout at us. No one wrapped the return gifts. We were doing that only in the store room." Anika said.

"Yes, all of you are useless." I said back.

"Okay people, buas of the birthday girl are here. We can finally cut the cake." Vaibhavi said and all the children clapped.

"Aditya you are looking very handsome." I told him. He was standing beside Siddharth bhai and Jahanavi.

"Thank you Chachi! You are looking veryyy pretty that's why chachu is looking at you continuously for the past 10 minutes." He said and I blushed. I looked at Kabir who as usual was standing like he is the boss. Such a shameless creature. Just smirking idiotically at Aditya.

"Okay people let's not keep the cake waiting." I said to divert the topic. Yay!! I was successful. She cut the cake. The children played games and the party was over within the next two hours.

Jahanavi's Cake-

"Mrs Kashyap now we will take your leave." Mom said to mumma.

"Yes, Mrs Rathore. Shreya and Kabir have to leave tomorrow. She cannot have done the packing.

Wait. Rewind.

Am I missing on to something here? I was looking clueless.

"Where the hell am I going?" I asked.

"Language young lady!" Papa said.

"You both are going for your honeymoon to Paris." Roshni Bhabhi said.

"Guys! This is not the time to joke. I'm already tired." I said sitting down on the couch.

"No one's joking here. We all are serious." Virat bhai said very seriously.

"You all planned this. Cheaters. You could have atleast informed me. My boss in very khadoos he will not give me leave." I said forgetting that Vaibhavi is right there.

"Really? This is what you think about me? I'm hurt." Vaibhav said in a hurt tone.

I gave him a pleading look to save me but he just smirked.

"Fine! Let's go home. I've not even packed." I said giving up.

I reached home. I was hell tired but had to pack. I glared at Kabir. He just shrugged his shoulders.

I started packing my summer dresses and everything.

"You are almost done and it's almost 12. Come and sleep. Pack rest of the things tomorrow." Kabir said and I nodded.

"You were aware about it na? You could have told me. I wouldn't have refused anyway." I said.

"No escaping now." He said and hugged me.

" I wasn't planning to." I hummed.
