Laura pov.

''Everybody is here.'' Aiden said to me and Ross. I looked at Ross and he took my hand.

''Are you ready?'' Ross asked me and I nodded. We both walked in front of the whole pack. Immediately they stopped talking and were looking at us. Ross let go of my hand and stepped forward.

''Today I have asked you all to come here for a pack meeting because we have some new rules and news.'' Ross started to talk, ''As you all know there has been a few attacks from rogues who were sent by Derek.'' when he said his name the pack growled, ''And today Derek himself came here, that's why we asked you to go to your homes and stay inside till it's safe. Unfortunately he has escaped and we couldn't find his scent.''

The pack growled even louder this time. Some even shouted that we should go and look for him and kill him.

''Silance!'' Ross roared and instantly everybody stop talking and whispering. There was dead silence in the air, ''We have made new roles. As you all know, eclipse is the time that your Luna has to fight with Derek. Eclipse is also the time were a war will happen between our pack and rogues. We will have to fight to protect our kind and your Luna. If we lose darkness is going to take over the world and make the world miserable. So we have decided that training is going to happen 5 times in a week at 12 o'clock. And me and your Luna will go train you as well.''

Every men here groaned but that only lasted for like ten seconds because they understood that this was really important and they had to be prepared for the fight.

''Trainings will happen on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. We also have decided that...that girls will come train and fight as well.'' Ross said and the pack looked shocked. Some girls were looking scared while others smiled happy, ''For now every girl that has shifted has to attend the trainings and after the war everyone who will be over 14 will have to come and train.''

Now it was my time to step forward, ''Ross is going to train the boys with James and Aiden while I will train the girls.'' I said and some of the girls looked a little bit relieved that the boys won't be training them, but they still locked scared, ''I know some of you are scared to fight in the war. That's why I'm going to choose. I'm going to choose some of the girls that will not have to fight if I know that they are truly week because you haven't been trained before. But the ones who can fight will attend the war. You have to try your best at the trainings. If I find out that you are just acting week so you wouldn't have to fight then I am going to put you with the boys and let Ross with his Beta and third in command train you and also you will have to go fight in the war.''

Some girls nodded immediately, scared and some just stood there while nodding their head with the smile still on their face.

''To make everything safe in our pack there some other rules as well.'' Ross said and everybody looked at him, ''1. Everyone under the age of 16 can't be outside after 10pm. 2. An adult has to be with kids everytime and everywhere. Kids can't be left alone. 3. No one can go walking around in the territory by themselves. You have to have someone with you at all times.''

Everybody nodded in understanding, ''We will double the security at the border and all around the pack as well.'' Ross said and again everybody nodded.

''Okay enough with the bad news'' I said and everybody smiled, ''I want to introduce you to someone who came with us from Africa. He has helped me and Ross a lot with our powers. He has given us more information about the white wolves and about the dark side. I know some of you have already met him but I want to officially introduce you to Amos.''

I looked at Amos and mentioned for him to come and stand next to me. He nodded and walked to me and Ross and stood next to me. Amos nodded at the pack and they gave him back a sweet warm smile. I know they would have liked him. He helped their Alpha and His Luna. He helped the white wolf.

''That's everything we have to say for now. Be safe and follow the rules. Training starts tomorrow.'' Ross said before he took my hand and we walked away with Amos still by my side.

We walked back inside the pack house. Amos said that he has to do something, so he walked to his room, but before he could I stopped him.

''Can I come to your room later? I want to ask you something.'' I said and Amos nodded.

''Of course.'' he said and with that, he walked upstairs to his room.

I turned around and looked at Ross, ''I'm going to go to your office and call Luke.''

Ross nodded and let go of my hand. I smiled at him and kissed his cheek before turning around again and walking upstairs to Ross's office.

When I reached his office I closed the door and took the phone. When I finally found Luke's name, I pressed the call button and waited till he answered.

''Alpha Luke of Moonlight pack here.'' Luke answered.

''Hey, Luke.'' I said and smiled.

''Laura? Is that you?'' Luke asked surprised.

''The one and only.'' I said and chuckled.

''Damn it's been a long time since we last talked.'' Luke said.

''I know. How are You and the pack?'' I asked him, ''My family?''

''Everything fine over here. We miss you a lot.'' Luke said and I smiled.

''I miss you guys too.'' I said.

''So why did you call? Is something wrong?'' Luke asked me and I frowned.

''Can't I just call you and ask how you are?'' I asked him.

''No you can, but at this time no. You are busy with the whole Derek thing and you wouldn't just call me like that. Either something has happened or you just need help.'' Luke said and I looked down at my hand.

''You said that I can ask your help when we need it? Like with the war?'' I asked and Luke replayed with a yes, ''Then can you please help us in the war? I really don't want to ask you this and hurt some of your pack members but we really need your help.''

''Laura of course we will help you! We would have come and helped you anyways! You're our family Laura, our friend.''

''But I don't want your people to get hurt'' I whispered,

''And we don't want you and your people get hurt. We are going to help you.'' Luke said.

''But...'' I started.

''No buts. We are going to help you.'' Luke said.

After a long time I answered, ''Okay...Luke?''

''Yes Laura?'' Luke asked.

''Is my family safe?'' I asked him hopeful.

''Of course.'' Luke asked confused and also curious.

"Thank you." I whispered back to him.

''When is the war again?'' Luke asked.

''The eclipse.'' I answered him.

''Oh yes, I forgot'' Luke chuckled, ''We will be going to your pack 2 days before the eclipse.''

''Okay'' I said.

''Well I have to go. Dylan is calling for me. Have a good day Laura and call your parents. They miss you like crazy.'' Luke said.

''I will. Say hi to Dylan, Molly and Jack for me okay?'' I said to Luke and smiled.

''I will.'' Luke said and before he could hung up I said.

''Thank you.'' I whispered.

''No problem.'' Luke answered and hung up.

I put the phone down and leaned back against the chair. I'm tired of this. All I want is to live a perfect normal life with my mate. But that is not going to happen soon.

All I can think about is why me? Why can't anybody else be the white wolf? Why me? Why did The Moon Goddess chose me? There is nothing special about me. If I wasn't I white wolf then I would have been nothing in the world. Nothing but just a normal girl looking for her mate, but this isn't normal. Fighting and learning all day. Getting worried and frustrated every few seconds. Not knowing what will happen next. I'm just sick of it!

I stood up and walked in front of the mirror and pulled my top up a little to look at the mark.

''The mark is where your power is. Your mate touched it and it gave you more power. The mark made your mate stronger as well.''

Ross made me stronger by touching it. He made me stronger in all ways. Before I met him I knew how to fight and all but I was weak. I let everything get to me and that made me weak. But know when I'm here with him I feel different. He makes me feel happier, smarter, stronger, loved, beautiful, presentable. Without him I would be nothing. He is where my powers is. He is where my strength is. He is where my everything is.

''Why am I the White wolf?''

''I watched you when you were little. You were brave, strong, nice to everyone. I knew you were born to be the white wolf so I gave you the power of the white wolf.'' She explained.

I was born being the white wolf...

The Moon Goddess gave me these powers because she trusted me that I could to this. She trusts me now. She wants me to protect her children and that is what I am going to do. I'm not going to let my mother be disappointed in me. I will make her proud!

''Stay close to the loved ones and protect them.''

I am. I am going to protect them with my life.

''Hey Amos.'' I said opening the door to his room.

''Hello Laura.'' he said and I closed the door behind me, ''What did you want to tell me?''

''I wanted to show you this book.'' I said and put it in front of me and Amos gasped.

''Where did you get this?'' Amos asked and took the book from my hands.

''My father and Alpha Luke found the book. Why?'' I asked him.

''Where did they found this?'' Amos asked and looked up at me in the eyes.

''I don't know. They didn't tell me. What's wrong?'' I asked him.

''This book. I have been looking for this book for years.'' Amos said looking at the book.

''Why is so important? I mean it's just a book about white wolves.'' I said to Amos who shook his head.

''There is so much written in this book that you don't realize. There are dark secrets in it, there are spells in it. Ways to help the white wolf and others. There is everything you have to know about this world of secrets. And all that is in this book is 100% true.'' Amos explained opening the book and looking through the pages.

''How do you know that everything in there is 100% true?'' I asked him confused.

Amos looked up from the book and in my eyes, ''Because everything in here is written by me.''

I gasped, ''You wrote this?''

''Not alone.'' Amos said, ''I had helpers.''

''Who? Who helped you?''

''Grace, Tanya, Kara and Samuel.'' Amos said slowly and I gasped even more.

''All of the white wolves?'' I asked and he nodded.

''Me and Grace decided to make a book about this magical world. We started with simple spells and then we started to write information about other creatures. We were doing so amazing with it but then Grace died and before she died she told me to continue the book to help the other white wolves. So I did what she told me. I continued writing the book. When Tanya was born and we met I told her about this book and we continued to write it together. Same happened with Kara and Samuel. We all continued to write things in this book and search to find new things to help other in the future.'' Amos explained.

''But why wasn't the book with you?'' I asked him.

''One day I left my house to go got food for myself and left the book on the desk. When I came back the book was gone. I looked all over the house for it but it was nowhere. The book disappeared.'' Amos said and locked at me.

''Someone stole the book?'' I asked and Amos nodded, ''So that means that we have to find the one who stole it and the first thing to do is ask the one who found it.''
