"Anna??"

In all this family gathering, we forgot that we have a man here tied to a chair lying unconscious who has now gained his senses.

"Sarah!! Sarah Andre Russo!!" I said standing infront of him.

"What??" He looked confused.

"Even I came to know that I am the daughter of Andre Russo just now" I said.

"So you are with LIONS now??" John asked.

"I have been with them since the start. It's just a part of our plan to get you" I confessed him.He looked hurt by this.

"And I have a proposal for you" I said.

"What?? You want me to decide myself how I want to be killed??" He said with hatred in his voice. Not gonna lie that hurts.

"No!! I want you to join us. Be our Ally. We will be stronger together." I said.

John started laughing like a maniac." You want ME to be your friend when YOU betrayed me??" He asked. He is right!! I betrayed him.

"I know I lied to you whole time, but I really meant it when I said we can be friends. That's the reason why I am proposing this."

"Don't act like you care!! I know you don't. So why don't you stop all this and kill me already??" He said looking at me with disgust.

"Hey you!! Listen!! We will be more than happy to kill you right now as we have already captured your secret base and all your information. So technically we don't even need you. But she is the only reason why you are alive and talking right now as she doesn't want you dead" Stephan said holding John by his collar.

"But why?? Isn't she on your side??" He asked.

"I still am. But I don't want you to die like this. Not because of me. Because I like you" He looked at me shocked, "I really do. I can't lose a friend like you. Please join us" I requested him.

"If I be your Ally, will you give us a chance in future??" He asked.

I shook my head 'no'. "I did all this for the man I love" I said looking at Alex.

"And she is going to be my Queen and the mother of our child" He said placing his hand on my belly.

"You are pregnant??" John asked not believing what Alex said.I nodded my head in approval."You know you are pregnant all along??"

"No!! I found about my pregnancy today morning itself" I said.

"I don't think I can be your friend" He said.

"Why??" I asked.

"I thought of accepting your proposal if you had said that you would give us a chance. But when you clearly said that you belong to someone else, I can't." He said."Moreover you had all my mafia's information, so you can take over that. And My last wish is that I want you to kill me" He said looking straight into my eyes.

I couldn't control myself listening to his foolish words. I reached him and slapped right across his face. I then took hold of his collar. "I want you to LIVE!!! Why don't you understand that?? It's all MY stupid plan to get you like this. And I don't want you to die. Why don't you get that??" I said.

"What's use in living without power??" He asked and I turned to Damon to ask him for all the information they got from John's base. He handed me them even without asking. I looked at him confused.

"I think this is what you are going to ask me." He said and when I looked into the files, it's exactly what I needed. I smiled at how Damon read my mind.

"Release him!!" I said looking at David.

"He will harm you the moment we release him!!" David said looking suspicious at John.

"I trust him that he will not do something like that. Now release him!!" I said and David untied the ropes reluctantly.

Everyone were standing there silently and observing each and every movement of John. As he got free he stood and walked towards me. Everyone immediately aimed their guns at him but he approached me and laid his hand on my belly.

"How long are you??" He asked caressing my stomach.

"I don't know yet!!" I said."And these belong to you. Now you have complete power of your mafia and I ask you to join us and be our ally."

"You know that I can't harm you right?? You know that I love you right??" He asked looking with mixed emotions on his face. I didn't say anything as it's completely a sensitive topic for him.

"I want you to be with me as a friend that I trust" I said.

"Do you trust me??" He asked. I nodded.

"Do you trust me to be your baby's Godfather??"

"I do!!" I said.

"Then it's done!! I am ready to be your ally!!" He said.

"You are??" I asked again to confirm what he said.

"Yes!! I am!!"He said and took a knife from the table nearby. "I swear on blood that I, John Vadik, is no longer an enemy but an ally to LIONS and will be loyal to you and your family and will expect the same in return"

"You need not do that!! I trust you even if you have said that by words" I said taking his hand into mine."Get the first aid kit!!" I said and Lily handed me the kit. I cleaned the wound and wrapped a bandage around.

"Clean yourself and get ready!! You have your clothes upstairs. We will announce this today in the Ball" Alex said extending his hand for John and he shook it.

Everyone of us left the basement and reached to the rooms assigned for us and got ready for the Ball. Alex wore a royal blue suit matching to mine. He gave me a diamond necklace set saying it belonged to his mother. I am on cloud nine knowing that he gave me something that is special for him.

"Do you trust him??" Alex asked me. I know who he is mentioning.

"I trust him!! And I want you to trust him too!!" I said him adjusting his tie.

"If you say so, I think I can try that. Keyword try!!" He said pulling me by my waist and started kissing my jawline to neck. I couldn't help but moan. No matter how many times we made out his touch still effects just as it has effected me the very first time. And he knew it very well.

"Alex...don't you.....have a Ball....to attend??" I asked in between my moans. It's being hard for me not to destroy his perfectly gelled hair.

"Anything can wait but not this!!" He said and continued his attack on the other side. I need to stop it. RIGHT NOW!!

"Listen!! I need...to talk....to John....now!!" I said as he is planting wet kisses.

"What is that you want to talk to him??" Alex growled not liking what I said. Here comes the possessive brat of mine!!

"About something I wanted to know from him." I said and pulled away from him and he glared at me. "And you need to go!!!

With that I left the room and reached John's room and knocked on the door. Soon after he opened the door and froze in his place looking at me. He eyed me from top to bottom before stopping at my belly. He soon realized what he was staring at me and cleared his throat awkwardly.

"Yeah??" He asked scratching his neck.

"I need to talk to you, personally??" He nodded and moved aside to let me in and closed the door behind.

"So what's that you want to talk to me??" He asked.

"Actually I wanted to ask you how you agreed so easily to be our ally??" I asked as I was still suspicious on why he was okay with what I asked for. He remained silent for a while before he spoke.

"I want to confess what I feel for you even if I know that you can't be mine and belong to someone else. You are the first one that made me feel something I never felt before. You made me soft even if it's only for you. You made me realize what love is which I haven't felt in years. I love you Anna. I mean Sarah!! I really do." Tears started rolling down my cheeks at his confession.

"And it really broke my heart when I saw you with someone else and when you said you love him. I was jealous and really wished that you were mine. When you made it clear we never stand a chance not even in future, I was shattered" I immediately reached him and hugged him and tried to comfort him.

"But I was shocked when you proposed me to be your ally. I know it's not so easy to let your enemy to be a part of you. But I wanted to make sure that you trust me. Because all that I can have is your trust now. And when I came to know about your baby, I can't express how I felt. So, then I decided if can't be the father of your child, I can be his Godfather atleast."

"I am really sorry John. I didn't mean to hurt you like this. I just wanted to help Alex. But what I haven't thought is I will get attached to you. I know I can never love someone like I love Alex but I can love you as a friend. I promise that I will never lie to you again." I said honestly.

He stayed silent for a while composing himself. "You wore the dress I bought for you??" He asked.

"Why not?? It's going to be an important day for Alex. So it's obvious that it's important for me. And I loved this dress more than anything else as it is bought for me by my best friend." I said with a wink.

"Everything for you is about Alex, Isn't it??" He asked.

"Well yes. I never thought I will ever fall in love, but today I am here whipped for him....... I think it's time for us to leave." I said and he nodded.
