But what Ric doesn't know is that there is someone watching his every movement and reading his every feeling beyond what he shows.

It's past dinner time and there is no sign of Ric which worried others. They tried calling him but no response.

Gina has been pacing around in the room frequently glancing at the main door.

She felt something is wrong when Ric left abruptly. She didn't say anything then as she let it go thinking that she is just assuming. But now, when Ric hasn't returned even at midnight she felt the same feeling as before.

Something is wrong!!!

"I think something is wrong" Gina spoke loud and stopped pacing.

"What??" John and Alex asked concerned.

"Something is wrong with Ric Padre. He left abruptly and since then I have this feeling" Gina spoke.

"There is nothing like that. You are just assuming things. He said that he needs to be there" John tried to reassure his daughter.

Everyone is confused as to why Gina is reaching weirdly as it's very common that they would stay outdoors for longer times based on their work.

"You don't understand. He is lying before. I can see that clearly. He is hiding something and now he is not even home" Gina yelled out louder.

"How do you know he is lying??" Sarah questioned amused.

"Seriously?? You can't see that. He is tapping his mobile constantly. Which means he is nervous" Gina said what she saw before.

"Why would he lie??" Alex questioned.

"It's not time for all these questions. We need to track him down first" Gina spoke looking at Damon and Giovanni. They nodded instantly and the trio moved to Damon's office while the rest followed.

Everyone looked stunned seeing Gina working on computers so efficiently.

"You know how to do this??" Damon asked as everyone thought she rejected to study computers and studied Medicine instead.

"There is a lot you don't know. But now is not the time. First, let's finish this and I will explain everything later" Gina said and in the next few moments, Sarah joined the trio and they started tracing Ric.

"Why is it showing a deserted location?? Why would he go there??" Damon asked looking at the screen.

"Wait!! Check who sent the message to him before he left." Gina asked Giovanni.

"It came from an unknown number." Giovanni sighed.

"What is the text that was sent to Ric??" Gina questioned again.

"Ummm.... I think we should reach Fratello first" Giovanni said and closed the tab which has the text.

"Will you just show me the text or should I make you??" Gina is now annoyed with his behavior.

Everyone is looking confused as to why Gina is behaving strangely. But they let it go as they have more important in their hands. They need to find Ric first.

Giovanni just opened the text and showed it to the rest which left everyone shocked. It has a picture of Gina and Ric standing close to each other and seems lost in each other.

That's the picture which must be taken today morning when she met him near the pool. But what she didn't understand is that who it could be who sent this photo to him.

"Check where Ric went first after leaving from us??" Gina asked to which Damon nodded and checked the surveillance cameras and displayed it for all.

They can see that Ric reached his office and checked into the camera in his room they saw that he called someone and moved out of the room hurriedly. Later he moved to the garage and took his car and left the estate.

"Who is that he last called??" Enzo asked.

Giovanni checked once again and frowned. "Fratello called Goerge".

"Get the recording. I want to listen to what they spoke" Gina said and Sarah did her part.

Even if everyone seems to be cool on the outside that Ric can survive anything, deep down they all are frightened to the core.

Sarah put the recording on speaker so that everyone could listen.

Flashback to Ric calling someone.

"Where are you??" Ric asked as soon as George answered the call.

"In the training hall, My Lord" George answered.

"Come to my office. Right NOW!!!" Ric commanded and cut the call.

"Go get this George. He knows something" Enzo said to Rio and Matt.

Several bullets shots went off even before the duo left the room. Giovanni immediately checked the surveillance and yelled.

"THAT MOTHERFUCKER GEORGE" Giovanni banged the table. "He is the one attacking us. I think he is the one behind all this"

Enzo and his brothers instantly sprung into action and moved out taking their weapons. Their fathers followed them shortly taking their weapons.

Sarah and others started moving inside when Sarah saw Gina moving outside of the house with a gun.

"Where are you going??" Sarah asked Gina. Sarah is beyond shocked to learn that Gina is not the one they actually know. She is much more.

"I NEED THAT BASTARD ALIVE!!" Saying that Gina moved outside where their men are fighting George and his men.

George's men are outnumbered already and she saw George trying to run away. She followed him and shot him in his right leg and he fell down.

She again shot him in the left leg. Erik came running to her as he saw his sister following George.

"Take this bastard to the basement. I WILL BE THE ONE WHO WILL BE DEALING WITH HIM" Gina said so coldly that Erik shivered at her tone. He simply nodded and took hold of him.

Gina started moving towards the garage. "Where are you going??" Enzo asked reaching there.

"To get Ric" Gina answered without stopping. Enzo signaled Erik and followed Gina and hopped into the car soon.

Gina raced out at an insane speed that Enzo was shocked. Enzo chose to sit silently. She is driving fast and reached the location in 15 minutes which usually takes 25-30 minutes for them to reach.

As soon as they reached the deserted building, Gina dashed out of the car and rushed into the building. She started searching for Ric and found him sitting in the corner lying in blood.

The room is filled with different men lying dead on the floor. Gina is proud of the man who fought alone with all the men even after being severely injured.

Gina rushed to Ric and held his face. Ric slowly opened his eyes and looked at his love who had tears in her eyes.

"If I have to be this injured to make you cry for me or to rush to me, I would have done this years ago" Ric barely whispered as he is completely drained out of his energy.

"First we need to get you out of here" Gina laid his head on her shoulder and turned back. "ENZO!! COME HERE FAST!!" She shouted for help as Enzo is on the other side searching.

"I never thought I would be saying this to you like this" Ric spoke slowly word by word.

"Just Shut up!!" Gina spoke annoyed. "Whatever you want to say, just tell me when you are strong and healthy"

It is being difficult for Gina to see him like this badly injured. Enzo came running hearing Gina's voice. She let out a sigh in relief.

"Come on. We need to take him as soon as possible" Enzo joined her and both together held Ric and placed him in the car. Gina rushed to the driver's seat and drove back to the mansion while Enzo held Ric in the back seat.

"She is great in driving. Isn't she??" Ric chuckled due to which some blood came out of his mouth which panicked Gina more.

She soon reached the estate and reached the Medical center and drove inside and stopped right in front of the operation theater. Enzo is still in a daze to understand what's happening.

Soon Gina is in OT and started working on Ric with other expert doctors.

The rest of the family gathered as soon as they heard from Enzo. Everyone is so terrified as to what will happen.

"Why does it feel like she is not the daughter I knew" John spoke looking at Gina in the OT who is working seriously on Ric.

"Even I felt the same, John. She is much more than what we know" Sarah spoke remembering how she behaved and took care of everything.

Everyone is lost in their own thoughts when Gina came out of the OT removing her gloves and head cap.

"Where is George??" Gina spoke coldly. No one even tried to say something looking at her.

"In the basement" Erik spoke gathering his voice.

Gina started moving outside and her brothers followed her as said by their parents. Another doctor came out of the room and said that all the bullets have removed but needed to wait until Ric gains consciousness for coming to further conclusions.

As they reached the basement Gina met with George who was tied to a chair and unconscious.

Alex and other elders reached the other side of the basement from where they can see and hear whatever is happening in the basement. It's a double mirror that separates them.

Everyone is curious as to what Gina is going to do with him. But they sure know that's not good at all for him judging the look on her face.

She maintained a cold look on her face and is not showing any emotions. Gina took an empty can and filled it with hot water and splashed it across his face which resulted in screaming of George.

Rest are stunned at her action as they have never expected her to be this harsh. But what she did next and the words she said shocked them to the core.

Gina grabbed George by his collar and spat the next words voice filled with venom.

"YOU!!! BECAUSE OF YOU, THE 1ST PERSON I OPERATED ON IS THE MAN I LOVE. MY MAN!!!"
