My palms have never been clammy than they have ever been before until today.
I tugged Jack's shirt. "Can we turn back? I don't think I can do this." I begged.
He chuckled, taking a hold of my hand and pressing a kiss on my knuckle. "Angel, I don't think it's possible to turn the plane around. We're gonna land anytime soon."
Fuck.
"You'll be fine. It's just my family. It's not like you haven't met them before. Calm yourself down, they're picking us up later." He said nonchalantly.
My eyes widen.
"What?!" I whirled my head to his direction. "You didn't tell me that." I accused him, smacking him in the arm repeatedly.
Jack tried to dodge off my attacks but was unsuccessful due to the limited space we had, and we were seated next to each other on a plane.
"Aww! Stop!" He cried out. "I'm sorry. God, you're so brutal."
"You could've told me before hand," I gritted through my teeth. I stopped smacking him and twisted his ear quickly.
I tried focusing on the movie, Pitch Perfect 2, that was playing in front of me, but I couldn't. I was also sweating bullets. I already finished the water bottle the airline has provided, stealing Jack's water bottle, too.
Don't blame me.
Jack and I got back together and have been dating for three months now. Things have been really good, I would say it's even better now. We worked out a plan since we are in a long distance relationship. Everything hasn't been perfect, we still have bumps on the road with our relationship, but we make sure to solve them right away.
Can I really do this? A million thoughts came through my mind. I was overthinking, and stress eating. I was aggressively chewing the food the flight attendant served us.
"Callie, love, don't chew your food that much or you might accidentally chew off your own tongue, too." He said without sparing me a glance as he flipped through the magazine he was reading.

I ignored him.
"Hey, look. It's me!" Jack showed me a page of the magazine with his face on it. "I look so good in this. I remember the time I had this photoshoot, they served the best food in their catering."
"Jack, I really don't care about that at this moment." I said truthfully. "I'm just so anxious."
He sighed before putting his hand above mine. He gave me a kiss on the temple and reassured me that everything will be alright.
I was starting to calm down when the pilot suddenly announced that we were now going to land. Well, my calmness didn't last too long.
"Oh my God, Jackson Vallen, we're fucking landing." I hissed, clutching tightly on my seat.
And he really had the audacity to laugh at me!
Jerk. You're lucky that you're my boyfriend and I love you.
I can feel my heart pounding in my chest as we got out of the plane and claimed our baggage.
I heard Jack whine beside me as we walked our way to the exit. "Angel, you're cutting off blood circulation in my arm from your tight grip."
I whipped my head. "I'm not! Don't be a baby."
He cursed silently.
"Did you just curse at me, Cohen?" I hissed.
His eyes widen. "What? Of course, not! I would nev-"
"Oh, stop with your explanation. That's the least of my worries right now."
From where I am, I can now see the light from the outside through the glass doors. Shit. It's almost time. I hope I look exceptionally okay. I kept looking at myself in the door when we were still in the plane. God knows how many times I did that.
"Are you ready?" Jack asked me, giving my hand a quick squeeze.
I gave him a nervous smile but nodded my head anyway. The sooner I face his family, the better.

As soon as the warm breeze of Los Angeles hits me, I can hear people calling Jack's name. But we didn't mind that, instead we focused on a familiar group of people raising a pluck card with writings on it about welcoming us.
A smile immediately formed on my lips. A scene that I remember all too well.
Soon as we were close enough, we immediately got pulled into a hug. And I mean by we, I mean me.
"Oh my gosh, Callie!" Lav was scrambling her way to me before attacking me with a bear hug.
"You haven't seen me, too, since the last couple months and I don't even get a hug?" Jackson whined.
My arms instinctively wrapped around her, returning the hug. "I missed you, so much. I haven't heard from you all these years. " I can hear the sadness in her voice.
"I'm sorry, Lav. It wasn't my intention at all to cut you off." I explained, a sob almost came out of my mouth. "I was just going through a lot-"
She cut me off. "It's okay. I don't care anymore. I just want to catch up with you and become best friends again. Even if I have to steal you away from my brother."
I laughed. "Of course, you will always be my partner in crime."
Lav and I pulled away from our hug and I was immediately greeted by his other family members. Both Darius and Molly pulled me into a hug and everything seemed all familiar. Di and I already met a couple months ago when Jack and I first got together.
Morgan couldn't be here with us today because she recently just gave birth to her baby. That was one of the main reasons we're travelling here today. Jack had already bought hundreds of gifts for his niece and I couldn't help but shake my head at him. He was being a little over the top with this whole uncle thing, but I'm gonna let him do his thing.
We packed inside the car and quickly dropped off in their home to leave our things and drove directly to the hospital to see Morgan and her baby.
Commotion filled the room. Everyone was on cloud nine because of the birth of the new family member. The little bundle of joy was such a precious thing, Sophia Marie. Jack teared up a little as he held her in her arms for the first time and was already telling her stories. It was a heartwarming moment to see.
Di ordered some food for us to eat since it was also nearly dinner time. We spent the whole entire day in the hospital and we still haven't even left. Jack and I were clearly a little jet lagged from our trip, but we didn't want to leave yet.
Jack and I were cuddled on the couch, he had his arm around my shoulder and tucked me into his side.
"What if we make a baby?" He whispered out of the blue.
I silently gasped before pinching his side.
"Ouch!" He jerked away from me, rubbing the part where I pinched him. "I was only kidding. Well, maybe in a few years then."
I rolled my eyes before resting my head on the crook of his neck and wrapping my arms around his waist.
As I sat there with him, I knew deep down that everything will be alright and I will for sure spend the rest of my life with him and hopefully in the next lifetime, too.

"Please," I whispered, begging him once more. I could feel his bulge grow, digging into my mound. He released his soft lips from my breast and looked at me with pure lust. He reached down and undid the top button of his pants, looking at me as he did. He undid another and lowered his hand to undo the last button. He paused in suspense. "Are you sure you are ready for me little warrior?" He said as the corner of his lip curled.I look back up with pleading eyes. I nodded, and he undid the last button.
