" Send me the footage !! " I yelled in between laughs before ending the call . Right after ending, there was a knock on the door . I groaned before dragging myself to the front door , slightly yanking it open . My face instantly lit up when I saw De'arra standing in my door way.

" Surprise ?" she said with uncertainty and I chuckled before pulling her into my arms and hugging her tightly.

" Amanda I know you missed me but damn girl , you're suffocating me ." she said trying to break free but that only made me squeeze her even tighter .

" I decided to take a cab from the airport to surprise Ken because he's been calling me, telling me that he missed me and when I arrived to the apartment, I found an empty bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses by the living room so I walked upstairs to ask Ken who was over at our house and I found him naked in our bed, knocked out and there was a clutch bag beside the bed and it definitely isn't mine. I didn't even bother to wake him up before running out of the apartment . After almost thirty minutes of me rocking her back and forth, she finally went to sleep in my arms. I slipped from under her and layed her down on the couch , putting a pillow under her head. I picked up her legs and set them on the couch before removing her shoes, jewelry and purse . I grabbed a fleece blanket by the couch and covered her.

"Thank you for taking me out for dinner , I appreciate you so much ." De'arra said from opposite me as we sat at the dinner table at one of her favorite sea food restaurants.

" Stawp ! " she said giggling , " anyways what are you getting ? I always get the chicken pasta when I'm here but I want to try something new today. " she asked while paging through the menu.

" I don't know honestly, I honestly just want dessert now. I've been craving brownies with ice-cream . " I said shrugging.

" Amanda you can't jus- You know what ?! I'll order for you. " she said before calling the waiter over and telling her our orders .

" You wait for the food and I'll quickly run to the bathroom. DON'T DRINK MY DRINK AMANDA !! " she said while doing the ' I'm watching you ' motion with her hand and I chuckled before waving her off . I let her turn the corner before grabbing her drink and sipping it , i swear peach juice never tastes this good when I order it.

" I thought she said don't drink her drink ." a man says before taking a seat opposite me, a strong Russian accent lacing on to his voice.

" I heard her ? " I said while looking at him in confusion but it was more of a question than a statement.

" he smirks before reaching his hand out and tucking a strand of hair behind my ear slightly brushing my cheek . " Nosy aren't we ? I'm pretty sure that isn't none of your business sir so please, if you could , I'd appreciate it if you could leave before my friend returns from the bathroom." I said giving him a tight smile before mugging him.

" Hopefully the next time we meet, you'll leave your smart mouth at home . " he says and I scoff before rolling my eyes.
