Two weeks passed since Diya started working, every thing was going smoothly expect for her sore legs. The reason for that was she had to climb up and down two floors of stairs in her college at least twice or sometimes thrice a day.

Her staff room was on the ground floor but her lecture classrooms were on the second floor so it was task for her just to climb the stairs.

Arjun and Diya had a routine at night, they both cuddle and share everything about their day. But Diya skipped about the part her sore legs for the first week, late she felt little guilty because Arjun kept asking ' is something wrong baby, you look very tried these days, are you feeling feel ' these questions.

It reminded Diya of few weeks back when Arjun was little tensed and always thinking about something. Even when she asked him few times about what was bothering him, he said nothing. Diya felt very sad thinking Arjun was not comfortable to share with her or maybe he didn't want to share with her, her mind did all the overthinking made her more sad.

But after a few days Arjun himself opened up sharing with her about some issue going on in their business. He said that " I didn't want to bring all the office issues and tensions to our bedroom baby" explaining why he was hesitant to share with her at first.

Diya assured him saying " you can share with me about anything Arjun, I don't mind whether it was related to business or family. I hate seeing you tensed and bothered ". So Diya was worried thinking what if Arjun feels like her so shared with him about her sore legs.

Arjun first scolded her then he massaged her legs, he even made it a habit to massage her legs every night. Sometimes if they got busy at night doing naughty things he would massage her legs in the morning.

Diya smiled thinking about Arjun and how caring he was towards her, she realised where she was and looked around if someone caught her smiling alone.

Because right now she was in her staff room, she just finished eating lunch. Arjun sometimes would call or text while she was eating because Arjun know that Diya will have her lunch alone.

Diya was still very introvert and anxious to make friends or talk with her colleagues but if someone ask her something or made a little talk she replies them with a smile. She was not sad or depressed as she used to earlier for not having friends especially in her work place because now she has two best friends at home.

Sighing she diverted her mind to take notes for her afternoon class, in between writing she pressed her hand on her lower back because it was paining a lot for the last few days, also she was feeling extra tried.

Diya thought maybe her periods was going to start, she opened her phone calendar to check the date but she realised she was late, she should have gotten her periods two weeks back.

She froze realising what would be reason. She once again counted the days and calculated how late she was. She started thinking how can she confirm whether she was pregnant or not.

You can get a pregnancy test from a pharmacy and check it at home....

She mentally nodded to do that, she will buy it while going home and she will do the test today itself.

Diya completed taking notes and she went to her afternoon class and soon it was her time to go home. Packing her bag she walked towards the entrance of her college were her car was waiting for her.

Arjun has assigned a separate car along with a driver for Diya, to drop and pick her up from work or for any other use. He mostly try to drop her in the morning but if he was busy the driver will drop her.

Diya got in to the car and asked the driver to stop in a pharmacy on their way.

She brought 3 pregnancy tests from the pharmacy and now they are going home. Diya felt very restless thinking about whether will she be pregnant or not.

After the talk with Arjun, where both discussed about pregnancy and baby she totally forget about it. They got busy with the honeymoon then she started working, until today she didn't even think about her periods.

Her One hand was holding the package that has the test and other was fidgeting with her dupatta. Reaching home she thanked the driver as always and walked inside.

She mostly reach home around 4.30 or before 5 pm, she spends sometime with mom and dad, then she will do her college work and in between this she will also cook dinner only if she had the time.

It's 4.45pm right now, she saw mom and dad are in their garden doing some cleaning. She greeted them and went to her room.

She was extra cautious while climbing the stairs, going to their room she placed her hand bag in the couch and removed her dupatta, watch and she tied her hair into a bun. She had no patience to change her dress.

Going to the bathroom she first washed her face and patted it dry, she opened the package and took the tests out and started reading the instructions.

While she was intensely reading she heard their room door opening and closing. She was confused who might it be, her eyes widened hearing Arjun's voice calling her name.

Diya panicked hearing his voice, she stood there with the tests in her hands. Not hearing a reply Arjun kept calling her and knocked the bathroom door.

Diya closed her eyes and took a deep breath before giving a reply. She didn't want to tell Arjun before confirming anything, she opened the bottom draw of the cabinet and placed the kit there.

On the other side Arjun once he entered room he was expecting to see his beautiful wife but he pouted not seeing her. He placed his work bag near Diya's bag in the couch and removed his blazer and tie.

He know that she was in the bathroom so he kept calling her " Diya...... baby.... ", he also knocked the door. He only got silent he heard a reply from her saying" two minutes Arjun ".

While he was unbuttoning his shirt he heard the bathroom door open. He immediately turned around and walked towards her and engulfed his wife in a hug kissed her forehead.

Diya instantly calmed down in the warmth of her husbands arms. She kissed his chest where her head was rested. Both were each other's peace and safe place, it may sound cliche but it's true.

Arjun held her face in his hands and kissed her nose, Diya smiled asking " you are back early today, Arjun" her hands were holding Arjun's shirt.

" yes baby, I finished everything quick and came home soon to spend some time with my wife " Arjun replied cheekily. Diya smiled hearing that and pecked his cheek.

Arjun raised his brow asking " is this how you greet your husband after a long day at work baby " in a husky tone rubbing his cheek over hers.

Diya giggled when Arjun did that, she held the back of his neck and pecked his lips asking " is this okay ". Arjun grunted at his teasing wife and kissed her hard on her lips, one hand was holding her waist and other held her neck tilting it and he depend the kiss.

After kissing and sucking each other's lips for good few minutes both leaned back from their kiss.

Diya said " come on let's go downstairs and have tea with mom and dad ". Arjun nodded his head saying " 5 minutes baby, I will freshen up and change ".

Diya stood there gawking at her husband changing, she literally drool seeing his body in every chance she gets. At this point both were way more comfortable in each other's presence, even standing naked and while changing, Diya felt little shy sometimes but she never felt uncomfortable or uneasy.

Both went downstairs to the garden where mom and dad where sitting and having their tea, altogether they had some family time sharing and talking about few things.

Mom and dad went back to continue their gardening work, while Arjun sat there on the couch with Diya in his arms.

Arjun asked Diya about her work, she answered to his questions. She knows that Arjun was not okay of her working in this college as she was climbing the stairs a lot and her leg pain.

He even suggested that they can find her a job in some other college, Diya said, " we can see about that after few months Arjun ". He was not convinced, he reluctantly said an okay.

While they were silently sitting Diya mind drifted back to the pregnancy tests, she want to rush back to their room and do the test but she didn't want miss spending time with her husband because he rarely comes home soon in the evening like this.

While it got dark around 6.30 pm Mom and dad went to their room to shower. Arjun and Diya lied there in the garden sofa for sometime, mostly kissing each other.

They both can't get enough of each other and felt like teenage lovers always hugging and kissing.

Around 7pm Arjun got a call from his PA to discuss something about a ongoing project, so he went to his home office.

Diya took this chance and hurried to their room and went to the bathroom. She once again read the instructions and did everything.

She peed in all three sticks and kept it on the counter and washed her hands. She paced inside the bathroom nervously for 5 mins waiting for the result.

Her heart was beating was fast, when she saw it was past five mins she walked to the counter. Her hands were sweaty and shaking badly, saying a small prayer she saw the sticks. All there had the same result showing pregnant.

Tears started streaming down her eyes in happiness, she closed her mouth with her hands and sobbed. She can't move her eyes from the test, she kept staring at it unconsciously smiling and tears kept flowing from her eyes.

Wiping away her tears, Diya stared at her reflection in the mirror, her hand went to her stomach and she caressed it smiling widely.

There is a baby in here, my and Arjun's baby....

I am going to be a mom...

We are going to be parents.....

When she was happily thinking about all these, there was loud knock on the bathroom door, Diya flinched hearing the sound.

Arjun after attending the call, he went to their room. He saw Diya going inside their room when he went to his office, when he didn't find her in their room Arjun was confused thinking ' where did she go ' .

He called her name few times and he even knocked the bathroom door, when he didn't get any reply from her Arjun felt a little restless.

When they were downstairs talking, Arjun noticed that Diya was zoning out thinking or more like worrying about something. He didn't ask anything about it to her, he taught they can privately talk in their room. He started knocking the door loudly.

Diya walked to the door and opened it, she don't how but she decided that she was going to share the news with Arjun right away.

Arjun visibly relaxed after Diya opened the door, but with a worried look on his face he asked " what happened baby are you okay" seeing her red eyes. He know that she was crying just by seeing her eyes.

Diya wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him, when he asked that question her waterworks again started. Arjun tried to console her but Diya kept sobbing.

As Diya was literally clinging to him it was easy for him move so Arjun walked to their bed and made Diya sit. He kneeled in front of her and wiped her tears, all the while he kept murmuring sweet words to her.

He asked " are you hurt baby " Diya shook her head saying no. " You are scaring me baby, come on tell me what happened " he asked with a tensed face.

She smiled lightly and asked him sit on the bed near her. Arjun was confused seeing sudden change in her reaction , he sat there looking at her to say something.

His hands were holding hers, Diya took his right hand and kissed it before placing it on her stomach.

She wished that she can give Arjun a big surprise revealing this news but right now Diya have no patience to even wait for a day.

Arjun raised his brow with a questioning look on his face, Diya biting her lips looked at him whether he can guess or not.

Arjun gently rubbed her stomach thinking maybe it was hurting. Diya laughed seeing his reaction, taking a deep breath she said with tears eyes " Arjun, I am pregnant ".

Hearing this Arjun froze, his eyes moved to her stomach and he caressed it very gently. He was in a shock for few seconds not knowing how to react, with shaky voice he asking " really....."

Diya smiled nodding her head, she placed her hand over his and said " we are going to be parents ".

His face broke into a wide smile, he stood up the bed pacing here and there murmuring ' we are going to be parents' . Diya sat there looking at her husband for his reaction.

He came near her, this time Arjun had tears in his eyes. Diya stood up from the bed and held his arms, Arjun immediately hugged her tight.

He kissed all over her face and holding her face he said " I don't even know how to express my feeling right now baby, I am the happiest man right now in the whole world " tears flowing from his eyes.

He again kissed her face saying " thank you baby ", seeing him cry Diya's she eyes teared up. She held his face and kissed him on his lips, both kissed intensely pouring out their emotions.

Arjun's hand went to her stomach and he caressed it with a smile on his face. He moved back a little and said " raise you hands baby ". Diya was confused at first but she realised why he was saying that so she raised her hands.

Arjun held the end of her top, he raised it up and removed it completely. His eyes went to stomach, he touched and caressed it with hands smiling.

He kneeled in front of her and gave butterfly kisses on her stomach. Diya bit her lips to stop herself from giggling because his beard tickled her stomach. Her stomach was always chubby so she wondered from when will she start showing.

She felt little shy to stand there just a bra covering her upper body but she was instantly lost when Arjun started kissing her stomach. Her heart melted when Arjun hugged her bare stomach and his one hand still caressing it.

She held the back of his head hugging him, both stayed in the same position for few minutes. Then both lied down on their bed cuddling, Diya narrated him from today morning how she realised how her periods was late and everything.

Arjun listened to her occasionally kissing her head and his one hand kept caressing her stomach.

Both decide that they will go to the doctor tomorrow and they will share this with mom and dad. Today was Thursday so Diya took a leave for tomorrow and Arjun too informed his PA about his absence tomorrow.

Arjun booked an appointment with a OB in a big hospital which was also not very far from their home.

Next day after breakfast both went to the hospital. Arjun said to mom and dad that they are going for shopping to buy few things.

the doctor checked Diya thoroughly and confirmed her pregnancy. They sat in the doctors room, the doctor detailed everything to the new parents to be.

She also informed them that Diya was almost five weeks pregnant. Arjun held Diya's hands in his while they were talking to the doctor.

The couples asked few doubts and questions to the doctor, mostly Arjun was one asked lot of questions.

The doctor said to them that Diya was healthy and good, she asked them to keep an eyes on her diet. She also adviced them when to be extra careful and cautious. After getting the details about further appointments both went back home.

Arjun usually would be very cautious for Diya, his whole concentration will be on Diya wherever they are and now it tripled. Diya was totally loving this more attention and love from her Arjun.

Arjun even drove the car very carefully, they brought few fruits that doctor suggested for Diya. He already called Nikhil and asked him come home as soon as possible while they were in the hospital.

Reaching home they saw Nikhil's car in the parking. Both excitedly walked inside, Diya felt very happy and giddy. She still can't believe that she was pregnant and going to be a mom.

In the living room they saw mom, dad and Nikhil sitting the couch talking. They went near them and greeted them, dad asked Arjun " you called Nikhil to come here saying that it's very urgent, what happened Arjun " with a questioning look.

Diya and Arjun were both sitting next to each other and holding their hands. They shared a smile and turned to look at everyone, Arjun cleared his throat and started speaking " dad actually we both wanted to share something with the three of you".

Mom already had a small smile in her face guessing what the news might be.

Arjun's smile widened when he said " Diya is pregnant...actually we are pregnant " and kissed Diya's forehead.

All three stood up from their place and clapped hooting. Mom was the first one to hug Diya and kiss her cheeks followed by the other too. They congratulated and blessed Diya and Arjun.

Nikhil even teased Arjun lightly making Diya blush red. The men got busy in their talks mostly Arjun asking dad how was his experience while mom was pregnant. Dad excitedly shared everything to Arjun and Nikhil.

On the other side mom and Diya had a heart to heart talk. Mom gave her few advices about what to do and what not to do.

After lunch Nikhil went back to his office, mom and dad went to their room to have a afternoon nap.

Arjun and Diya spend time mostly talking about the baby and pregnancy.

Diya was lying with her head on Arjun's chest. He was gently patting her back while talking to her.

Suddenly Arjun with a serious look on his face said " I think we made our baby on your birthday mostly at the night when we made passionate love ".

Diya hit his chest blushing, Arjun laughed loudly teasing her more.

Both slept in each other's arms cuddling with their heart filled with happiness and joy.
