Right on cue I heard the elevator bell chime and Nick came out of it with an excited smile, he gasped at the sight of the table being empty with food since Cloud ate it all

"Where is the food?" He looked at me for answers and I use my eyes to point it to Cloud who gave him an innocent look

Nick shook his head at him "that can't be, he has no appetite whatsoever"

"Is it? Because right now your favourite blueberry pancake bits are in my stomach with honey syrup" he pointed to his belly and Nick fell onto his knees defeated

I stood up and went to the kitchen "I can make you some if you want" I told Nick who was still sullen on the floor, his whole face lit up with excitement like a puppy as he heard me

"God I love you Angel!!" He shouted happily as he kissed me on the cheek, I heard a pillow thrown at Nick's face

Cloud chewed the inside of his mouth as he looks at Nick "what did I tell you about the nickname?" Nick rolled his eyes at him "it's not like you claimed it that you should be the only one who would call Penelope as Angel"

I laughed a little at their useless argument as I open the fridge to get myself dome water because I was thirsty after eating those delicious sandwiches

"Excuse you Nick but I have the right to be the only one to call her Angel since she is my girlfriend" he said loudly and water just came out of my nose

Damn that hurts!

I held my nose since I was in pain, Nick put his arm at Cloud's shoulder "have you forgotten dude? She is only your girlfriend because it would be hard to explain two frenemies would sleep together" he raised a brow at Cloud to prove his point

"So?" He stared at Nick like it's a common occurrence leaving Nick to have no words to say about the matter, Nick pouted as peek at me and pointed to Cloud "he is too weird"

A giggle escaped from my lips "just let him be for today since he got a good amount of sleep" Nick's eyes were wide as saucers as he gave Cloud a bro hug "Good for you dude!" He jumped which made Cloud jump since Cloud was still trapped in Nick's tight hug

I finished the pancake and laid it down on the table, Nick let go of Cloud and ran to sit on the table like lightning. Cloud however was still regaining his strength from the body crushing hug as he put his hand on my arm like some support "He is too hyper like a kid"

Nick ears perk up as he heard Cloud's comment "well I am your kid as well as Angel's too, so Hi Dad!" He waved at Cloud which made Cloud flick his forehead

"The moment that I will be your Dad is the moment that I will be able to sleep a lot on my own" he took a large bite at the pancake I made for Nick and he made a run for it

"This is a rare sight" he said as he kept eating with his mouth filled with food, I sat across from him at the table "what rare?"

He pointed to the bedroom where Cloud is hiding from him "it almost looked like he is suddenly brought back to life, usually he would be easily annoyed or pissed off but today he just went easy on me and even made a joke" he grinned

"He told me his dream career last night" I rested my head on my arms that is laid on the table

He stopped eating and looked at me like I was crazy "Penelope, he never usually say his dreams to anyone even to me his closest buddy" he added more syrup to the pancake "that's odd" he mumbled

I shrugged my one shoulder at him as I gave him the "I don't know either look"

The bedroom door opened and I saw Cloud carrying my bag and his on both of his shoulders "you're too excited for school" I spoke as I bury my face in my arms

"Who says anything about being excited about school?" He asked me like it was an obvious answer "I'm more excited about what we will have for lunch" he threw me my bag and I catched it with both of my hands

Nick told us that he will stay in the penthouse since he doesn't feel like going to school since he drank too much last night

"You drink?" I asked him and he smiled at me "yes and I sleep with sexy women also so do you want to hear more details about it?"

I covered my ears as I hopped to the elevator "No Thanks!" Cloud went in the elevator with me also

"How about mines do you want to hear it?" He asked me with a mischievous smile, I returned the smile with a forced one

"How about I stomped on your feet again, it seems like walking around is too much of a luxury for you hm?"

"Wait a minute, are you jealous Angel?" He leaned in closer to my face and I lightly shoved him back

"As if! I have better things to do than listen to your adventures" I retorted and he leaned at the side of the elevator

"I'm just kidding I only did it once and it was with a runaway girl" he answered then walked out of the elevator that was right on timing as he finished his sentence

A runaway girl?

If I asked about the runaway girl Cloud would only tease me and accuse me of being jealous again

Well I'm not!

The woman in my head is giving me funny looks like "are you sure about that sis?"

"I have a lot of things to worry about than Cloud's personal life" I answered at the woman in my head and she sighed at me

We went down to the parking lot and hopped into his car, I felt my back hit the passenger seat and close my eyes for a few seconds to just absorb the fact that I have to go to school and might even face Danny and her obnoxious cliques

I heard my phone ring while on the ride to school and I answered it

"Great news I am the new owner of your room!" I heard Ella's jolly voice as I hear a lot of noise in the background

"So how did you and the others find out who would be the owner anyway?"

I heard an evil laugh from her "it was a Jenga game that decided everyone's fate and I happen to win" she told me proudly, My hand went to the dashboard of the car as I peek through the car window to look outside

"So how is life living with Cloud?" She asked me out of the blue and it stole Cloud's attention from the road then his eyes went to me awaiting my answer

I cleared my throat "well..."

"It was nice and ok" I try to not make a big deal out of it but I heard my sisters say "Nah, I doubt it" all at the same time

"Two people of the opposite gender living in the same place" I heard Wendy's voice

"What do you think is going to happen if there is no adult in the place?" I heard Brie's voice, I assumed she stole the phone from Wendy

My face was burning and I saw them myself in the car mirror that I was red, Cloud was enjoying every second of this phone call so I decided to quickly end it

"I'll call you guys later" I told them out loud

"Hey wai-" I didn't let them finish as I pressed the end call button
