Abilities are only useful as utility everyday use, not much different than regular humans other than increase in physical or mental traits.
Rank 1: Abilities stand out a little more from regular peoples. Smarter, faster, stronger, all in short bursts or durations no longer than an hour. Rank 2: Abilities that make them entirely different from normal humans on every level. However, they are limited by duration of their ability. Common training can extend the max duration to six hours. Min duration is two hours . Rank 3: Abilities exceed normal limitations and can range from missile impacts in terms of damage. Users may be smarter, faster, stronger, and have more endurance all around plus some kind of aoe ability. Rank 4: Abilities exceed the scope of military nuclear arms. They may possess some forms of invulnerability or rapid healing. Invulnerability or increased regeneration until energy levels are depleted. Rank 5: Abilities make them exceed the scope of what humanity can do with technology improvement. Completely invulnerable whether they are out of energy or not. Rank 6 Myth but is code for those who are completely capable of changing the reality as is known. Example, bringing back to life from a dna strand. Or someone ability so destructive that it can destroy the planet
