"Why are the lights on?" I faintly heard Leo say.
"Get out your guns, someone wake up Athena." I heard Valentino say in the distance.
I felt someone grab my shoulder and roughly shake me. My eyes immediately opened and the first thing I saw was Leo's panicked face.
"What's wrong?" I asked in a sleepy voice, I rubbed my eyes trying to take the sleepiness away.
"The lights of the house are on and we left them off meaning someone is inside the house!" Leo said making me furrow my eyebrows and quickly get out the car.
I ran to the back of the car and opened the back and quickly grabbed and gun, Leo quickly followed my movements and soon we were both alongside Valentino and Kai in front of the house.
I walked forward, keeping my gun raised with caution. I slowly opened the door and everything was trashed. The couches were flipped over, some of the vases were shattered on the ground. The Main tv was on the ground with bullet holes across it.
"Holy shit..." I breathed out quietly.
"What the fuck?!" Valentino whispered behind me.
I slowly took a sharp intake of air as I bent down and slowly took of my heels, If there was still someone here, I wouldn't want them hearing the clicks.
I walked forward entering the house completely, Valentino was by my side as Leo and Kai stayed behind us. I was about check the bullet holes in the television but Valentino tapped my shoulder making me look at him, he leaned forward towards my ear.
"You check the kitchen, I'll check the living room while the other two check upstairs." He whispered as his lips brushed my ear.
I looked at him and silently nodded.
I slowly walked to the kitchen making sure to avoid the shattered glasses that were on scattered across the floor. Wouldn't want another glass in me.
I entered the kitchen and my eyes widened as the first thing I noticed was a injured Melissa sprawled on the middle island. She was coughing while holding her stomach, her head was rested back with her eyes closed as chest was rapidly rising and lowering.

"Shit, shit, shit.." I chanted as I quickly walked towards her.
Her eyes opened rapidly as she heard my voice, I quickly ripped a part of my dress that was shielding my injury.
"Oh fuck.. I thought you guys were dead..." she said between each breath.
"Don't force yourself to talk and stay quiet, I'm going wrap you in this, okay?" I said showing her the red cloth that I ripped. She quickly nodded and she tightly shut her eyes. My eyes were focused on her injury as I slowly removed her hand that was covered in blood.
"Fuck,I need a scissor..."I trailed of as I desperately searched the kitchen cabinets. I opened each one rapidly until I came across a knife, this will do.
Her eyes opened by the sudden movement, she looked at my hand and saw the knife I was holding.
"What...are you..going to..do?!" She said in alert while looking at my hand in horror.
"I'm not going to kill you if that's what you're thinking, I'm going to cut the tight shirt you have on, so I can see your injured stomach."
She nodded unsure but still complied anyways. I ran to her side as I carefully grabbed the knife with one hand, and with the other I lifted the shirt that was stuck to her body with blood. She winced by this.
I slowly lifted my knife and carefully cut the shirt making sure not to struck her body. I could now see her gash that was oozing out blood.
"What did you get struck with?!"I questioned as I cut another piece of my dress and gave it to her.
She complete ignored my question and instead She asked her own, "what is this for?" She asked taking the cloth and raising it to me weakly. I looked at her, "put it in your mouth, this is going to hurt." I whispered.
I pressed the cloth with both of my hands making her clench her fist tightly and grit her teeth against the cloth. She let out a panted squeal as she trashed her legs around.

"Stop moving! It's going to hurt more if you do." I said panicking. She complied and stopped moving around. Her chest was rising and falling quickly by the pain.
"Hey Athena, there was nobody upstairs but there wer-" Valentino said entering the room but as he saw what was happening he quickly rushed to my side and stayed still staring at my injured leg and at Melissa that was panting for air.
"What the fuck happened!?" He yelled looking at me.
"That isn't fucking important right now! Go bring a fucking Vodka and make sure it's strong! Also bring a first aid kit!" I yelled back at him, I wasn't mad, I was just stressed with everything that was happening.
He quickly ran out the room and soon I heard him shout orders at Kai and Leo.
I was still pressing her stomach making sure to not let more blood ooze out. I looked her face making sure she was still with me but everything didn't have to go my way as her eyes slowly started to shut and her head was slowly going lump.
"No! Come one, you can't sleep!" I said shaking her shoulders with caution. She slowly regained consciousness as she blinked and looked at me.
"You can't sleep, you have to stay awake!" I said slowly making sure she understood every single word.
She didn't respond but she started humming. Thankfully Valentino arrived with the vodka and I quickly grabbed it from him and took the top off.
Leo and Kai quickly entered the room.
"Someone grab her back and sit her up-straight!" I quickly said. Kai quickly went behind Melissa and picked her up from her underarm making her grunt.
"Open your mouth..." I directed to Melissa, she slowly opened her mouth as I put the bottle on her mouth for her to drink. She took a sip and her facial features turned into disgust but she continued drinking rapidly.
"Why is she drinking vodka in this state?!" Leo said looking back and forth between all of us.
"She's injured, if she drinks a strong vodka it will make her body numb and drowsy making her feel no pain." Valentino answered for me.
"Uhhh....HAHAH" Melissa said randomly laughing out as her head swayed side to side. Kai slowly placed her head back down.
I opened the med kit and grabbed out the needle making sure to cleanse it with alcohol. I ripped another piece of my dress and passed it to Leo, "Can you wet this please?" I asked. He smiled and nodded as he walked to the sink and turned the knob as he soaked the red cloth.
He passed me the wet cloth and I slowly cleaned around the area where dry blood was sticked on the skin. I grabbed the needle and slowly pierced it though her skin, I looked at her face for some sort of reaction but she stayed still staring at the ceiling.
I let out a breath and continued, soon enough she was already stitched up.
☀︎︎☀︎︎☀︎︎
"When she's sober, we need to ask her questions." I said sitting on the floor.
"Yeah, it's just weird how we just came back and everything was trashed." Leo said looking around the living room paranoid. How ironic.
"No shit, Leo." Valentino said shaking his hair with his hand.
"Calm down, if this happened it means someone knows where we are..." I trailed of looking at them.
"Exactly, meaning we have to leave this place." Valentino said looking at me.
I hummed in agreement, I was still in my torn red dress as I sat criss crossed on the floor.
"Well then we better start packing and expect answers later on.." Valentino said before standing up and walking away to his room.

When Plush comes to Shove
An: So the last synopsis wasn’t really all that good, it was just some mumbo jumbo with no actual point to it so I decided to make a new one that’s a bit more accurate. Leo Lush, just your average everyday (slightly chubby) schmuck, or at least he would be if he didn’t carry around a stuffed toy everywhere he went.I mean, he was a man who could read the atmosphere a bit so put it away in his bag whenever having a stuffed toy out would be rude but other than that he brought it with him all the time, it was a memento from his girlfriend who had died three years ago and keeping it close made him feel better. That’s also why his classmates gave him the nickname “Plush”, though that's neither here nor there. One day at the train station he’d lost his dearest stuffed toy, one of his classmates found it and lobbed it towards him, something that they’d already done many times before, but this time something went wrong and Leo found himself falling in front of the train due to the force of the throw. Now follow Leo as the spirit that developed in his stuffed toy and killed him forces his ghost into another world to possess a different stuffed toy. He doesn’t know much about the world or why he’s there but what he does know is that according to a magic book his girlfriend was also sent to this very world when she died in a plane accident three years ago. An: For those who want to know a bit more about what kind of story this will be: I want it to be a chill feel-good story and stay as far away from those despair-fest stories as possible (No offense to people who enjoy them, I’m just not one of you)Let me make something clear; I’m not writing this story with hope of it becoming really top tier among RRL (Though it did get above rank 500 once which I’m still very proud of even though it’s gone back down to ~850 at the time of writing this) I just want to write a story that I would enjoy reading, that’s why I’ll be mostly skipping over a lot of the parts that I skip when I read other stories, such as stats, the exact value of money and other such precise statistics that no one(as far as I’m aware) really cares about all that much. Just feels like a lot of effort for something superfluous. There’s a single exception and that’s one of the battles, it’s not a despair-fest or anything but it’s got a different feel than the rest of the story due to me being in a funky mood while I was writing it.
