"For experience and to increase the strength of the younger generation for the Qualifying Competiton, most sects in the second province are hunting various monstrous beasts from the Northern Darkness region that, for some reason, took residence in our province. We're not sure why for the sudden increase, but none of these beasts realms are proving to be a massive threat. These beasts only range from Heaven King Sea and below. They differ from ordinary ones since the core inside of them can be sued for cultivation once diluted. And specifically, for our sect, we manage to come across powerful creatures that'll surely benefit you all. Nightmares Creatures!"

Sect Master Borson and Mara group eyes widen. Nightmares Creatures were feared even in the first rank region! Demonic Qi's insane power is known throughout the continent as the single most dangerous Qi in existence!

"Nightmare Creatures! Ah! I also heard from the Spear Soul sect that they came across a frighteningly strong one. But luckily, they manage to escape with their lives...somehow." Luo Ke expressed his shock, but Kazami and his girls only recalled a specific memory.

How could they forget anyways? It was one of the first tasks they got given by the Slaughtering God. To lure the Nightmare Creature to do their bidding! Furthermore, looking back at that time, Kazami guessed that creature should've been at least in the Emperor Sea realm.

"So that's who they were...have any youths here been successful in fighting these creatures?" Lun Yuo remembered the group Kazami mention when he lured the beast. However, she wasn't worried much about facing these creatures again.

"That's why I'm offering you six this mission now. There are four middle ranks Heaven Kings Sea Nightmares Creatures wondering about our Veiled City forest. These four easily beaten back the strongest youths in the whole city. But they're not such a great threat that we needed Elders to kill them. These creatures' rates of growth are extraordinarily slow. Around the sect, this would be considered your impossible mission."

The eight youths all exchanged a glance, and Kazami asked,

"Before that, what is this Qualifying competition everybody is preparing so hard for? We've heard you mention it before as well." Back then, during Kazami and the girls' God beast trials, the beasts had mentioned the significant change that is supposed to happen to the continent.

Only the beasts were very limited on the information they have, and now Kazami has a direct source. They would've asked Mara group or Guardian Chui if it didn't slip their minds.

"Ah, you see from the other six provinces of our region, all youths no matter if they come from a clan, sect or rouge, gather here in this city. The City lord here, along with Guest Elders of the Ifrit Empire, hosts three competition trials to see who has what it takes to participate in the Grand Yin Tournament. In the tournament, only the supreme talents of the younger generation compete for fantastic prizes and recognition. And this year, I've heard the Empire picked up on something especially amazing for the first place though nobody else knows what it is."

For Mara, Luo Ke, Su Mo, and Dela, they were all pumped for the tournament! Kazami and the girls gave them that much-needed confidence to not even worry about passing the Qualifying Competition. And now they only wonder how they fair against geniuses from the Ifrit Empire.

Although Kazami and his girls were only interested in this 'amazing' prize. It goes along with what the Senior God beasts spoke about: this continent containing a divinity item.

"Heh, so their fatter sheep out there for us?! Alright! Are we going to take this mission, Kaz?" Brenda eagerly spoke up. Like Kuzumi, Brenda also quite enjoyed slaughtering prideful children though she would rather just kill them to fuel her slaughtering sensations.

She only stays her hand because her dear Kazami tells her too.

'Hm, surely that horned red tiger is up to something if what those God Beasts say is true about this continent. But with what we got here and as long I help Bree...' Kazami thought for a second and gave the final decision saying,

"Alright, we'll exterminate some creatures in a week! I assume we need to bring back their heads to count for our legitimacy for completing the mission?"

"Either that or from the information we gather on them, all Nightmares Creatures drops out a bloody beating orb full of pure demon Qi after their bodies are destroyed. Bring either of those back, and it'll prove you completed the mission."

Instantly Kazami and his girls' eyebrows furrow once hearing that description. Isn't that the same thing they got from that snow wolf? Although now they have no proof to back up what they saw though unmistakably, the four were sure of it.

'And for that matter where was the orb when that Emperor Sea creature died?' Kazami thought, and he heard Lun Yuo say,

"It shall be done, Sect Master Borson. Now then, shall we get what we need here?" They all dispersed off to see what items this sect has to offer here. Yet when Kazami turned to walk, he heard Master Borson say,

"Ah! It nearly slipped my mind, but since you would have Guardian Chui watching over you, I didn't worry as much. Still, be aware that apparently there may be a creature that supposedly sits at the late ranks of Heaven King Sea. It was reported to us by several Elders who were guiding the Guardian Disciples on this mission. Although I doubt this will change your mind?"

"Not really, besides in one week, we will have the perfect counter for this mission," Kazami stated, full of confidence, walking off to choose his skills. Left behind, Master Borson did have to wonder just what makes his assurance so high?

Even with his talents, there was still the possibility to face a late rank Creature, yet he again didn't hesitate for a second. If only he knew about Kazami team real power...

Time trickle like falling leaves and a few days had already passed since the Kazami team choose their skills and items. And currently, Kazami was in an open field of Guardian Chui courtyard sparring against Lun Yuo.

In his hand was his brown sword that held several bright purple lines running down on it, and he was in his God bloodlines state. Lun Yuo held a dark green rapier in her hands, similarly in her God bloodlines state.

During the past days, Kazami finally decided to train with this brown sword. While he was nowhere near as proficient as Brenda was with the sword, this weapon could hold his bloodlines powers well. Plus, it also helps increase his prowess in battle, though at first, it drained him quite a bit to use.

But he quickly adapted to the usage required for the sword. And he learned how to use it in battle without getting drained much. Furthermore, along with his sword, Kazami trained with his eyes but not when they were sparring.

All of them soon realized at Kazami eye level now, he holds a serious advantage over them. A soul attack is no joke, not even Brenda with her speed and practice of Spirit Energies isn't entirely immune to Kazami's Griffin eyes. It's why he decided to only train with Guardian Chui since she has a stronger soul to withstand him.

Lun Yuo chose a gold aura high-rank rapier for her weapon. And this one was a bit special since it could efficiently adapt to her powerful Grass Qi.

"Alright, Yu, ready for round two?" Kazami asked, all fired up from their warm-ups.

"I'm always ready for you, my dear Zami~."

Flashing him a sweet smile Kazami always love to see; they both got prepared to fight. And in a split second, Kazami shot towards Lun Yuo and instantly slashed his sword at seemingly empty air.

'BANG!!'

But near the same speed as Kazami, his brown sword violently clashed against Lun Yuo leviathan tentacles. It was as expected that he couldn't simply cut through them even with his mighty sword since these are the devil race natural abilities.

The ground shook from their first clash, and Kazami blasted off into the sky with his Griffin wings. Hot on his tails were her tentacles, and now Lun Yuo added her purple-greenish vines to chase Kazami in the air.

One of the sole advantages he has over Lun Yuo and Kuzumi in combat was that he can fly freely. Kuzumi and Lun Yuo could also achieve the feat of flying as they demonstrated after the end of the mystic realm, but they would need to focus a good portion of their bloodline power on achieving it.

When Kuzumi trampled upon Moli, it didn't matter much since her prowess far outstrips his, but with someone like Kazami and Brenda, it would only be detrimental for them to fly.

Skillfully, Kazami dodged all of her tentacles and vines that wanted to skewer him. Once he got a fair distance away in the air, in Kazami other hand, a tremendous sum of power gathers there.

His hand dazzled a brilliant purple and rushing even higher in the sky, Kazami shouted,

"Twilight Spin!"

Immediately his hand brought forth a purple twilight vortex that shot down to Lun Yuo tentacles and vines! And Kazami flashed from his spot while Lun Yuo recalled her tentacles and cut off from her vines.

If she hadn't, she would've been put in a tight spot since Kazami vortex shredded her vines quickly and would've held her tentacles in place, which in return would keep her body in place.

The next second she called off her attack, she immediately jumped backward as,

'Chi!'

A stinging sensation warped her hand. Kazami brown sword had plunged into the ground where she had stood. In an insane bout of speed, he manages to barely cut Lun Yuo hands when she jumped back, something she wasn't all too happy about.

"Instant Star!"

Because of how fast Kazami plunged, he knew he would need a second before taking his sword out the ground, but hearing Lun Yuo words got him to hurriedly form a barrier around himself.

'BOOOM!'

A purple orange mix explosion shrouded where Kazami stood. Landing on her feet, Lun Yuo prepares to rush down Kazami with her next skill, but her eyes widen when Kazami burst through her explosion!

A purple rose wall propped up to protect Lun Yuo from Kazami nearing sword; only he smiled in the face of this. His brown sword instantly sparked a blinding purple; only now it was gathering a huge sum of power in the form of a skill!

"Savage Twilight!"

The mere activation of his attacks blew the rose wall away, and Lun Yuo got forced to take this sword strike head-on. Coating her rapier in purple destruction Qi, she hastily struck against Kazami brown sword!

'CLANG!'

Immediately Kazami was overpowering her through his skill, but Lun Yuo wasn't to be outdone. From the destruction Qi of her rapier, several purple snakes shot out to wrap around his sword.

Realizing her plan, Kazami snapped his finger with his other hand and encased Lun Yuo feet in red ice!

Yet she didn't care as she roared out,

"Twilight Serpents!"

Compared to the instantaneous attack of her first skill, this one took a bit longer to prepare, and she needs to be at close range for it. But,

'BOOOM!!'

The power of the skill was tremendous as it blasted both Kazami and Lun Yuo from each other. In sync, the two flipped over in mid-air, not too affected by the close-range blast.

Lun Yuo was protected by her devil body and could tank many powerful attacks while Kazami had to flash his feather tattoo mark to defend himself.

The two shared a single look once they landed on the ground, and Kazami began to rush her again. Well, he was going to until they both heard,

"Is that the best your Heavenly Skills can do?!"

'BANG!'

Four bodies crashed into the ground only feet apart from Lun Yuo and Kazami. Turning over, they both knew it was Kuzumi and Brenda's teaching' Moli group on how to use their skills.

From his senses, he could tell Moli group barely have any energy left now so with a grin to Lun Yuo he said,

"Shall we dance with them now?"

"They are getting a bit promiscuous, huh?"

'Swish!'

"Yoh, Kuzumi, I just realize this is where Kaz and shit!" Brenda spiked up, and Kuzumi did as well once they sensed two tremendous auras lock on to them.

'BANG!'

A brown sword clashed with a trident, and a green rapier clashed against a purple orange sword. All four them were locked in place from the clash and Kuzumi smirk saying,

"In a rush to get beaten by my skills, eh Kazzy~!" She was holding on to Kazami's Neptune God trident using it as a temporary weapon.

"Let's see how you fare against us now!!" Brenda savagely said as she pushed more strength into her sword.

"Always so crazed when fighting. Really we need to teach you two a lesson now!" Lun Yuo pushed back against Brenda's strength with a devilish smile of her own.

"Your words change every, but the results are still the same, no?!" Kazami remarked as he knew now was the real challenge of the day. It didn't matter if they were lovers or family; in battle, none of them held back and only stops once there were only one left awake!

And today will be no different...

"Honestly, these kids train like savages. But it is quite effective for them." Guardian Chui had to take note of the four rapid progress in their skills. Through their battles, their Heavenly Skills quickly develop to a point where they can control it nearly perfectly!

"I really do wonder just what kind of waves they'll make during the Ifrit Empire..."
