After Loki had escaped from metal heads place he quickly ran toward his boss's bar, shortly after 5 minutes of non stop running he made it to the bar, he went inside and reached for the door to knock on the office, but he was interrupted by a loud noise.

"OH HELL NO"

The loud noise startled Loki and he almost tripped, the voice he had just heard didn't come from his boss but it came from another person. He reached for the doorknob and opened the door and the first thing he saw was Angel and his boss were having a conflict for some reason.

"INSOLENT BRAT, HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN THAT I PICKED YOU UP FROM THE STREETS, IF IT WEREN'T FOR ME YOU WOULD'VE BEEN SHIPPED OFF TO SOME SLAVE CAMP.'' said Loki's boss to his son

''I DON'T CARE, IF I HAD KNOWN THAT YOU WOULD'VE DONE THIS TO ME I WOULD'VE NEVER DECIDED TO BE YOUR SON, AND HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN THE LAST TIME I DID IT, I ALMOST LOST SOMETHING PRECIOUS TO ME BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPID PLAN.'' Yelled Angel at his father

"THAT STUPID PLAN YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT IS THE REASON WHY WE ARE STILL ABLE TO HAVE A ROOF ON TOP OF OUR HEADS AND FOOD ON THE TABLE, IF YOU DON'T DO THIS HOW ARE WE SUPPOSE TO KILL YOUR UNCLE. EVERYDAY HE GROWS STRONGER, AND NOW I AM ORDERING YOU TO FOLLOW THE PLAN'' Loki's boss said while yelling at his son.

'cough' Loki coughed to let them know that he was here

The dou turned around and saw Loki, "Ah Loki you're here, tell me, if I had saved your life, would you do anything to repay me.'' Loki's boss said

"well I-'' before Loki had the chance to speak he was interrupted by his boss.

"SAY YES OR I WILL HALF YOUR PAYCHECK FOR A YEAR" Loki's boss glared at Loki

''well boss I-'' Loki was interrupted by Angel this time

"Dad you can't threaten Loki like that, he must be give us his own opinion, see this is why we can't kill uncle because you are always treating us like disposable tools, no wonder you lost your drug organization to your brother'' Angel said in a mocking tone

"BITCH WHAT DID YOU SAY'' yelled Loki's father

"You heard me" Angel shrugged at his father and rolled his eyes at him

"YOU WANNA DIE YOU BASTARD OF A SON''

"I would like to see you try"

Then the father and son dou started fighting inside the office, since this fight wasn't gonna end anytime soon Loki decided to leave this place first and have a nap, he was too tired today. Before he left the bar he left the drugs that totalled 250,000 cyo and some other treasures that also totalled 250,000 cyo. He didn't want to be too greedy and left half of what he stole from Metal Head earlier.

Ding!

Loki's reached out for his phone to see what message he got.

"User 1751 I have good news for you, I have a small booklet in my room that tells you how to level up your system to level 2 and 3''

When Loki saw this he thought he was having delusions from being too tired, he rubbed his eyes and checked the phone again, and when he saw that it wasn't a delusion his eyes almost popped out from their sockets.

"Wow really, then what are you waiting for give it to- wait, did you just say that you had this book with you the entire time'' Loki said in a confused look

"Yup" :p

Now Loki was so angry that black lines appeared on his forehead and his face darkened as well, it maked sense because Loki has been trying to figure out how to level up his system, but as it turns out that the answer to his questions was in his phone the entire time. And not only did he have the way to level it up to level 2 but to level 3 as well.

"ALL RIGHT THAT'S IT COME OUT HERE RIGHT NOW, AND I SWEAR THAT I WON'T KILL YOU BUT I'LL BEAT YOU TILL YOU CAN'T BREATH ANYMORE''

Ding!

"You're mistaken, I did it for your own good"

When Loki read this he almost threw up blood, 'I suffered so much this past month and you are telling me that it was all for my own good, just how thick is your skin'

Ding!

"I needed to wait until you had enough cyo with you, and now that you had half a million cyo, you are more than ready to proceed to level 2"

''...?''

Now Loki was very confused, what did him having cyo had to do with levelling up his system

"It would be less confusing if I showed you"

Out of nowhere a small brown booklet appeared on Loki's hands, it didn't have a title or anything, it only had a brown cover and that's it. The booklet was indeed small only about 2-3 pages were in it, he opened it and read through the whole thing,

"To level up to level 2 you need a phone chip, it doesn't matter what rank the chip you use, even a common ranked chip can level up your system to level 2. Here's a fun fact, did you know that you can unlock different kinds of powers in your phone with phone chips alone, of course the higher the rank the chip is the stronger the powers you can unlock"

"The powers you get from phone chips are all random, so if your luck is good then you might get an awesome power"

"YOU NEED TO UNLOCK LEVEL 2 OF YOUR SYSTEM TO KNOW LEARN HOW TO UNLOCK IT TO LEVEL 3"

Loki knew what phone chips are, they are exactly like the SIM chips back on earth, But Loki never bought one because even a common ranked phone chip costs about 100 cyo, and he could barely afford to eat since he was so poor, until now.

"I read it, but I'm still confused, why did you say that it was for my own good that you hid this from me till now" Said Loki

Ding!

" sigh, user 1751 if I would have told you that the only way to unlock level 2 of your system was by buying a phone chip, then wouldn't you had done anything in your power to get a common phone chip''

"Well yeah"

Ding!

"That's exactly my point, wouldn't you have become a stripper or something to earn even a single cyo, as much as I hate my job, I don't wanna see you become a stripper"

When Loki read this he had no idea how to respond, it's true that he would have done anything in his power to unlock the level 2 system, but he would never become a stripper, or would he?

"Erm! thanks. I guess?"

"No problem, although your looks aren't bad but If you had become a male stripper, then you would be earning a few dozens of cyo every day, and besides I didn't want to see you become a male stripper becuase it's gross ew!" (No offense to those male strippers reading this, oh and if you're wondering there won't be any type of gay stuff happening or any sex scenes, maybe a few sex jokes and gay jokes but that's it)

Loki ignored the last message 'unknown user' sent and dashed straight to the nearest shop, when Loki arrived at the shop which is called 'Gear Works' he said to a young lady behind the counter that he wants to buy all the phone chips here. The young lady's looks were okay, she wore a red and white striped uniform with a name tag on her chest that says 'abigail' and her hair that was black reached all the way to her neck,

Abigail was shocked when she heard this, at first she thought that Loki was here to make trouble, because no one in their right minds would buy so much useless stuff, especially in the evil side of the city, which was as poor as a cockroach.

But her manager said to treat all customers equally and fairly, unless if they really are here to make trouble then kick them out. But if Loki really did wanted to buy phone chips then she would also get a small bonus, but if Loki was lying and was here to cause trouble then her manager would kick him out.

Abigail bowed to Loki and said that only her manager can manage something like this, she immediately ran towards her manager and shortly after recieving the news, the manager with Abigail ran to where Loki was.

"Dear customer, sorry for the wait, but did you say that you wanted to buy every phone chip in our shop" The manager was a small man in his 20s, he looked okay but compared to Loki he was still Lacking in height and in muscles. But he looked good because of the black suit he was wearing, where as Loki was still wearing his uniform from the bar.

"indeed, but make it quick. I have some important business to take care of" Loki hurriedly asked the manager, Loki has been suffering this past month just so he can unlock his system to level 2. And now that he was one step away from achieving it, he could no longer sit still and wait.

"ah yes, please wait I'll be right back with the phone chips" The manager said in a respectful manner and ran to the back of his shop to get those phone chips, his shop has been getting worse and worse because of the war, and it's been weeks since anybody has bought anything here, so he was afraid that the kingdom would take away his shop away because he didn't have the money to pay them. And now that Loki said that he will buy all the phone chips that he has, will without a doubt save his shop and let him live in a comfortable life for a long time.

Even Abigail couldn't believe what she was hearing, it's been weeks since anybody bought anything here, and infact she and her manager were the only ones that were managing this shop, as the others quit or were fired because the economy was bad. If it weren't because she had no other place to go then she would have also quit and moved out of Jay city. And now that Loki was gonna buy all their phone chips, means that she will also get a small portion of it which could make her life better than before.

Shortly after the small manager did infact bring with those phone chips, but their was only 4 and all of them were common ranked, don't underestimate their value as the shop needs 10 cyo a month to keep it from getting destroyed by the kingdom, and every single one costs no more than 100 cyo each.

After inpecting it that they were truly genuine phone chips, Loki took out a treasure that was worth at least 500 cyo and gave it to the manager. of course when the manager saw this his body turned to stone from the shock, he actually recieved 100 more cyo than he thought.

Of course the manager was a good man of heart so he also decided in his heart to give Abigail a bonus as well, if it weren't for her staying in his shop, then he would have sold this place to the kingdom for a measly 15 cyo, so he from now on he saw her as a good luck charm that this shop needs.

Loki left the petrified manager and the shocked Abigail in thier shop and ran to his home to unlock his system to level 2.
