《Please Love Me (Shy! Yandere! Male x Reader)》Chapter 26 - A Plan?

Today was the day when the police are going to start investigating and questioning students around the school. People would sometimes be pulled out of the crowd to get questioned. So far, you were not one of them.
You and Grace were in the beginning of PE when you heard the intercom call your name.
"Y/N L/N, please report to the principal's office. Y/N L/N, please report to the principal's office immediately."
Already, you could feel all your classmates' stares directed at you. Mrs Tranter expectantly raised an eyebrow at you, waiting for you to get up and leave. You sighed and stood up, leaving silently. As you left, you could feel the mocking giggles of Annalise and her friends. Seriously, there was always someone that's there to bother you no matter what.
'Maybe Annalise is the next victim of the murderer.' You smiled in amusement at your prediction before realizing that you shouldn't be joking over this matter.
You quickened your light footsteps until they made their way in front of the principal's office. Your heart started to pound a bit at what the principal had to say. When you stepped in, not only did you see the principal, you saw two police officers as well.
The first officer standing on the left of the room was a tall-ish female officer with a mature look on her face. Her dark brown hair was tied into a tight bun and emphasized the slight wrinkles on her face with the light shining down at her. She was probably in her mid-thirties.
The second police officer was a shorter than her, and a bit stubby. The centre of his hair was almost gone and there was a friendly close-eyed smile on his face that has been there since you came in. Poor guy... how long has he been smiling? Your first impression of him was that he was the type of police officer that gets gifted with donuts because of the hard work he has done. Maybe a father of two?
'Since when did you start finding out people's back stories?' You thought to yourself. 'Nevermind that, what was I here for?'
"Ahem," The principal covered his mouth while he wheezed, "A few hours ago, while we were talking to some students, there has been multiple accusations of murder directed at you."
"Me?" You asked in disbelief? Who would-
Oh. So that was why Annalise had a shit-eating grin on her face. You scrunched up your face in anger for a moment and clenched your fist. What did you ever do to them? Why can't the leave you alone?
"You seem to have realized something?" The female officer raised her eyebrows. You squinted to check her badge. Maybe you needed to get your eye checked.
"Ah, yes. I thought of the people who would accuse me of murder, Ms Allison."
"Hm."
"Anyways," The principal once again helped break the silence. "These friendly police officers would like to question your whereabouts and so during the both nights of the murder. If you could step into the conference room, please."
You complied. For some reason, being pulled in the middle of class to be interrogated was more fun than having PE class with Ms Tranter.
And so on, the two officers started off with easy questions like what's your name, age and such then began asking about your whereabouts, the girls who accused you of murder, so and so. During that time, they also explained why you were one of the possible suspects. Annalise and her friends claimed that you were jealous of the two girls having such a close relationship, as you used to be Lizzy's former friend, and killed them both because of it. In return, you explained how why the chances of you being the murderer is highly improbable and tried the best you could to give them evidence of your innocence. The two officers also requested for this meeting to be confidential and by the time you finished the questioning, it was almost time for lunch.

"Thank you so much for cooperating with us," The male police officer who's name you learned was Mr. Phil shook your hand and gave you a grin. Ms Allison, too, reached out her hand for you to shake. Over the short time you knew her, you found that she wasn't as bad as you thought and was serious all the time because she took her work seriously.
"A pleasure working with the both of you." You gave him an equally amicable smile before picking your schoolbag up and leaving.
"What did they say?" Grace asked you curiously. The moment she saw you waiting at the bleachers, your friend started to bombard you with questions about what happened and so. Remembering the police officer's request, you tried to keep it as brief as possible.
"They just asked me a few questions about the murders and stuff." Wow, that explanation was totally not gonna bring up questions.
"Ohhh. What did they ask? I've always wanted to be interrogated and stuff," Grace pouted, "Why do I have to miss out on all the fun?"
You chuckled at Grace's immaturity. No wonder she was Alec's childhood friend. "It's not that fun, really. Also, can you try not to talk about this? It's no big deal and I don't want to cause anymore distrust among my peers."
"Okay! Your 'secret' is safe with me!" She winked at you, meaning to keep it a little
"What secret?" A familiar voice called out from beside both of you. Leon tilted his head, glancing at you expressionlessly. "Are you hiding something from me?"
'Whatthefuckhowdidhegetheresosilently.' You instinctively jumped away from him out of surprise and instead bumped into Alec who was on the other side, ready to capture you into his arms.
"Hmm? Are you hiding something from us?" You could feel Alec's nose dip onto your skin, freaking out a bit too. Leon who saw this too, furiously tugged your wrist tightly and pulled you over to him.
"Just what do you think you're doing with my girlfriend?" Leon wrapped his hands around your waist possessively. Your boyfriend's breathing quickened as he got into a defensive position.
"Why," Alec raised his hands up, "Are you angry?"
"You better keep your hands to yourselves, Johnson," Leon snarled, 'Or else I'll rip your nails like I did with her.' But he didn't say that out loud because he was a few centimeters away from your ear.
Alec stared at Leon. Yup, he definitely looked very suspicious. The chances of him being the murderer has gone up by at least 15%. Not that Alec could say that he himself was innocent, too. Both have blood on their hands but it was each of their own businesses to clean it up. Unless...
'Hmmm...'
"Anyways," It was best to leave the idea alone for now, for Alec doesn't know when it'll happen, "What secret were you talking about?"
You and Grace stared at each other. Gabriel and Melody has arrived as well from the library. They were in the same English class, you think. You assumed Gabriel borrowed another book like usual and Melody mentioned that she needed to print out her essay for English. Hohoho~
'Wow, Y/N, you have a knack of turning small deals into big ones.' You mentally slapped yourself at your loose blabbermouth. All you wanted to do was talk to Grace...
"The truth is..." You started, "I lied to Leon about not talking to someone yesterday."

"What?" Leon gaped. "I t-trusted you!"
"I-I thought it was no big deal," You tried your best to stammer nervously.
"Why didn't you t-tell me? D-Did you not trust that I could take care of y-you?" Leon's clutch on you only tightened after than.
"It's just that... this guy in the library was a jerk who stole the book I was gonna get. Just because he's taller than me." Everyone except Leon and Gabriel paused for a second to process what you just said and guffawed.
"That is ridiculous! Simply ridiculous!" Alec choked on his spit. "That was the secret you were trying to hide?"
'How disgusting. I'll put him to place,' Leon clenched his fists.
'Even though it was just a book... I think he still needs to be disciplined.' Alec, on the other hand, couldn't find the big deal in taking a book. Still, it was something you were going to take, yet he stole it from you. That is punishable by death.
"They... took your book?" Gabriel pushed his glasses up. You could see he was getting pretty serious which was absolutely hilarious to you. It wasn't the fact that someone took a book from you, but the fact that someone took a book from you.
"He's about to end this man's whole career," Grace whispered in an attempt to display Gabriel's inner thoughts. Melody chortled at her comment and watched to see how Gabriel would blow up.
"W...What was his name?"
"I don't know," You lied, not wanting anyone to get involved, "He stuck his tongue out at me and left."
Gabriel sighed. "Then I guess I can do nothing for you. I sincerely apologize. Next time when you find out his name. I'll make sure to teach him a lesson."
'Guess I found my next target~' Alec giggled.
"But he wasn't as bad as Annalise. She was totally being a bitch to me this morning." You complained over her attitude and treatment towards you while Leon kissed your cheeks comfortingly.
'Nevermind. Let's kill her instead.' Oooh! What fun! Alec clapped his hands together.
Leon sighed. He was trying to keep his murder list to a few people - he already had them listed out - but two other people just had to voluntarily sign their name on that list. But if it was for Y/N, he'd do anything.
'I love you~' Leon twirled your cute strands of hair with his fingers. Maybe he should add fresh ones to his collection?
Lea anxiously ran through her son's hair as Vince finally packed up the last of their belongings up, checking up and down the house if they missed anything.
It was finally time for them to leave to a new place - a place that will hopefully turn out more profitable than their current situation. As much as Lea didn't want to, she and Vince were forced to leave their son at home since this job isn't permanent.
"Honey, don't answer the door unless I tell you that we're expecting a person, okay? And always look through the peephole before you open the door. If you don't know them, then pretend you're not at home. If they break in, there's always a metal bat behind our indoor potted plant and you know there are knives in the kitchen. And don't go out with any strangers. And-"
"We get it, love," Vince grunted sarcastically, "Why don't you just write a whole list down instead?"
"...You're right. Where's the paper?" Lea scrambled off into the depths of the Harts' household to find sheets of paper to write on. Leon's father sighed.
"I really don't understand her..."
Leon fiddled with the edges of his sleeves nervously as he stood before his father. What should he say? Trying to break the awkward silence, he asked, "B-But you love mom either way, r-right?"
Vince's eyes softened. "Of course I do." He clapped his large hand on Leon's back, making him yelp in surprise.
"Be safe. I expect you should know how to behave and conduct yourself. Especially when there's a murderer on the loose."
"Er, yes, dad."
"If you ever need something, always come to us first." Vince sighed. "Out of all the days we could've gone away, it had to be when there's danger."
Leon smiled meekly. "It's fine, dad. I'll be safe."
"Good." Leon's dad glanced at his son regretfully. "Son, your mother and I wish that we could stay here, but going overseas is the best way to make money, understand? Your mother could also get a job there - they have higher pay and less qualifications. If needed, we might move there in a few years."
"I understand."
"Good, good," He rubbed his beard thoughtfully, "Do you want us to send anything to you while we're there?"
"N-No, I'm good."
"Okay."
After that was silence, the males of the Harts family waited patiently for Lea to finally come back with dozens of sheets of paper.
"O-Okay! Here's a list of everything you need to do at least weekly like take out the trash, change the bedsheets-"
"Lea!" Vince called out to her in a booming voice, "We're going to be late."
"Oh, alright, alright," Lea peppered her son with lots of kisses. "I'm gonna miss you so much."
"I'll miss you too." Leon hugged his mother lovingly.
"Be a good kid, if I hear anything happens to you, I'm flying straight back. You hear me?"
"Yes, mom." Leon laughed. If only they knew what he did in his spare time.
When his parents finally left, he blew out a breath. It's no question that he'll miss them... but their absence may just become an advantage to him. Although it was only half a year or so, he could live with that. That meant he'd spend summer alone...
'Perhaps not alone...' Leon mused, 'Y/N and I are going to have so much fun.'
What would happen to his parents though...? He didn't want to kill them. Maybe they could be one big happy family! Whatever, he'll decide when they come back.
If Leon is caught, he'd go to jail. But it didn't matter. Then, he could go back to you again and repeat this cycle again and again and again... Until the day he dies! Everyone will know about his fervent love for you.
"Oh, Y/N," Leon whined in desire, squeezing lasciviously at the teddy bear he received from you at the amusement park. "How I wish for you to come to my arms!"
Lately, you've been acting very bold. Lying to him, not answering his messages and calls, and even allowing Alec to touch you in front of him. You're on his mind 24/7. You have his heart wrapped around your little fingers. Yet you can't even reciprocate his passionate feelings towards you. Yes, you've been a very naughty girl...
"I'll have to give her a little punishment," Leon mewled in delight. "Show her who she belongs to."
Maybe, instead of keeping others away from you, he should keep you away of others. Just thinking about it... it turns him on, as much as he hates to admit it.
'Bad boy!' He cursed himself, 'You're not meant to indulge in lustful thoughts when you haven't even gotten past the stage yet! You don't deserve her.'
Leon whimpered, his lip trembling. Once he gets rid of those impure thoughts, he'll decide what to do. But still, it was a good idea to take her away from this world nevertheless.
If that's the case, Leon will need to start planning immediately. It'll take at least a week to a month to execute such a risky plan. If someone - particularly Alec - finds out, he'll also need something to silence them. Or get them to comply? Who knows what Leon will do?
~~~
I don't know how police questionings/interrogations work so this isn't accurate :P
what's the percentage of Leon's perspective, Y/N's perspective and Alec's perspective throughout the whole story? lololol I feel like Leon's been occupying this book too much.
Guys, if I'm suddenly missing a sentence or it's cut midway accidentally, please do tell! I accidentally forgot to finish a sentence in the last chapter and I am mildly embarrassed.
