"Wake up scarlet" he whispered softly in her ears.

She opened her eyes and saw the bright blue eyes of her husband staring at her intensely.

He pulled her in his lap and kissed her forehead lovingly.

"I know i went out of line last night. Did I hurted you?" He whispered burying his face in her neck. She shook her head negatively

"You are tensed about something and I wanted to know what is it?" She asked him running her hands in his hairs softly.

"Nothing just some work issues."He answered. Again a lie! Why he is lying to me? She thought to herself.

"Drink this"...he brought a glass of milk in front of her mouth..

"I have to brush my teeth first." she told him looking at the glass in his hand.

"Okk" He wrapped the bedsheets arounda her before taking her into the bathroom.

She was brushing her teeth while he was staring at her intensely. After rinsing her mouth and wiping it clean. She walked towards him and gave him a soft peck on his lips.

"Why you love me so much despite my mistakes?" He asked her. She smiled at his question.

"Because we don't know how much time we have in our hands.." she answered carasseing his stubbled cheeks.

"What do you.....they were interuppted by a knock on the door. He walked out and opened the door.

"Master is asking for your presence in his study young master." She informed looking down intimidated by the man standing in front of her. He dismissed her with a flick of his finger.

"Who was there?" Mahi asked coming out. He turned and smile Looking at her.

"Dad is calling me." He answered her walking towards her. She nodded and started making up the bed.

"The maids will do it. Drink this." He forwarded her the glass.

"I don't like milk much" She scrunched her nose.

"Okk, than no ice creams from now." He shrugged pointing her weakness. Her eyes became wide hearing his words.

"No, why ice creams?" She asked him impatiently.

"Because they are made of milk." he chuckled seeing the worriedness on her face.

"Now drink." hastily she took the glass from his hand and took a sip.

"You go dad is calling you" she reminded him knowing very well how much his father preferred panctuallity.

"I will drink this." she answered seeing his questioning gaze.

"Okk but drink this..."he ordered her before leaving the room. She look at the glass with a disgusting look. She brought it near her lips and was about to drink but her phone go off.

When she glanced at the caller ID a wide smile came across her lips seeing the caller ID.

"Angel!, Massi!.."they both shouted in unison making her heart swell with happiness.

"My babies.." she waved at them. A laugh escaped from her mouth when she saw luke wearing laisha's hairband.

"How are you both?" She asked them...

"We are good Masi." laisha answered

"I alm glood too angel." Luke answered blushing.

"An...angel dlu you love luke?" Luke asked hesitatedly. Her eyes became wide hearing his words.

"Of course I love you. I love you both so much.." she answered giving him a flying kiss. A wide smile appeared on his lips hearing her answer.

"Angel will not love you after she get her own baby"...laisha hit Luke's head lightly..

"Y ..you wlli nolt love luke." His lips started wobbling indicating that the lava of his tears is about to burst.

"Luke baby don't cry.....next one hour passed making luke understand that mahi will always love him even after she will have her own baby and laisha provoking luke that mahi will not love him.

"Byy, masi loves you both.."she hung up the call

Her eyes unknowingly ran down to her flat stomach before glancing at the clock.

"Oh no, I am late" she hurriedly ran into the bathroom. After taking a short shower she walked downstairs and saw everyone was sitting in the living room.

"Why you took so much time? I was waiting for you.." Aditya asked her

"I was busy on the call with luke and laisha.." he informed her.

"Let's go"Aditya stood up and walked towards her who was looking confused.

"Where?" She asked him.

"We are going for picnic..." He announced making her jump in excitement.

"Picnic! Thankyou thankyou so much husband." She hugged him out of excitement. A throat clearing voice interupted them. She immediately pushed him off and looked down.

"It's okk. Don't need to be embarrassed mahi." payal spoke chuckling at her DIL's behaviour.

"Mumma papa you are coming na?" She asked them.

"No sweetie we have beautiful date ahead so we are not coming.."Tej spoke eyeing payal with a hard look.

"Okk" Mahi replied looking towards her husband.

"Come.."he grabbed her hand in his and walked out.

"Where we are going?" She asked him.

"You will see.." he said opening the door of his car. She slipped in pouting. He started driving into the woods.

"Aditya, you know within two weeks it's alisha's baby shower. I am very excited." She spoke cheerfully.

"I know yash informed me." he simply tried to cut off the topic.

"Are you fine? You seemed to be in trouble aditya? Please tell me." She asked him worriedly.

"I am fine scarlet. Nothing is troubling me." he picked her hand and kissed her knuckles while his eyes Is fixed on the road.

"Come" he opened the door of passenger seat. She jumped out in excitement. Her eyes became wide looking at the place in front of her.

"Is this real?" She asked him.

"It is and my cara from now on this is yours." He hugged her from behind.

"Mine?" She asked him turning back, shockingly. He nodded with a small smile on his face.

"But...she objected.

"Everything mine is yours. My everything belongs to you more than me." He spoke sincerely. Her heart swelled with happiness.

"I love you a lot, a lot my beast." She mumbled wrapping her arms around him.

"Let's go.."he picked her hand in his and walked towards the lake. He sat and pulled her above him. Their legs were swinging in the lake partially.

She was playing in the water, splashing it with her legs. The sound of her giggle mixed with the soft tuning of her anklets are music to his ears.

She splashed water on his face laughing at his stotic face.

He slided his hand inside her kurti and picnched were waist lightly.

His face came closer to her lips. There lips was about to touch but she pushed him off and ran from there.

"Scarlet"...he called her rising up from his position. He went towards her and pulled her closer.

"You will never leave me na?" She asked him looking at the regal moon.

"Never ever" he answered looking her face.

She turned and touched her lips with his. Sealing a promise of forever.

"It looks so beautiful.." I smiles looking at the hardwork done by me.

"It is very beautiful." He spoke looking at the decoration.

Currently I am decorating yash bhai's whole house for alisha's baby shower.

And my husband is furious because I am doing all the decorations without the help of servants.

Yash bhai took alisha on his beach house giving us enough time for preparations.

"Enough"...he stood up and marched towards me.

"Adi but I....he cut me off by picking me in his arms. I pouted but kept my head on his chest feeling very tired all of sudden.

We walked inside our house. He ordered the maid to arrange the table for the dinner.

I asked about mom and dad from marry our head cook. She said they have already left for bed.

"Eat" he ordered serving delicious food in my plate. I glanced at the food and my stomach grumbled loudly making my cheeks beaten up. I heard a soft laughing sound him.

"It's okk. There is a mouse in your stomach kitty and right now he is very hungry.." he teased me. I don't know why but tears perked up in my eyes hearing his words.

His face became serious seeing my tears.

"Why are you crying baby? I didn't meant to hurt you.." he wiped my tears with his hands and pulled me in his lap.

He made me eat the whole dinner with his hands. Tears went long forgotten.

I also made him eat his food telling him about my whole day.

"I want to sleep." I mumbled closing my eyes tiredly.

"Sleep scarlet" he kissed her forehead before picking her in bridal style and walking towards their room.

He changed her in her night dress and made her lay on the bed. Slipping out his cloths and changing into his sweat pants he layed besides her pulling her towards him. He slided his inside her t- shirt carasseing her stomach.

She has gained some weight but he don't care about her physic.

"My baby" he kissed her shoulder blade and let sleep engulf them..

Life has become so much beautiful for them...

Walking out of the car she saw the big multi shopping complex towering her. She had never went for shopping as much as she can remember.

"Don't worry everything will have its own first time." Payal said encouraging her. She nodded but was still afraid as he never informed her husband about her visit.

Currently her mother in law asked her to accompany her to the mall. Which she gladly accepted.

They walked inside with complete security surrounding them. Both started shopping for baby and alisha. The time track was long lost.

"Oh no! We are so late. Now Tej will never late me out alone." Payal mumbled imagining her husband's angry face.

"Mahi can you please buy shoes for the baby till then I will buy some stuffed animals" Payal asked her.

"Okk maa you go get the animals I will buy the shoes till then. I will meet you at the entrance." She answered moving towards the shop of baby accessories.

After looking into hundreds of shoes she selected some unisexual shoes.

Walking outside she hurriedly ran into the elevator. There was no one else inside with her making her more anxious.

In the middle the light of the elevator started switching making her afraid.

"Ahhh.." the sudden jolt shook her to the core. The machine turned off and darkness took over in complete space.

Sweat droplets appeard on her forehead as fear started consuming her mind. Hastily she took out her phone from her bag and saw many missed calls from aditya.

With shaking hands she dialled his number. Praying only one thing that he would recive her call. Her breathing became hard and body started shaking. She don't know why she was feeling such way but this darkness is scaring her to the core....

He picked the call in third ring.

"Mahi where are you? Don't you understand the meaning of no, I tol....he started yelling at her.

"A..adi..help..me.. it's dark." She spoke while trying to take long breaths but failed because of hiccupping.

It's like all his sense got alerted hearing her panicked voice.

"Baby, where are you? Please tell me." He asked her impatiently.

" Elevato...... A loud crashed was all heard before the phone went completely blank....
