Chapter 6 Part 2: The Lover of Crown Prince

"Your highness, are you really going to marry the daughter of the Lin Family? You are leaving me ...?" A young lady wearing a pink hanfu asked the prince, worried.

When the Crown Prince saw her sadness, his heart melted from her expression.

"Love, don't worry. I will find a way to make you my Empress." The Crown Prince reassures his woman.

The lady in his arm was as gentle as a feather, as if he held her too tightly, he may break her. Her beauty surpasses any other ladies in this entire continent. Like any other woman, her skin was thin and skin as white as snow, lips rosy like red roses.

Her beauty enthralled the Crown Prince while her sweet words captured his heart. As any other man, he, LingYi, was also not able to ignore this beauty. "Really? I'm so happy." Fan Haiqing happily wrapped her arms around LingYi's neck and stared into his eyes, smiling. "Haiqing heard that nobody has never seen the daughter of the Lin Family because her face have been scarred." Haiqing fed Lingyi lies.

"Crown Prince, Haiqing also heard that the Minister desires a higher position. The Lin Family must love power and money. Haiqing thinks that they will do whatever it takes to get what they want." Haiqing continued on feeding LingYi lies, who, actually believed this conniving girl. Haiqing suddenly burst into tears, hugging the Crown Prince tightly in her arms, "What's wrong?"

"I don't want Crown Prince to marry any other woman. What if Crown Prince falls in love with her and abandon me?" Haiqing cried while LingYi consoled the beauty in his arms. "Don't cry. I will never fall in love with anyone else but you. As for that Lin girl, hah, don't even think about it. She will never take your place as Empress." LingYi consoled.

"All this chaos is because of that girl Lin Yixin." LingYi thought. His hatred towards Yixin grew even more than before.

A decree from the Emperor had came after Minister Lin reported to the Emperor that his daughter agreed to marry the crown prince.

The eunuch of the Emperor came to the Lin Family's door, where all of the members of the Lin family were present.

"The Emperor decree says: "I am happy that Lin Yixin, Minister Lin's daughter, agreed to this marriage. The marriage will be held in 11 days from today. So I want my daughter-in-law to come to the palace early, because I want her to be safe and to prevent unwanted problems. I have sent this decree with some of my people so that, Lin Yixin, would come back with my eunuch to the palace after this decree is read. I wish Yixin to have a safe journey to palace." The eunuch finished reading the decree of the Emperor had send for the Lin family.

"Huh?" Yixin who stood behind her mother all those times had unconsciously had spoken which made all the attention towards her. Her brothers had gone to the palace as they were the high rank generals so the only ones who are present are the women and their children and minister Lin.

When eunuch and other guards saw Yixin. Their heart had started to beat fastly. They thought that they had seen the goddess of beauty. She was so beautiful that their eyes couldn't go away from her. Yixin who peeked behind from her mother's back saw the people's attention were now on her. Yixin's face had turned pink and looked like a shy little rabbit. "Excuse me ...? Can I stay with my family just for today? Before I go ...?" Yixin said. She couldn't leave her family just like that. Inside her mind she didn't want to go at all.

"Sorry miss Lin ... The Emperor had told that after his decree has been read to Lin family ... Miss Lin needs to come to the palace. The Emperor said that Miss Lin can have some time to pack her things and talk with her family but Miss Lin needs to reach the palace before the sun sets." The eunuch who was fascinated by Yixin's beauty gained his senses back as he stated what the Emperor told him before he went to fetch Miss Lin.

Though he was lost in her beauty he had to maintain his composition because she would soon become the crown princess and later, the Empress of the country.

(You must be think that this eunuch must a fat and ugly but he is not, he is still young and handsome and in his mid twenties )

Yixin was not able to digest this. How much she tried to think it's ok, the thought of being separated from her family was so hard for her.

Yixin had to leave sooner or later, so she turned her stiff body like a robot and told her personal maid to pack her things as soon as possible. Yixin's eyes had become lifeless as she moved towards her sister-in-laws and their children. She told them to be happy and sometimes visit her. Her sister-in-laws were not able to see their husband's sister like that, so they hugged her and cried.
