"You're right. He pisses me the hell off but something about him. Just one time? Solid oath between us?" She sticks out her pinky.
"One time each? Then never again?" I stick out mine.
"Then we run." She wraps her finger around mine, I clasp mine back.

Ares knocks on the door when he comes to pick me up, I tug on my sweater against my dark jeans and some converse. A simple but effective outfit for the chilly night. I pull open the door for him, Jessica is still laid out in her room debating her life choices, so I don't have much to worry about.
"Hello, love. You look stunning as always." He studies my earrings that I paired with the necklace, "Ready?"
"Yes." I grab my wallet from the side table and close the door behind me as we walk down to the lobby. Ares tries to grab my hand, but I evade trying to keep myself together.
Only one time.
"I was thinking, do you have an apartment closer to your office? Or do you really take a helicopter ride to work everyday?"

"If I have to stay in town, I reserve a hotel, but most days I just take myself home." He clears his throat, "Is there a reason for your question?"
"I figured after dinner we could spare a detour to your hotel for the night... that is if you have one?" My voice is subtle, but the hint is evident, and he clearly picks up on it. He pulls out his phone typing away before looking back up to me.
"Handled. Now, let's get some food in you eh? I was thinking..." He holds the door open in the lobby and I walk through. The rain is lightly drizzling down around us, and I take the opportunity to turn and face him under the canopy of our complex.
"You know what I was thinking?"
He smiles, "Yes?"
"That you should shut up." Wrapping my hands through his shirt, I pull him into me letting my mouth smash against his. His lips shock against mine, the electric touch catching me off guard. He digs his hands into my hair pulling me as close as possible moving his mouth against mine so deliciously. The taste of him is like a holiday, this sweet cracking energy that just keeps your heart rate moving. His teeth nibble my bottom lip, and I allow his tongue and mine to dance. My world falls away as our kiss takes my focus. Nothing in life, no boyfriend, no movies, nothing prepared me for the amount of serotonin kissing the right man gave me. And damn is he the right man.
I pull myself away unwillingly, my need for air finally taking over my need of him. His breath is just as heavy, the steam from our breath mixing in the cold air, "I..." I place a finger over his mouth shushing him from staying anything that might change my mind.

The CEO turns dark, his eyes lowering to look over my sweater. My nipples are hard under the fabric and can be see underneath the canopy lights. He doesn't say yes or no, just bends down and grabs my hips tossing me over his shoulder almost running me down 12th street. I'll take that as a yes.
