《Amber》Chapter 3 system are you sure your not joking with me

"So mission grade 0: kill 10 level 5. Rewards are 500 Ap, 890 GP, and 900 SP."
I stared at the Tiger Wolf in front of me roaring madly.
Has detected a level 6 Tiger Wolf 1 ft from host.
No duh, it's like staring at me straight in the eye. It growls at me as it charges towards me. Ok it left me stunned earlier with its appearance earlier, I mean it's flaming literally burning the grass plains. I ducked down as I felt the heat on my arms as he lunged at me. My hand went to the Phoenix sword but I thought why don't I try my dragon physique on it. Even if it did burn me in the process wouldn't a dragon just regenerate it back. I made my right hand into a fist as I punched at the wolf tiger. It's left side was collapsing and my hand was burning and it almost showed my veins.
So this is dragon's physique, it stings but my hand regenerated in a few seconds. I offered the Tiger Wolf as GP.
25 Exp gained. 45 GP for Tiger Wolf. 15 GP for 1st tier soul beast core.
I blink the points are tiny compared to the missions but I'm sure they'll come in handy. "How do you get SP besides the missions," I asked.
SP are made through missions and you can use life source from monster eggs for them.
Are you insane system, you want me a level 1 to go kill those eggs when this world is dominated by them. I need to level up first before even trying something so stupid. Instead I sighed as I killed some more level 6 Tiger Wolf with my brute strength.
So I got 135 GP from trading materials, 150 exp from that.

Level up.
I'll have a look at my status now.
Name Clare Everstone Age 15 Race Human?/Destruction dragon Gender Female Level 2 Hp 45/45 Mp 34/34 Satiety 30% Status Alignment stunned Allocated points 15 Strength 33 Agility 40 Intelligence 45 Willpower 23 Alignment neutral Fame 0 Infamy 0 Vitality 13
Ugh I know that system is playing hard to get now. Most of my stats aren't showing. Rather I'll put 10 points into my vitality, it'll increase my HP. So it went from 45 to 55. I'll save the other 5 for later. I have no clue what the willpower will be used for later.
3rd person view
"I see she hasn't changed. Souls never change only the container for them," Hime said.
She watched Clare from a distance and disappeared without leaving a trace of her being there.
Back to mc POV
I clutched my stomach as it growled. "I forgot satiety is hunger. I shouldn't have traded all materials if I known this was gonna happen."
Item shop is now open. Weapon shop is now open. Equipment shop is now open.
Let's see I have 500 AP, 890 GP, 900 SP. Add the 135 GP I have before to the 890 GP I got from missions is 1025 GP. Cup ramen is 35 AP. Miso soup is 45 AP. Salt is 55 AP. Ugh I'll go for the fried rice omelette it's 36 AP. 464 AP left, the sleeping bag is 200 AP. While getting a tent would be 400 AP. Ugh no wonder the missions seemed expensive and dangerous. I can't even get what I want yet.
"Fine give me a mission on the grade 0 that suits my needs."
Mission grade 0: kill 100 level 8 beasts in the Tiger Wolf den Rewards 2,600 AP, 5,000 GP, 8,000 SP

I have a bad feeling about this. Not the one it's going to kill me thing. But one that I might regret later.
"Where's the nearest wolf den here," I asked. I mean cooking utensils are 50 AP so I already bout that, I used 300 AP to buy a low grade storage ring. It's 2 cubic meters inside the storage. Now I got 114 AP from buying these two.
Nearest Tiger wolf den level 8 is 360 yards from you.
That's as big as a football stadium. Ugh you want me to walk that far, but then again it's noon, plus I'm in need of a place to sleep. I'll probably kill those Tiger Wolf first to get the points.
I'm guessing the system is being helpful since it picked something that suited the current me's level. I ran until I arrived at the underground cave in the grasslands that the Tiger Wolves made their home in. So far so good, better not jinx myself just yet though. Never hurts to be careful, I grip the Phoenix kantana in my hands, turn on my death eyes. Destruction dragon bloodline is great, well the dragon part since I can see in the dark now. I stare at the entrance of the cave, steeling myself to go. I'm a bit excited it reminds me of those horror movies when you enter the cave you get killed or curse.
No wraiths wondering around detected. Also safe from curse, none found.
I rolled my eyes, it's something called imagination and excitement when your trying something new. The system just had to ruin my mood.

The Kodoku Game
In Japanese folklore, there once existed an ancient technique among alchemists for harvesting the strongest poison known to man. A poison so vicious, so horrendous, that a single drop could incapacitate an entire nation of humans, several times over. A poison so intense that a single drop could turn the tides of a war on its head. As potent as it appeared however, this poison could be harvested from the blood of a single insect alone- an insect the alchemist’s called the ‘Kodoku’. As lucrative as was attaining this poison however, the problem lied in identifying this insect- its appearance, shape and size changed from region to region and from continent to continent. Sometimes it took the appearance of a ladybug and other times a horned-beetle. In order to determine the identity of this special insect the alchemists came up with an ingenious method. They created an impregnable jar of clay out of the best sandstone they could find and placed hundreds of different insects into the same jar. The jar was made with such great mastery that it allowed no insects to escape and allowed no objects to enter. The laws of nature dictated that the insects would remain together in the jar forever. However, it turned out that as time went on, the insects’ hunger for food and power caused them to turn against each other- one insect ate another until only one remained. This sole insect contained a poison that far surpassed that of all the others and became stronger as it ate more and more insects. The alchemists at this point had succeeded in identifying the Kodoku and could extract it’s poison as long as they continued to feed it regularly. Although this folklore ends here, the actual story does not. One day, as the alchemists cheered in joy of having identified the Kodoku they so eagerly wanted, they forgot to close the lid on the very jar that was considered to be completely impregnable. This small gap was just large enough for the Kodoku inside to crawl out. Famished from not having been fed for weeks, the Kodoku ended up eating the very alchemists that nourished its growth until not even the bones remained. Yet, the Kodoku’s hunger didn’t seem to subside in the slightest. So it traveled to the next village and began eating whatever it could find there. Its poison made it unparalleled in strength and slowly but surely it began to dwindle down the population of the entire city. Yet its hunger only continued to grow. So it traveled to the next city over and ate all it could there. Very soon, the Kodoku couldn’t find any more food to eat. There was no one left to eat and no one left to spectate. So it stood there, by itself pondering what possibly was left to eat that could satiate its hunger. But there was one thing left that Kodoku realized it had never eaten. Itself.

I'm Sure It'll be Fine! ...right?
We live to die, and die to live again. This Cycle continues, neither to Begin nor End. Ever Beginning, never to End, we come to the story of our Unusual Friend. The Gods are as varied and unique as the mortals that worship them. Some are kind, others are fluffy, and (given the nature of the multiverse) a few are Eldrich Abominations of Unspeakable Horror. But that's fine, those few tend to mind their own business... At least until an Eldrich Abomination (an interdimensional cosmic slime-mold specifically) gets itself devoured by a Lich during a ritual to obtain Godhood... Especially because anyone, even a Lich, who's willing to eat an ENTIRE COSMIC SLIME-MOLD for any reason, even godhood, is undoubtedly a madman...who's now set his unsightly gaze upon replacing (likely by devouring) the Godess of Magic herself! She could probably use some help...if only to avoid touching the slimy Lichgod directly. Also, the Eldrich Gods are protesting these events in their usual manner...by trying to destroy all of Creation.
