Laura pov.

"Concentrate Laura. You can do it." Amos said as I took a deep breath and closed my eyes, pulling my arms up.

"Is it working?" I asked after two minutes of just standing there and concentrating. When no one said anything I opened my eyes and saw nothing, "This is useless! I can't do it! It has been hours already and nothing!"

"Yes you can. You just need to practice more. It takes days to learn how to control them and you have very powerful powers so they are even harder to control." Amos said, putting his hand on my shoulder.

"But what if I don't learn how to control them in time? I only have a month." I asked him, looking down.

"You will. Don't worry." pulling his hand away Amos took some steps back just when I felt two muscular arms go around my waist from behind, pulling me into a warm chest.

"You can do it Laura, just concentrate" Ross whispered in my ear, "I know you can do it. You just need to practice."

I leaned back in his arms and took a deep breath before stepping forward a little, still in Ross's arms.

"That's my girl." Ross whispered in my ear with a smile and kissed me just under my ear before pulling away from me and walking back to the spot he was standing before.

"Come on Laura you can do it. Imagine that you're surrounded by fire. Imagine that you're controlling it, moving it." Amos said as I closed my eyes again and brought my arms up, "Be the fire."

I did what Amos said and thought about being surrounded by it and controlling it. I thought of moving it from side to side, up and down. The color of the fire everywhere I looked.

"You can do it Laura" Scarlett said in my mind, "Remember... we are the white wolf. We are meant to defeat Derek. We are made to protect our kind. Me and you together as one."

I took another deep breath and started to concentrate.

Suddenly I felt my hands getting warmer and warmer by the minute. The sound of gasps made me open my eyes and in front of me, in my hands was a fireball.

"I did it! I finally did it!" I yelled happy and started to move the fireball around.

"Good job Laura." Amos said with a smile, "We told you that you could do it."

I just nodded and continued to move the fireball around, happy. I heard Ross chuckle from behind just like Amos from my side.

"Now throw the ball at that tree" Amos said pointing to the tree in front of us. I raised my arm up above my head and aimed at the tree. I threw the fireball at the tree but missed.

"Don't worry we will work on that later but try and make the fire bigger." Amos said and I nodded.

I made the fireball in my hand again and now concentrated to make it bigger. I opened my hands wider and the fire got bigger.

I smiled and made it bigger without moving my hand but just thinking of it being bigger and it worked!

"Good job Laura you're getting better of this already. The white wolves before trained for a week to control their power but you did it just in one day! Of course you will need a lot of training to do to really know everything about them but you're getting there faster than everybody else!" Amos said happy smiling and I gave him a smile back, being happy as well.

''So you showed me how you can control fire, now show me how you control water.'' Amos said and I nodded. I walked to the ocean where my feet were touching the water. I raised my hands up and started to concentrate.

Water was easier for me because I have done a lot of water tricks before. I have learned to control it by myself and that made me smile and be proud of myself. Water always was closer to me in my life. I loved it. It was just like another world where I could live.

I loved fire as well. Before when I didn't know that I had powers a lot of werewolves where scared of fire, but I wasn't. One time a rogue had put our Alphas house on fire and at that time I was at their house because my dad had a meeting with Luke's dad. Everybody was scared and ran everywhere, but I felt like I was safe. The fire never touched me and it always made me confused. Once I tried to touch it and when I did I felt nothing only the warmness of the fire. When others touched they burned their fingers, but not me. I didn't tell anybody of that because I was scared they would think I was lying and was a freak.

Not even a second later I was controlling the water like a pro. Of course I will need to know a lot more about water, but I know that I don't have to worry. Amos is a good teacher and he will help me.

''I see you already know how to control water so there is no problem, but I will teach you some tricks that you may need.'' Amos said and I nodded.

''Thank you Amos.'' I said and he smiled.

''No problem dear, I like to teach new things to wolves like you two.'' Amos said and looked at Ross who was looking at me and listening at what Amos was talking.

''Now that you have showed me how you control your powers. I will show how to heal. I know you have healed people already, but I will show you easier way to heal somebody.'' Amos said and mentioned for Ross to come to us.

Ross pushed himself off the tree he was leaning on and walked in front of me. I looked at Amos confused and then looked at Ross, but he just gave me a smile, but that only made me more confused.

''What's going on? What are you going to do?'' I asked Amos who was searching for something in his bag. When he pulled out a knife I gasped and stepped back, ''What are you going to do with that?''

''Don't worry dear I will just show you how to heal and then you will have to try.'' he said and looked at Ross who nodded and put his hand in front of Amos.

Amos raised the knife and cut Ross's hand across his palm. There was no reaction on Ross's face. He just looked at his hand with blood now on it with no emotion and that made me scared. It was a deep cut.

''Now Laura if someone is hurt far away from you and you have no time to go over there because you're in war or somewhere else, you can heal someone from a distance. You just have raise one hand up pointing at the hurt person and the other hand on the place he is hurt. Did you understand?'' Amos asked and I nodded. Ross walked away from us and Amos raised his hand, pointing at Ross and the other hand he folded and left it at his side.

I saw Ross's cut disappear in like two seconds. He walked back to us and showed us to prove that the cut has disappeared along with the blood.

Amos took the knife again and cut Ross's other hand and again Ross walked away.

''Your turn.'' Amos said and stepped back. I looked at Ross and took a deep breath. I can do this...

Raising my hand up and folding my other one and concentrated on healing the cut.

When I opened my eyes I looked at Ross who was smiling at me, ''Did I do it?''

Ross showed me his hand and there was no cut and no blood. I did it!

''Good job Laura you can control your powers really well you just need to practice more.'' Amos said and I smiled at him, ''How about I train Ross now and then tomorrow we can work on your fire powers?''

''Okay'' I said and walked to the place Ross was standing before and sat down. Ross gave me a goofy smile and walked to Amos to learn his powers.

''Thank you Amos for teaching us something new.'' I said to Amos who just nodded with a smile.

''You already thanked me Laura and that was enough.'' Amos said and Ross laughed. I bumped his shoulder and growled at him witch made him shut up.

''Still thank you Amos and before we go can I ask you something?'' I asked and Amos nodded, ''Can you tell me about this mark?'' I asked showing him the mark.

''Oh I was wondering when are you going to ask me this, ''he said whit a smile, ''This mark represents your powers. It's your strongest and at the same time weakest spot. If someone touches it the mark instantly protects it's self by giving the person who touches it an electric shock. But if someone does something to your mark then you will lose your powers. You need to protect the mark, because without it, it would be just like without your wolf, but more hurtful. You will have not only just physical pain but mental pain also.''

''But how can Ross touch it?'' I asked him confused.

''Ross is your mate, your protector, your savior. He is meant to protect you that is why he got his powers so he could protect you. If something happens to your mark he is the only one who can save it.'' Amos said to Ross who nodded.

''How can he save it?'' I asked him.

''He has to mark you where the old mark used to be. When he marks it there is going to be a new mark, not the one that is on you. It will not be as strong as this mark, but you will have your powers.'' He explained.

''Okay thank you Amos. See you tomorrow.'' I said with a smile.

''See you tomorrow.''

I walked away with Ross at my side. We decided to walk back to our car not run. At first I argued because I wanted to let my wolf out and run and plus I liked running, but Ross said he was tired and wanted to just walk.

We were walking really close to the ocean, but you couldn't see the water just hear it and smell it and that was enough for me.

Suddenly Ross grabbed my hand pulled me to the left and started to run towards the ocean. I almost fell down multiple times, but that didn't stop Ross, he just continued to run with me behind him.

''Ross where are we going?'' I asked him confused, ''Stop!''

''Don't worry we are almost there.'' he said and continued to run.

''Ross slow down!'' I yelled but he ignored me, ''Ross!''

Suddenly he stopped and I ran into his back. I pushed myself out of his back and looked at him angry, ''Why did you do that?''

He just shrugged, ''I just wanted to come here with you.''

''Why?'' I asked him.

''I wanted to spend some time alone with you.'' he said and walked towards me. I took a step back, but he just continued to come.

''You know I'm still angry at you right?'' I asked him just when he put his arm around my waist and pulled me against his chest.

''Yes I know, but that is going to change.'' he whispered and kissed my lips. I kissed back, but pulled away after two seconds, ''Don't stop these kisses. I know you want them.''

He kissed me again and this time I let him kiss me longer. When I pulled away again, he kissed my forehead and started to pull me towards the ocean.

''Where are we going again?'' I asked him.

''Swim.'' he simply said and stopped walking to take off his shirt and pants. When he was done he looked at me, ''Well... aren't you going to take of your clothes? Or I have to do it for you?''

''I can do it myself thank you.'' I said and took off my top and shorts along with my shoes and socks.

''Well then come on let's go.'' he said and ran in the water.

''You just made the biggest mistake in your life Ross.'' I whispered with a smirk and ran after him.
