Psycho's POV

I yanked Hank onto his feet and off the glass covered ground, throwing him into the seat of the desk.

"Pick up the phone, Hank."

He shook his head no furiously as he continued to cradle his eye.

I laughed. "Sorry, did you say something? Don't think I heard you..."

He opened his mouth to speak, blood spurting out, "Fuchck yew," he stuttered.

"See Hank, that wasn't the answer I was looking for..." I picked up the fire stirrer, pointing it at his manhood.

"Now pick up the goddamn phone and do what I say."

Mary's POV

"Lucky us, looks like we found the grand prize, two little Moretti fuckers." The large man standing above me said with a laugh.

My cheek was going numb from the ice cold snow being shoved into it. I could feel my lips turning blue.

I heard them kick Moretti and the crunch that came shortly after the blow had been dealt. But my face was turned away and I couldn't see anything yet my body still shuddered.

A tear escaped my eye, I had failed Psycho. I wasn't able to save us.

"Boss won't mind it if I bring them back cold and dead," the man pushing my face in the ground said as he shoved it even more, causing my jaw to ache.

I felt the cool steel on my temple and heard the click as he cocked the gun back.

This was it. We had been so close.

I closed my eyes and waited for it all to be over.

Then I heard a phone ring.

The large man standing over us pulled a cell phone out of his pocket and quickly held it to the side of his ugly bald head. He spoke in Russian to the man on the phone for a moment

before finally closing it and placing it back in his pocket.

"Boss said to we have to report to him."

The man holding my head looked up, "Can it wait? It's just getting exciting," he smiled down at me.

Baldy spoke again, "Said we had to meet him in his study and that it was very important. Leave these two to freeze, come on."

I wondered what could've been so important.
