You feel so powerless when your world comes crashing down in the blink of a minute. One minute you are okay, your loved ones are fine and then the next minute something gets snatched away from you. And you feel powerless, hopeless, worthless and a series of negative emotions occupies your brain and grips your heart in a tight grasp making it difficult for you to breathe. And that's exactly what I am feeling now.

My life is taken away from me. That bastard caught her and kidnapped her and I don't know where she is. I have no idea where he took her and it is eating me.

Today morning I got to know an important detail. I knew that bastard went to therapy but I didn't know it was under Adira. Manav digged more and found out that it was Viraaj's plan. He created fake documents and fooled everyone and entered therapy under her. There was even remark in his reports of developing attachment with the therapist means my Adira. My jaw clenched in anger when I think of his vile feelings towards Adira.

And as I was going home to Adira to ask her about him and talk to her I got a phone call about how she got kidnapped when she went to the hospital. My whole body froze when I got to know my wife is kidnapped and I wasn't there with her to save her.

Currently everyone is in our home pacing around not knowing what to do. Even Adira's whole family is here. Ma and Amla ma are crying and Mira Mithya and Sana are trying to console her.

"Manav I don't know what you will do I need her location right now!" I roared into my phone.

"Arjun I know you are shaken up but please calm down bro. We will find her and we will finish that bastard. Please you have to calm down" Shaurya said keeping a hand on my shoulder.

I turned towards him and looked him in the eye. I know anybody who looks into my eyes can see the inner turmoil I am going through and I didn't even try to mask it. I want to feel terrible for not being able to rescue her.

"I wasn't there Shaurya. I was supposed to be there. I couldn't rescue her. She must be frightened right now. I fucking should have been there" I said gritting my teeth.

"You didn't know! You were trying to locate him. The cause of all this chaos. It's just he was a step ahead than you but we won't let him. We will find him and we will rescue Adira" Vikram said trying to contain his anger. Ankit and Arhaan both who knows hacking is trying to locate where Adira is by checking CCTV's and possible connections.

"Got it!" They shouted making us all rush to them.

"They are in 54-L street, Ball road, near the godown at the dead end road" Arhaan said satisfied at finding their location. Even though I got the location I am feeling skeptical.

"Wait guys. Viraaj is smart. Even though a murderer he is very smart. He knows how to cover his tracks. I mean he went into hiding and all these years we were not able to locate him. So if he kidnapped Adira did not want us to find them he would make sure of that. But we found their location very easily compared to the way he made us search for him all these years. That can mean only one thing. He wants us to find them. Meaning he wants to have a fight face to face. It's his way of telling us or me that his revenge begins when we go there" I voiced out my thoughts and it made a lot of sense. The guys agreed with me looking thoughtful.

"But Arjun you have to call the police to come with you. You boys can't go there alone" Dad said seriously.

"Dad no if I take the police he will know. He will hurt Adira and I won't take a chance. I'll go alone" I said in a no nonsense tone.

"The hell you are! You are not going there alone. We are coming with you. She maybe your wife but she is our sister. And we won't take any chance when it came to her. We are going together" Abhay said seriously.

"Abhay is right. You are not going there alone. Also I will come with my team. I'll notify the cops and they will be at a safe distance ready to barge in if things go out of hand" Maanav who also came over said making the plan and calling the police.

Now I just have to go save my wife.

We all got ready and after promising both the mothers that we will come back with Adira safe. We left for the place he is hiding with Adira.

As soon as we reached there after looking at the possible perimeters and the whole place I made a quick plan in my head on how to place everyone. I sent everyone accordingly and Maanav and Sanjay already alerted the cops to stay in the radar. We all inserted microphone chips on our clothes so that whatever Viraaj says can be decoded to the cops and can be used as evidence. I took my personalized gun out and we all went inside the godown. It was all dark inside and we had to be silent as to not make a sound and alert him. Suddenly the lights were on and there stood the bastard.

"Woww! That was fast! Me and my darling Adi were waiting for you guys since forever bro" he said clapping his hands in fake glee.

My heart skipped a beat looking at Adira but it soon replaced with blind fury as I looked at her tied up to a chair and a bruise on her cheek.

"How dare you lay your filthy hand on my wife you asshole" I growled in fury and took a step towards him.

"Oh that! She pissed me off by rooting for you and I wanted to teach her a lesson. You have spoilt her too much Arjun. But don't worry I'll keep her in check and show her who is dominant" he said tracing his hand on her face making Adira flinch.

"I would rather die than have you lay your hand on me. And don't worry I am pretty sure you will not get out of here without being caught now that my Arjun is here" Adira spat at him. That's my feisty princess!

"So much confidence huh? Well we will see who will get hurt and who will not" saying that he clapped and suddenly some guys came out from the dark and pointed guns towards us.

"How is my surprise?! You think you are smart to have guys all around my godown? Well I am smarter than you Arjun. Didn't I tell you Adira? When he comes here it's gonna be fun!?" He said gritting his teeth.

I don't know who started but the next thing I know we are fighting his guys and my first goal was to go untie Adira and send her out of here. But before I could reach her by dodging them Viraaj attacked me with a knife and tried to stab me with it but I dodged it. However, it got to me and sliced my skin on my stomach. I ignored the pain and punched the fucker. We went into a brawl and soon I started punching his face.

"You bastard! How dare you hurt my wife. My sister. What did she do to you? She trusted you. She loved you. And you killed her. If your revenge was on me then you should've fucking taken it on me. What did that girl do to you? You sick bastard!" I kept on punching him holding him down. My brother's were fighting off his guys and by the looks of it all are down. He stopped my punches with his hand and tried punching me but I overtook him. He suddenly found my gun on the side which fell when I was fighting and beat me on the side of my head with that making me lose my grip on him.

While I clutched my head he lept out and pointed the gun towards Adira making me scared.

"Stay back or I'll shoot her" He threatened me and I held my hands up in surrender eyeing him cautiously. Tears were streaming down her eyes making my heart clenched.

"Listen Viraaj this is between you and me. Let's keep her out of this" I eyed the gun he is holding over her head cautiously.

"No this is between the three of us. She married you! She didn't wait for me! I know you got to know about the fucking therapy! What do you think I went out to talk about my feelings that easily! I went there because I fell for her! I love her and wanted to make her mine. I saw her before you! But because of your fucking detectives I had to go into hiding. I wanted to kill you first and then go and make her mine but this fucking bitch had to go and marry you. She is mine and only mine. I won't let her be yours!" He yelled and laughed like a maniac.

I saw a movement behind Viraaj and saw Shaurya coming out from the back and beat Viraaj's head with a stick making him drop the gun and fall down the ground groaning in pain. I didn't miss a beat and untied Adira from the chair and hugged her close to my heart. I kissed her head repeatedly and hugged her tight.

"I knew you would save me" she said hugging me tight.

"I will always baby. I am so sorry I am late" I felt guilty at the sight of her bruised cheek.

"You came that's what matters and you have nothing to be sorry about" She said softly.

The doors barged open and the police came in taking Viraaj's men into custody. The dragged Viraaj out of here while he was struggling to get out of their grip.

Adira sighed in relief but that relief was short lived. Viraaj took the cop's gun into his hands and ran towards us pointing the gun at me.

"I won't let you have her. I won't let you live" he sounded so psychotic and the next thing I know.....
