《Beware of Zombies》Is that supposed to be the army?

I opened the gate to find six Apache helicopters sitting on the lawn. Men in black uniforms lingering around. Some of them had electrical auras that made me want to invest in one of those moth lanterns.
BBI grabbed my arm and I tugged it free.
What if they were hostile? I didn’t want my combat ability hindered.
“Let’s go.” I led the way.
She double timed it to my side. The soldiers eyed her and I could see that they were into big breasted women. Sadly, she didn’t act old enough to be legal. Thus, I wasn’t going to allow her to be passed around. At least, not while she had the potential to grow.
I walked to the elevator and there was a black hair lad with a scarf around his neck. It was the dead of summer, you could see the sweat-soaked collar of the BBI’s shirt just from this walk.
I hit the elevator down button and the man put out his cig.
My eyes flashed with killing intent the moment the shadow formed into a sword and he attacked. His jabbing posture needed some work.
Side stepping, I grabbed his wrist, pulled him in, and snapped an electric infused elbow into his face. His head rocked back and he dropped to his knees.
Shaking his head like a mad dog.
I stepped back, snapping my leg into his head. Enjoying the sound of his vertebrae crackling as his head led him away.
I held up my hands to my face.
Waiting..
I glanced at the soldiers who were shocked.
BBI stepped into the elevator with a surprised expression.
I turned back to my hand and frowned.
“Killing other mutants doesn’t provide power increase?” I mumbled, stepping into the elevator.
“So you just killed a military soldier with a bunch of them surrounding us. What is your next decision?” She joked.

I look at the soldiers that ran to their down comrade. Others turned to me with guns or some kind of cold weapon. I tapped the door and it froze.
I walked out, letting electricity crackle, it exploded out of me like a storm.
“You continue pointing those guns at me. I. Will. Kill. You.” I stated with a smirk.
An elevator to my left pop open, six people walked out. One of them was Mrs. Harper. The other two behind her were lab coat nerds. The other guys look like typical military soldiers.
“Lower your weapons!” a grey haired man bellowed.
The men hesitated only for a second, dropping their weapons to a low ready state. A tall handsome lad jogged over to the old man.
“Reporting, Sir.” the man saluted and stood straight as a new stop sign.
“Speak.” the old bastard barked.
“Private Holden attacked that young man. He was then defeated. His neck is broken. Possibility of being paralyzed from the neck downward.” the man reported.
So I didn’t kill him. Tsk, maybe I should finish the job for the experiment. I am sure Mrs. Harper would be on my side.
Mrs. Harper came towards me with quick steps. Her arms out as if the effort of walking at that pace left her unbalanced in those heels.
I reduce my ability to just underneath the skin.
“Chase! Chase! Just the person I wanted to see. Do you want to know your research results?” She excitedly ran up to me.
Two scientist eyes had this weird kind of gleam that left me feeling like I was about to be dissected for the greater science community.
I pulled a quarter out of my pockets and twirled it between my fingers. One of the scientists pushed a tablet into my hands. I flipped through it just for appearances sake. However, my finger froze from sliding any further.

Apparently, my DNA compared to someone like Joe or Mrs. Harper, is like little furnaces of energy.
Joe’s cells were normal when he was human form. His report was that he was as fit as a trained olympic athlete. The super star kind that trained for every event. I tap a link to another section of the report to see that the dumbass actually allowed himself to be a guinea pig.
Such a disappointment.
They had to go to extremes just to get my DNA. I almost patted myself on the back.
Going back to mine, I noticed they were as detailed as possible.
When they first sucker me with the semen and nail scraping, the change wasn’t so apparent. After I started siphoning power from light poles, my entire body cells transformed.
You could say I was almost eighty-nine percent energy.
No wonder I hardly got tired.
“Isn’t it very exciting? If you can complete the transformation then you might become the strongest meta right now.” Mrs. Harper harped. “Hey, hey! I got a good idea. Why don’t you come down to the lab. Let us run some tests! You can have us three at the same time!”
She winked and the ladies pushed up their small but noticeable chest. They indeed look good and I knew she picked them based on the fact that they had similar body types to Jada. No wonder her husband is so rich in the Resort industry. His wife is such a predator.
“No, thanks. I only came back to reload up on food before heading back out. Good day, ladies.” I vanished into the elevator. Only leaving behind a crackling of electricity.
I showed BBI the place before tossing her off on one of the guards patrolling. Disappearing to my room to find both April and Jada playing computer games. I pulled out the little snacks I picked out earlier. Dumping them on the bed.
“I got your snacks.” I leaned into her ear covered by the headset
She jumped like she had a severe scare but I knew it was the opposite thing. She was sugar crazy. She flew out her chair, bouncing it off me. Diving into my bed like she was diving into a pile of cash.
I could only shake my head.
“Tell your mother that I’m using your bathroom to shower up.” I yawned, grabbing clean clothes. “Maybe catch a nap as well.”
She didn’t respond. Already grabbing a pack and dropping back into her seat to pick off where she left off. Guess a lot of people still had freedom to play video games.
Ah, how far my country has fallen.
