Silence. Not a pin drop was heard in the room, with Yoora wrapped in her favourite blanket, laying on her bed with a box of tissues beside her.
She allowed herself to cry and it soon turned into ugly sobbing noises.
Deciding she was better than this and there was no point in moping, she abruptly stood up, taking her blanket with her and cleaned up the mess on her bed. She went into the bathroom and turned on the sink, splashing lukewarm water into her face, hoping it'd erase the redness under her eyes. She looked at her reflection in the mirror, her bangs stuck to her wet forehead, eyes swollen and quivering lips, ''I look like a girl after a bad break up,'' she thought.
Yoora changed into something comfortable, a black oversized tee and some sweats, she started making coffee in the kitchen. She wanted to look at least a bit alive before Minji arrived from school.
''Shit, I've got to stop skipping classes,'' she muttered to herself as she pulled out a cup from the cupboard.
Yoora jumped up as a loud bang rang in her ears, it sounded like something had crashed right behind her.
Feeling her chest tighten and her heart rise to her throat, she shakely turned around, thinking of all the possibilities, was it a murderer? Was it her stalker coming to get her when she least expected it?
She froze when she noticed Minji standing by the couch with a smile on her face, beside her on the coffee table lay a small box, a cardboard box with nothing except Yoora's name written on it in black marker.
''Fuck, that looks familiar,'' she thought as she remembered the letter on her doorstep.
Yoora's panicked expression caused Minji to look puzzled, wondering why her friend was acting so strangely.
''I have a lot of questions, Yoora,'' she said, placing her keys on the counter.
Yoora began rubbing her temples, she nearly forgot about the headache she had to endure, cursing Jisoo in her mind as Minji took a few steps towards her.
''Firstly, why did you disappear during lunch today?'' she asked, a worried expression on her face.

Yoora gulped, trying to think of a good excuse. ''Uh, I got my period and I had no pads,'' she said.
Minji cocked an eyebrow at her, clearly disbelieving her the words that came out of her friends mouth.
''Liar, I know you had a fight with Jisoo by the cafeteria, heck the whole schools talking about it,'' she said, tapping her hand against the counter, her long fingernails bouncing off the marble surface.
Yoora rolled her eyes as she took out a jar of coffee, putting 3 spoonfuls into her cup.
''Well fuck me, why does everyone have to gossip so much in that bloody school?'' she muttered as she pouted boiling water into the cup.
Minji chuckled. ''It's always been like that, so don't lie to me, I know everything.''
Yoora slowly turned around to face her friend, chewing on her lip as she nervously fiddled with her long fingers.
''Everything?'' she asked, her voice trembling.
Minji eyed Yoora suspiciously, ''Yeah, everything, about how Jisoo threatened you and you broke her nose on the roof,'' she said.
Yoora let out a sigh of relief, placing her hand on her chest. ''Oh, yeah, right that," she mumbled.
Minji sensed that there was more to that story or she was simply hiding something from her. But she always knew Yoora was reserved, she didn't confide in anyone, didn't like to bother anyone with her problems, she kept to herself at all times. Minji would scold her, ''Rely on me some more, would ya?" she would tell her whilst hitting her on the head with a rolled up newspaper. Yoora would laugh and promise her she'd tell her everything, and Minji smiled, knowing she was lying.
''Yoora, how many times do I have to tell you, rely on me some more,'' she said with a pout.
Yoora smiled sweetly at her best friends concern for her. ''I will! Someday, I will. ''
Yoora stirred her coffee, feeling the aroma fill her nostrils, her mouth nearly drooling.
''How'd you find out about the roof right anyway?" she asked.
"Yoongi told me,'' she replied, her growing smirk evident within the tone of her voice.

Yoora's smile fell as she dropped her spoon into the coffee.
''Ah, I see.''
Minji sensed the sadness in her voice.
''Did something happen between you two?'' she asked, staring at Yoora's back facing her.
Yoora didn't turn around nor did she take out the spoon out of the scorching coffee. She felt her heart ache at the sound of his name, just his name made the events from the locker room flood her mind.
She felt guilty, upset and angry, but most of all, she was in pain. Why was she in pain? She didn't know.
Or maybe she was just in denial, denying the feelings within her, pushing them back deep into the core of her heart, her soul, never to speak of them or acknowledge them.
Yoora turned to face her friend and gave her a big, fake smile.
''Nothing happened, everythings fine,'' she said, emphasising the fine part.
Minji decided to let it go and left the kitchen, ''The box is for you, it was at the doorstep,'' she shouted before disappearing behind the bathroom door.
Yoora could feel a lump forming in her throat as she shakely made her way towards the box. It wasn't very big, it looked too bare, no address on it or anything other than Yoora's name, it creeped her out.
She could feel her heart beating furiously as she dug her nails into the cardboard, slowly ripping it apart until she laid her eyes on a smaller black box made of leather.
She cautiously opened the box and let out a held in breath as she stared at a photo of herself, taken secretly. It was a photo of her undressing in her room, probably taken from somewhere outside her window, although she lived on the 2nd floor it wasn't impossible.
She took the photo with her shaky hands only to realise it wasn't just one, it was a whole pile. She studied them carefully, going through them one by one.
It was mostly Yoora, on her way to school, on the bus, in class with her head leaning on her hand as she stared out the window, at home with Minji. She froze when she got to the last photo.
It was a photo of her leaning against Yoongi on the sofa, both of them curled up against each other, their feet mangled, Yoora's hand on his chest and his hand on her thigh, both fast asleep.
She flipped it over and noticed some writing on the very bottom of the photograph.
Yoora felt the sudden urge to throw up as the pile of photos fell from her hands, she fought back the tears but as she brought her hand to her mouth, she tried her best to block a gag. She was successful, but as she glared at the photos scattered on the floor, her heart dropped.
It was quiet, so unbelievably quiet for over a week. No creepy phone calls, no messages, no letters and now this.
He wasn't going to give up, he wasn't done with her. She felt sick again when she thought about how Yoongi was brought into this. When did he even take those photos?
She felt panic rise within her as she heard the sound of a running shower stop, signaling that Minji would leave the bathroom any minute. She fell to the floor, hastily picking up the scattered photos, placing them back into the box.
Not realising she had missed one under the sofa, she hurriedly took the box to her room, placing it deep under her bed.
She fell onto her bed, her body colliding with the soft mattress, making the bed creak. A single tear streamed down her now wet cheek.
Yoora had the sudden urge to call Yoongi and tell him, tell him the truth, everything. About the stalker, the photos, her feelings that caused her so much distress and pain, the feelings that she suppressed for so long. Most of all, she wanted to apologise for blowing up on him earlier.
She grabbed her phone and was about to dial his number when she noticed an unread text message in her inbox. She clicked on it and found herself a sobbing mess once again.
