The First Princess, well she tried to kill me and I addressed a challenge to her...All she has to do is hit me once and I will leave the academy and if I win she has to give me compensation.

“You get the gist of it, right Luke?” I ask as I begin to hop from left to right.

“Yeah, if Miss Flesty doesn’t register a hit on you then you win but if Miss Flesty does register a hit on you, you leave this academy.” Luke says as he sweats and looks at the stopwatch.

I look at Luke, it seems he is quite concerned about me, “You trust your teacher, don’t ya Luke?” I smile at Luke.

Luke nods, “I do...But Miss Flesty is not a normal opponent...”

“I know, I know, so just leave it to me.” I get back to my hopping.

“Can we just begin and end this already? I just can’t handle your sight.” The first Princess speaks as she stares at me angrily.

“Luke...Do it.” I say as I ready myself.

I put both my hands in my pocket and Luke takes a huge breath, “BEGIN!!!!!” Luke screams.

The big Princess doesn’t waste her time and comes to attack me in close range, “What speed! I didn’t even see Miss Flesty make it there!” Luke says with a surprised look.

I have to say though she is way too predictable since I can easily dodge such a simple punch. I quickly get out of the way.

She quickly reacts to my dodge with a kick to a face.

But she connects nothing but air as I tilt my head to the left to dodge her kick.

There is a window behind me. I believe it will be better for me to fight in an open ground than fighting in a convoluted place. I know I can easily win but I don’t want to risk it.

I quickly jump out of the window behind me that leads to an open field.

“STOP!”

She is following me, that’s pretty good and it was a good move since my students have gathered there. Even if I would have won, I think my students would have been injured in some way shape or form.

I can see around the other windows too, there are even more students watching us. This is an open field and it’s surrounded by the academy in a square shape. I have to travel through here to get to the other side of the academy.

At least, through what I know, the side in front of me is the junior academy where I teach and behind me is the senior academy. Like seriously, who divides the academy into junior and seniors. I sigh-

Ah shit! I forgot I was still in a fight! Fortunately, I dodged that chick’s kick to the face again.

I just keep on dodging her kicks and punches over and over again. She is fast but she isn’t all that intelligent or maybe she is intelligent and the rage is consuming her over. If she really is from the Tree of Ares than I am pretty sure, that it’s the rage that’s consuming her.

“Is Miss Flesty having a hard time against an opponent?” Sasha asks.

“Apparently yeah, one of the three most powerful teachers of our academy is having the hardest time of her life landing a hit on Sir Dan. Sir Dan...He’s pretty awesome.” Luke says with a brimming smile.

“His composure, his stance, his breathing and the way he is moving, all indicate that he is well-trained not in using magic but martial arts as well.” Sven says as he adjusts his glasses.

“What makes you say that nerd?!” Jack asks Sven.

“First of all, his very calm even though he knows he's being attacked. Secondly, look at the movements of his legs, those movements are pretty unnatural for a normal person. Third, his breathing is as calm as a sea. There isn’t a moment where his breathing rate has gone too high or too low. It’s like he practices to control his breathing every day. Finally, his stance, it may look like a normal stance but I have read it in one of the library books, that’s a counter-attack stance he is taking. It’s to keep your body open for your opponent and let them have a shot at you but...If the opponent misses...You are going to have a devastating strike on the opponent. It is one of the hardest stances to practice since you have to time your dodges and attacks perfectly.” Sven explains.

“Umm...Yeah nerd, everything just went over my head...” Jack says.

“The handsome guy just keeps on getting cooler and cooler day by day.” Elena’s eyes sparkle with stars.

“Jeez Elena...” Sasha sighs in disappointment.

“What’s wrong 2nd Princess? Isn’t The First Princess supposed to be one of the strongest female mages in the Kingdom of Fracia?” A girl’s voice speaks.

Kaileen looks at the girl, she has curly tied up hair but she seems to be from a different class. She also has an amulet that indicates she’s from one of the Great Noble families. She also wears a set of gold earrings which are shaped like a star and they are quite big.

I dodged that crazy strong punch...Anybody who came under that punch would have been a squishy chicken nugget in no time.

I take a deep breath and let it out, “WHAT THE HECK?! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?!” I scream and question.

“You didn’t say I couldn’t.” The First Princess says with a scary smile.

I sigh, “The Tree of Ares...It has consumed you. You’re turning yourself into a monster, a monster that Ares was. Look at you...smiling there, enjoying the sight of this fight.” I look at Luke.

“How much more time is there left Luke?” I ask Luke. “About a minute!” Luke replies.

“I will *Huff* have to finish *Huff* you in a minute *Huff*” She is exhausted and yet...Yet she speaks with a smile. Now it’s not her hatred, rage or anymore, it’s her thirst...Thirst for blood that is consuming her.

I sigh, “You see Little Princess...This is why...I wasn’t having you learn the Tree of Ares. You have no control over your emotions just like your sister here. This is what that Tree can do to you. The Tree of Ares only leads to pure destruction if you don’t have control over your emotions.” I say as I look at the 1st Princess.

“Hmm?” This is confusing me. She is using flight to fly up in the air. Her right-hand finger is up in the air.

“I WILL KILL YOU! I WILL KILL YOU! I WILL KILL YOU!!!!”

No...Don’t tell me she’s going to-

“The ball of destruction, go!”

A huge ball...It’s coming towards the school, that ball is pretty dark in color and is charging with electrical outbursts. Anyone who will touch that ball will turn into ashes. She just cast the ultimate Ares spell...

“Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Why is that ball coming towards us?! HAS MISS FLESTY GONE CRAZY?!” Sasha screams out.

“EVERYONE RUN! FAST!” I scream.

“Sis...What is happening to you? This isn’t you...This isn’t you at all...” The Princess looks at the ball coming towards her as everyone around her runs away.

“I can’t run...My legs...They aren’t moving...I can’t move away.” The Little Princess, she’s still there. It seems her legs are shivering...It was my mistake. I didn’t expect this so I made her body go to her limit and now she can’t run because of it.

I sigh, “I didn’t wanna use magic but...I have to now. After all, if I don’t, this school will be destroyed along with my students.”

I quickly use the flight skill to float in the front of the window that my students were watching from.

“From the heavenly star I call upon you, from the night heavens I ask for your blessings and from the heavens of constellations I honor you, THE GLOVES OF HEAVENLY AEGIS!!!!”

Two gloves, really big gloves, made of a metal that no one has seen or even heard of. Aegis, an entity that’s so powerful that it burst a hole through hell, I don’t know much about heaven and hell but I am pretty sure that it’s a pretty big achievement. This is the very glove made from that very entity. The gloves are silver colored with a white-colored aura that covers it.

“Jeez and here I thought I was about to win...Hey, tell your sister, that was a good move.” I smile as I look at the Little Princess.

At that moment, the Little Princess was surprised by her teacher’s actions. The first thing that came to her mind was, “Why would that teacher save me? I tried to kill him. I didn’t think about this life or never thought about caring for him. I only had hatred for him so...”

“Why are you saving me?!” The Little Princess asks me. I smile and reply, “That’s because...You are my student and if you’re ever in danger, just scream out my name and I will help ya. After all, I am your teacher.”

The Princess hadn’t felt such warm words from someone in quite some time. She thought, “It has been some time since someone said something so kind to me or even protected me...Doesn’t he know...Who I am?” There were tears in the Little Princess’s eyes.

“DON’T DO THIS! I AM GOING TO DIE ANYWAY SO PLEASE LET ME DIE NOW! YOU DON’T NEED TO PROTECT ME!” What’s with the Little Princess? Is she going crazy?

“Die? Don’t be crazy...I ain’t letting you die, not today and not until I am alive!” I say with a smile.

The ball, it’s near me, I hold it with both my arms which are cover with Gloves of Heavenly Aegis.

I smile at The Little Princess.
