Chapter 14
Previously:
"First of all, I want to be exempted from the entrance exam. And be put in the top class for our grade. I also want to have my own room and have my very own training area. Also, double the monthly resources given to the top student!!"
"I'm sorry I can't do that." She said as she wanted to go meet the other teachers.
"Ohh… What's this? Does Raiders academy actually discriminate against people based on social statuses? That would be s------" I couldn't finish my sentences before I felt strong energy directed at me.
*Crash*
Smoke covered the whole platform.
"You are no different from us, so watch your manners!!" A voice said.
"OHHH I AM ANXIOUS TO SEE WHO THE FUCK IS CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO CUT MY CONVERSION WITH A TEACH."
----------------------------------------------------------------
“You are no different from us, so watch your manners!!” A voice said.
“OHHH I AM ANXIOUS TO SEE WHO THE FUCK IS CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO CUT MY CONVERSION WITH A TEACH,” I yelled out as I prepared for a fight.
The smoke cleared up, and I saw a girl with light blond hair and a red dress to match. Her eyes were light blue like the ocean, and her face looked as divine as an angel.
“W-what's your name?” I asked.
“Isn't that Ms. Yulia?” someone yelled in the crowd.
“Is she going to fight him?” another whispered.
“My name is Yulia Shizuka, and I do not like the way you act,” she said in a soft and lovely voice.
“Well if you don't like the way I act, then you can leave kid.”
“Looks like your mother and father didn't teach much when it came to manners!”
(* Did I just hear that right? Did she just-*)

“Hey, you looking for a fight?”
“I just came here-” she tried to finish before I interrupted.
“Where's your weapon?”
“Why do I--”
I charged at her with killing intent enough to make an average person choke.
(*Void, my scythe*)
The scythe appeared in my hand, and I swung it at her.
----------------------------------------
Note:
Hey guys, this is my first PVP fighting skill, so bear with me lol.
----------------------------------------
I kept chasing her as she kept dodging and dodging.
“Do you really intend to fight me here?”
“Stop talking and bring out your weapon because one of us is gonna die today.”
“OMG… Did he just declare a battle to the death?” multiple people said.
“I think he did, but it doesn't look like Ms. Yulia wants to fight.”
“Do you think the Teachers will stop it?”
After about 5 more rounds of her dodging I had enough, I hopped back 5 steps and charged at her again. While charging at her I cast Fireshot, and the flames shot at her, but she dodged. Then I appeared behind her and slashed her with the scythe, but she ducked to dodge, then I cast Fireshot again, and It hit her.
After landing on my feet, I looked at her to see if I had won, but when she stood up she had a flaming shield up, and a bird right next to her.
“Is that her pet?” someone whispered.
“T -that's a Phoenix,” someone yelled.
“I didn’t want to fight you, but it seems like I have no other choice,” she said.
“Well if you didn't want to fight then you shouldn’t have talked about my parents like that,” I told her.
She started to whisper a couple things to herself, and a blinding light covered her.

“Master… She transformed.” Void whispered in my head.
(* you should come out to I guess *)
The light slowly dimmed and her transformation was complete.
“Is that a soul transformation?” someone said as they pointed at her.
She had a flaming dress all around her. And a bow that was as red as blood in her hands. She lifted the bow and pulled the string with no arrows on it.
“Flaming arrows,” she said as she let go of the string.
7 arrows came straight to me, and I tried to dodge some of them but couldn’t dodge them all. It felt like a hot knife cutting through your skin, I wanted to cry out, but I held it in. I was busy dodging the barrage of arrows she kept shooting at me for about 5 minutes.
“Void, come out,” I yelled.
As the last arrow was about to hit me, void came to my rescue. He carried me out to the shooting range and out of the smoke.
“Is that a dragon?” Someone said looking, up.
“No way, only true geniuses have mythical creatures as their soul,”
(* High Recovery *)
All the wounds on my body quickly healed themselves.
“Master she is overpowering you because of her transformation, and although it's not complete. Right now, She can kill you with ease.”
“What should we do then?”
“I have a way to beat her, but it's dangerous.”

Tales of Ordinary, Completely Unremarkable Contractors
"Where life had no value, death, sometimes, had its price. That is why the mercenaries appeared." - Artur Xerxes, in A Century of Disappointment: Memoirs of a Travelling Dwarf It's never too difficult to land contracts for a set very specialised skills in a continent teeming with werewolves, vampires, giant leopards, undead and, god forbid, elves. The difficulty comes when these contractors find themselves suffocated in the dense atmosphere of this world's rigid - and mostly unfair - rules; death, suffering and misfortune await those unwilling to sacrifice to bend these in their favour. In this non-linear plot, you will observe a scarred and deformed farm girl cashing her first bounty posters, a seemingly ordinary barmaid at a tavern in the bustling centre of a sprawling, corrupt city and an enigmatic leader of a firm specialising in dealings any other would consider suicidal. Watch them all take everything to the next level at every available opportunity, and then feel dread at the thought that this still might not be enough to halt the physical embodiment of doom about to do what it does best Please, feel free to review and comment! Any sort of feedback can help me become a better writer and write more engaging stories for you. I used to update once every 3-5 days, but this rewrite is taking much too long...I do hope it will be worth it.
