Nicko clenched his fist so hard that blood began to spill, Harrian twirled his scythe and began to run towards Beelzebub. The gelatinous part of Harrian began to split from his skeleton, as the slimy substance began to be absorbed into Nicko via his wound.
Harrian jumped forward clashed blades with Beelzebub, the demon smirking saying that it was surprising that Harrian could handle a [Chaos Cardinale] weapon. The skeleton replied: “It’s easier than what you think!”
A massive blast of fire erupted from the core of the scythe, right into Beelzebbs chest, leaving his arms, legs and head all hovering in the air, as his entire chest and abdomen were blown away. Harrian took a swing at, Beelzebub’s head, being caught with its teeth.
The skeleton quickly tore away from its teeth, which the head quickly made a new pair, fresher than the last. Nicko had appeared behind Harrian, punching Beelzebub’s face into the throne. The arms and legs hovered over to the regenerating enemy, as Harrian didn’t give Beelzebub a break.
Nicko was marvelling at the body; the injuries caused by the clenching had been healed. Nicko’s body was even bigger, his muscles more defined, and with a thought, they grew. Nicko laughed as he braced, running forward, leaving footprints stamped in the ground.
Beelzebub had regenerated in a few dozen seconds, and still, Enar laid unharmed, still meditating, with a menacing aura beginning to surround her. Allanae had come to Atogin from the tree, almost passing out before retracting her wings.
The owl was laying there, half-awake, with a massive hole in his chest, which was covered with a green glow. Twigs began to form in Atogin’s hole in his belly, and when he woke up. Almost fainting again, Allanae slapped Atogin awake, which only took one slap.

“Ow! Why! I’m dying!”
“No, you’re not, look,” Atogin looked down, seeing the green light and looking back up.
“The tree, it’s saving me?”
“If so that means Beelzebub doesn’t control the tree, and someone else would have to,”
“I think he does, that's how all of those innocent people were in there, still alive, there must be someone else,”
Allanae pondered for a moment, and then realized who it was. “The Queen is still alive; she must be around here, she must’ve helped you,”
Atogin grabbed Allanae by the collar and pulled her close. “I’m out of the fight, but you’re not, find her!”
She nodded, as wings sprouted from her hair, as Allanae flew downwards, leaving Atogin. The [Demihuman] laughed, looking at his bleeding body, before closing his eyes, as his head slouched.
Nicko had landed another clean shot on Beelzebub, right into Harrians weapon, cutting him in two. The seperate parts went across Harrian’s body and collided together like a magnet, healing as soon as they touched.
Twirling his staff and stabbing the floor, it erupted with vines, which immediately swallowed Harrian. Nicko was able to jump high enough to dodge them. A massive ball of vines that contained Harrian was surrounded by locusts that began to consume the vines.
The bug-filled ball then erupted into flames, as Harrians bone body began to change. All the cracks were filled with a bright red; the joints acted the same way. A second eye appeared in the empty socket, as well as a bright red aura surrounding Harrian.
“[Take Over], now this is where the fun begins,”
Harrian appeared in front of him in an instant, blasting a thin laser right through Beelzebubs forehead. The wound healed just as fast as it was created when Nicko flung him into the air. Harrian released another beam, the same ice-related [Spell] he used once before.

Pointing [Chaos Row] towards the beam, it split it into two pieces, both wheezing past Beelzebubs cheeks, almost hitting him. Nicko jumped onto Beelzebub and pried the spear out of his hands, making both of them hit by the beam.
They both jumped back, Nicko went behind Harrian, as his right arm was completely frozen. Shattering it by himself, a new arm took its place, Beelzebub saw this through the constant barrage of Harrians attacks.
“So the [Slime] can form a bond, how interesting, show me Nicko, how you really fight!” Beelzebub threatened.
Cracking his knuckles, Nicko unleashed [Dragon Rage] once again, his muscles bulging even more than last time. Growing twice his size, his hair reaching his back, as his entire body became covered with amber scales.
Harrian’s [Slime] form bonding with Nicko allowed a much more physical transformation, which helped much more than any other time. Harrian and Nicko appeared simultaneously in front of Beelzebub, and both got a clean hit, as Beelzebub punctured Nicko’s lungs.
The residue around the area quickly clumped together and forced its way back to Nicko. The holes in his chest were patched, and Beelzebub looked even cockier, dodging Harrians attacks in the process.
Almost immediately afterwards, Nicko punched Beelzebub, sweeping his leg and pinning him. All around the throne room, electrical currents became visible, all going towards Harrian. In a few seconds, multiple lightning bolts hit Harrian, before a massive beam was sent hurtling towards the stuck Beelzebub.
It struck him in the chest as his body began to light up. An explosion happened, and Harrian fell to the earth, losing one eye as his skeleton returned to normal. Nicko came out of the massive smoke pile, with a massive hole in his chest.
The [Dragon-kin] fell forwards and face planted onto the ground. Beelzebub emerged from the smoke. He stepped towards the barely conscious Harrian and began caving in his head with his foot.
“I can’t believe you almost killed me,” a stomp followed up every word. “Trying to let my regeneration run out!” Beelzebub looked forward, seeing Enar still focusing. “At least there’s only one of you left,” He twirled [Chaos Row] in his hands.
“I could say the same,” Enar got up stretching, Facing Beelzebub.
Picking up her sword, Enar quickly opened her eyes as a force that was able to push back Beelzebub appeared from her. Her sword began to grow, as her hair began to flow in the air.

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.

Life, the struggle for existence
What would happen when man had to, once again, fight for its own right to live? Would the evolutionary counterparts of our ancestors manage to life through the struggle for survival? What would happen to society if a new reason for living came up, other than the enjoyment of the well-built environment? A reason that could either unite or destroy humanity. This is the struggle for their right of existence. As earth and its inhabitants are faced with the fear of unknown danger and the peril of monstrosities, some will falter, some will die and some will live on to tell the tales of those forgotten. As reality dictates, most will be part of the first two groups and only a small faction will be part of the latter. *This is my first attempt at writing fantasy, so I do hope you’ll enjoy it. The story is one of apocalyptic nature, with gigantic monsters, unfathomable powers and also a critial view on humanity and what it means to be human. I will definitely try to stay away from any tropes that are not neccesary to write fantasy, as I thoroughly despise non-creativity. There shall be no harems, no unrealistic behavior and absolutely no standard scene of dimwitted bandits that try to rob whatever similarly rock-brained princess they encounter. The main character is not black and white, because no human is completely good or completely evil. They’re human, not some idealistic concept of what one is supposed to be. Enjoy!Warning: Tagged 17+ for the occasional strong language and violence, some mild sexual content can occur in the distant future.
