In a bar at a neighbor town 1 a.m...
Drunk man-Hey bar bitch get me more beer!
Barwoman-Don't ever call me bar bitch you fat drunk.
Drunk man-Whatever, just get me a beer.
Barwoman-Money first.
Drunk man-Where did I left my wallet?
Barwoman-Go and find it, I'll wait.
The drunk man went outside in his car to find his wallet, a few meters away two men were talking...
Guy 1-Why don't you ask that Faceless guy?
Guy 2-I am not going to ask some idiot with a mask to deal with Leon.
Guy 1-Why not?Rumor has it that he takes any job if he gets paid.
Guy 2-I heard he claims to fight paranormal things.
Guy 1-Yeah, people say he deals with all sorts of ghost stories and demons.
Guy 2-Great way to scam people's money eh?
Guy 1-Dude, he carries some crazy weaponry, that's for sure.
Guy 2-Anyone can get blades at this side of town.
Guy 1-Not only blades, he walks fully armed with a gun too.Claims to have silver bullets for fighting vampires.
Guy 2-Yeah, and I am Santa. Here is your present.(Slaps him on the head)
Guy 1-Fuck off dude, I just told you to talk to him.
Guy 2-Leon has a fucking army in his place, full of guys with guns and knives. How is one moron going to deal with him?
Guy 1-What's your other options?
Guy 2-I don't have any other options, if I don't pay Leon in 3 days, I'm dead.
Guy 1-How much do you owe him?
Guy 2-About 5 grant.
Guy 1-What the hell? The Faceless guy will help you with just a couple hundred.
Guy 2-Even if he could beat up Leon and his gang, I don't know where to find him.
Guy 1-I heard he collects jobs at Panty Room.
Guy 2-That shit-hole of a bar?
Guy 1-Yeah he has a room in the back of the bar where people can hire him.

Guy 2-But if he claims to deal with ghosts, why would he help me?
Guy 1-What do you have to lose talking to him?
Guy 2-Nothing I guess.I'll go there right now.
Guy 1-Good luck man.
Drunk guy-Where is my fucking wallet!?
Guy 1-What is wrong with him?
The man that wanted help with his troubles went to the Panty Room, a small bar not far from the one that he was talking with his friend about this Faceless guy, rumor has it that he wears a mask
in order to avoid troubles with the law, others believe he has scars on his face and is ashamed to show himself, he got quite popular since one incident with a clerk that was rumored to lure kids in his
house and rape and kill them afterward, one mother was so desperate that she found this man smoking outside the bar, he was armed and he kindly accepted the woman's offer for money, he killed the clerk
and so the missing children case stopped, afterward he chose to wear a mask and take on jobs that police or other people avoided, jobs including haunted places and satanist covens, in one case he threw
fire and light from his hands to cleanse a satanic ritual that satanist performed in an abandoned theater, some believe he is the Messiah, others believe he is a fraud and there are people who have
witnessed his actions, he had made a name for himself and people sought him for many occasions, one thing is for sure, you pay him, he gets the job done.
So the man went to the Panty Room, the place was small barely considered a bar, a bunch of underaged kids were in the seats that were blind drunk, he couldn't help it but ask the bartender there...
Man-Why is there a bunch of kids drinking?
Bartender-You think I keep this place open because I check for IDs?

Man-So you let minors drink?
Bartender-That's their parent's fault.
Man-I can't care now for that.
Bartender-So what can I get you?
Man-I need to speak to the Faceless Hunter.
Bartender-He is in the back, I don't know why you people want to see him, he is full of shit.
Man-Then why do you let him in here?
Bartender-He pays rent for that room back there, the place is full of smoke, he always has a lit cigarette in his mouth.
Man-Ok I'll go back then.
Bartender-Good luck dude.
The man went inside the room, the door made a cracking noise as if something broke, the room was full of smoke with dim light and a man wearing a mask that covered the half of his face, he was casually
smoking and sitting on a wooden chair behind a desk full of burned cigarettes as the ashtray on the desk was full the rest of them fell on the desk, a fan was barely working to cool the room from the
the heat of the summer, the man noticed a chair on the other side of the desk and sat there...
Man-Are you the Faceless Hunter?
Faceless Hunter-What do you think?
Man-I need to speak with the Faceless Hunter.
Faceless Hunter-And you found yourself in a room with me.Take a guess.
Man-I need to hire you.
Faceless Hunter-What's the job?
Man-There is a gang of people that call the dead to scare my family and I need you to kill them, I heard you take those kinds of jobs.
Faceless Hunter-I do, but you don't want me to kill people who communicate with ghosts.
Man-But I just told y...
Faceless Hunter-You owe money to the gang leader and you are afraid for your life.
Man-How?
Faceless Hunter-And you thought I was a fraud until now.
Man-How did you know?
Faceless Hunter-It doesn't matter how I know, I take the job.
Man-And your payment?
Faceless Hunter-A little more.
Man-A little more than what?
Faceless Hunter-Than what you just thought.
Man-How about....6...
Faceless Hunter-600 will do just fine, tell me where to find them.
Man-They stay in an apartment complex at the edge of the town.
Faceless Hunter-How many are there?
Man-I don't know.
Faceless Hunter-Doesn't matter.Dead?
Man-What?
Faceless Hunter-You want them all dead?
Man-If that's ok with you.
Faceless Hunter-You are the one paying.
Man-Yes.
Faceless Hunter-Tomorrow night, come back here again, I will be finished by then.
Man-Thank you sir.
Faceless Hunter-Don't thank me, pay me.
Man-Sure, there it is,600 right?
Faceless Hunter-You can do better if you want them all dead.
Man-700?
Faceless Hunter-You want Leon dead?
Man-(What how?)Ok 800.
Faceless Hunter-Now you are talking but...
Man-You want more?
Faceless Hunter-Get me pack of smokes as well.
Man-Ahh....sure.
Faceless Hunter-Now...
Man-Yes sir!Right away.(Why am I running errands for him?)
Faceless Hunter-You want me to deal with Leon's gang?
Man-Yes.
Faceless Hunter-Then you will run this errand.
Man-(Who is this guy?)
Faceless Hunter-Don't compromise this place to anyone, or I'll deal with you too.Ok?
Man-Of course sir.
So the man left the room and went to buy the mysterious Faceless Hunter a pack of smokes...He felt a slight breeze when he left the room,a little smoke came out when he opened door, this man eased
his mind for some reason,he was so confident that he could pull through this job that made him sure his trouble was gone already, pretty good exchange,800 euros and pack of smokes for the price of
5000 and his life probably. When he went outside the bar to the nearest place to buy the pack of smokes he was more afraid of him than he was of the gang...
Man-Wow, this guy is terrifying...

I'm a Veteran Adventurer in a World without Healing Magic.
It's a fantasy world just like any other, orcs, elves, monsters, adventurer's guilds... Just one catch, though: there's no such thing as healing magic. Get a nasty wound from the monster you're fighting? There's nothing to patch you up, not so much as a red potion or a cure light wounds spell! All you can rely on are mundane medical procedures to help you get back on your feet. And those don't come cheap! You can probably guess that injuries that in other worlds would be minor are rather costly in one where the priest class doesn't exist. What kind of dungeoneering community springs up in an atmosphere where a simple cut can mean lethal infection? How do dungeon crawlers find workarounds when conventional combat proves too dangerous? A veteran warrior who senses his time is near puts to pen a final record, a shocking tell-all about his adventuring career...
