It was the next day and I was woken up with someone's loud knocking at my bedroom door, Aunt Laborè was shuffling a little beside me from the noise and I have to get up to answer it

I groaned in frustration since it was the weekend's right now and it was my chance to sleep properly because school always start early in the morning to ruin our weekdays. I rolled out of bed and I crawled to the door with my eye mask on

I memorized every inch of my room, so with an eye mask I already mastered to where each door location is, My hand touch the cold doorknob because of the AC and I open the door.

"Wendy why? Just why?" I assumed the person at the door is Wendy because she is the first person that comes to my mind, last weekend she was the one waking me up so I could watch her basketball team competition

Take note I was still wearing my eye mask so imagine my surprise when I heard a deep voice answer me

"Morning Sleepy"

I was still very sleepy and I did not have much time to react to what's happening at the moment, my hand reached to remove my eye mask and then suddenly the sunlight in my room just decided to blind me. I have to blink and rub my eyes to regain my vision, the moment I finished rubbing my eyes and look at the person who decided to ruin my weekend.

"Cloud what are you doing here?"

He was not wearing his usual preppy schoolboy style outfit but a bad boy style one, his black t-shirt, black pants, and the most well-known signature bad boy piece of clothing, the leather jacket.

"What the hell is wrong with your style? You look like an emo kid dude" I told him, I am not lying though

He is still radiating too much confidence in his outfit choice that we might think that we are in the wrong in styling ourselves

"Yeah and you look like you came back from the dead with that face and hair of yours" he scoffed at me

I look to the mirror beside my door, my bed hair is a disaster, there might be a mark of my drool and my eyes looked dead inside. Oh wait that's normal

"As if I haven't noticed, I wouldn't go out looking like this but you did with yours" I retorted

"So what do you want from me that you have to knock on the door so loudly?" I asked him as I lean at the door frame and crossed my arms, I hear loud footsteps going up the stairs to surprise me.

"Hey Gorgeous" Nick walked up to us with a huge smile on his face.

I yawned "You too handsome"

"Hey you never call me handsome" Cloud put his hand to the door frame that I was leaning on

"Because you don't" I told him but I am truly lying to myself, he is too handsome

With a family like the Marshalls, I guess anything is possible for them. There was another pair of footsteps I heard coming and I was greeted with Yara waving food at my face

"I know you wouldn't get out of your room on a day like today, so I brought peace offering" she joked, she was wearing an off-shoulder tank top and shorts that show off her long legs

I accepted the food of course because I love free food especially early in the morning

"So where are we going exactly? because from the way you guys dress it looks like anywhere but going school"

"Yeah, Yara decided to call us to go to a book fair that is in town right now" Nick excitedly told me, he leaned in to whisper something in my ear "This place is a heaven for guys like me" he smirked

I was confused at first but then I noticed it, Ella came out from her room in a tank top and underwear only.

Mother-

I ran as fast as I could to get my bathrobe and cover her with it, she looked at me all confused

"Just listen to me sis" I said then pushed her into her room and immediately closed her bedroom door, as soon as I close the door another door opened and it was Natalie this time that came out wearing a nightgown that leaves your imagination to run wild

"Natalie"

She looked at me with tired eyes, her eye bags are still obvious from all the shifts at the hospital. The last thing on her mind right now is to be seen in a nightgown by my friends, Natalie always wear conservative clothes so it wouldn't be a surprise if she dies from embarrassment if she noticed it right now

"You know what? Never mind just go back to what you are doing" I pushed her to go downstairs, I turned to look at my friends but it is quite obvious In Cloud and Nick's eyes they are thinking something else.

Something dirty

I sighed and went into my room grabbing a pillow to hit them by the face.

"May I remind you they're my sisters" I put a hand on my waist

"Yeah sisters" Nick smile at me, I flicked his forehead

We suddenly heard Natalie's shriek and I ran downstairs quickly with my friends trailing me, I saw Natalie holding a knife against Will who have both of his hands up in the air. Everyone in the house came running to the kitchen with Adeline being the last to arrive in her pink bunny overall Pajama holding a baseball bat

"Aight, where is the fucker?"

She looks at my friends

"Mind explaining this Penelope?" She raised a brow at me

"Sweetie I'm the one who let them in" Dad answered her as he popped his head out behind the counter with the strawberry jam jar in one hand.

He is still obsessed with that jam

"Your father is right" Mom added as she strolled to my friends with a tray full of glasses filled with orange juice, my friends kindly accepted it. Adeline rolled her eyes and went ahead to rummage through the cabinets to look for her lucky charms

I told my friends that I will go up to take a quick bath and change clothes but before I could go up Nick suddenly grabbed my arm with his eyes glued at Adeline who is still rummaging through the cabinets

"What's her name?" He asked me in a whisper

"That's Adeline, Nick" I told him and I patted his shoulder before I went upstairs

Jane was pulling me into the entrance to the book fair excitedly "Calm down Jane, it's not like your favorite book will be sold out easily" I assured her through a joke

Cloud stopped for a moment and Jane did also, all of us stopped because at the very corner there is a whole spot dedicated to one book only

"Thunder Sorrow" Yara read it out loud on the huge banner

We glanced at Nick.

"What?" He asked us with a confused face, we saw that his book are all sold out.

"I stand corrected" I told Jane and she nodded to me in agreement

All of us went to separate ways to find a book genre that we liked, I am into some fantasy stories so I went into the section where there are a lot of Harry Potter fans buying books. The fantasy section is close to the Non-fiction section

I saw Cloud pulling out a book and is skimming through it, he caught a lot of girls attention and he isn't even trying because he is distracted reading the book. There is one thing that I noticed though as I keep staring at Cloud, his eyebags are just like Natalie's

He isn't getting much sleep? I thought, I know that there are smart people who study at night and get little sleep but based on for how long I know Cloud, he uses his Stock Knowledge so it means he doesn't study because he is that confident in his memory skill

"You done?" I was startled by Yara who suddenly talk right behind me, I look at all the books she is carrying

"More erotic novels?" I asked her

"Yup" she grinned, I sighed and just pulled out a random book at some shelf and just called it a day, I didn't bother to look at what book that I just pulled out until I finally went up to pay for the book

The Woman chuckled and looked at me, I was confused so I look at the book that I randomly pulled out

"Different types"

And it was that type of book that Yara likes to read, my face flushed and I removed the book quickly and just grab any book that looks decent and this time I read the title and I put it at the counter

"Ways to be stupid yet smart"

Yup, it sounds like the book was meant for me. I just hope nobody saw my mistake, I heard a low chuckle behind me and I turned around to see Cloud

He was about to say something but I put my hand up to stop him from saying anything

"I know what I did so shut up"

"I wasn't going to say anything" he teased me

He finally got the book that he paid for and put an arm around me

"Cloud people are staring" I whisper yell at him. The book fair indeed has a lot of people and it is crowded but sometimes there are a lot of people who are Cloud's fans that might come up to him and I will not be put in the centre of many fangirls just trying to get close to Cloud

"So? You accepted the offer and we are going to do it now" he answered me with a cheeky grin, I look around if one of our friends see us

"Here?!" I gave him my shock reaction and he nodded eagerly

I shake my head but he didn't take it as a no

"You said that we should pretend that we don't have any relationship with each other at school other than my family" I told him as I try to stop walking but the arm that he put around me was strong enough to push me forward making me to continue walking

"I said in school but we are outside right now and besides, we are not telling them. We are just showing it" he uttered

"You mean show not tell?" I glance at him and he gave me a thumbs up

I keep repeating that word that I tell in my head in a state of panic
