《The Legend Of The Insanely Overpowered Mage》Chapter 15: That weird looking white ink

"Oh my god! Tenur!" Laura yelled out as she recognised him. He was falling towards the ground, with the log still rolling over his head before stopping near a tree and leaving an unrecognisable red mush behind. She ran towards him in an attempt to help, but no matter how anyone looked at Tenur, it was impossible to help him and there was no way to heal him quick enough. He now had more similarities to a pile of garden compose than a human being.
Still, Laura kept running forward, squashing any rodents that did not give way. Her weight caused her every step to reverberate through the earth, which caused a minor earthquake that shook every inhabitant of the earth's to the core. She didn't care. however, because in her mind, losing Tenur was equal to losing her only life support. Thus, with such a reason in mind, she forced herself to keep running, hoping against all odds it was possible to save her lifeline.
"Tenur! Can you hear me?" Once she got to his side, she bent down to check his pulse. There was almost no signs of life in him when she suddenly felt a faint one struggle. This gave her hope, and in turn, she found herself searching for his grimoire.
"Dad!" Laura yelled around her, struggling to keep the panic suppressed..
"I-I'm here sweetie!" The voice came from a bush, but there were dozens of bushes in the direction her father's voice came from.
"Over here! This bush! The ugly bushes that're between these two damn trees!" Denka sounded more like he was insulting the environment than actually being helpful to Laura. But then again, she managed to follow his voice and find the book he resided in. She flipped him open, expecting to see the previous filth, only to be surprised.

"You're clean... Now, that's surprising considering-" Before Laura finished, Denka interrupted her.
"Don't remind me. Now, bring me to him, and I could use some chanting from you," Denka ordered his daughter. The commanding tone in his voice indicated refusal was not to be taken as an answer, but in the current situation where she wasn't sure what exactly could be done to save Tenur, she might just as well follow the order without any resistance.
"By your mom's vag, is this all that's remained!?" Denka sounded distress when they arrived at Tenur's resting place. His tone only served to cause more panic in Laura's mind.
"Wha-at should I-I d-d-do!? When I came here, he was already like this! N-now..." She sounded like a broken recorder.
"Calm down! Now, chant the words that are appearing on the pages while touching his remains with your hand," Laura listened to him and placed both him and her hand onto Tenur's sad excuse of a head.
"This is disgusting as fuck! Hold me, hold me! Argh!" Denka complained as Laura lifted the grimoire from Tenur's bloody remains. The book cover was stained with fresh blood.
"Now, use your other hand to touch his remains and chant while the other keeps me from touching him!" Denka tried to sound calm, yet if one listened closely enough, they could hear his patience thinning. Words started appearing in the pages when Laura flipped it open again, and they were written in a weird looking white ink.
"Uh, the ink looks suspiciously similar to-"
"CHANT!" Denka shouted in anger and embarassment, hoping his daughter wouldn't speak of this again.
"Aye!" She immediately obeyed and soon, the grimoire was glowing with a luminous yet soft white light. It became warm to the touch, calming Laura's raging mentality to a soothing wave as she spoke the words. The words came out more like a toddler learning to speak, but they held innate meanings, enough to allow the one hearing it to understand what the speaker was saying.

"... Mutto!" As she yelled out the final, soothing words, Tenur's body was immediately wrapped up in the white light emitted from the grimoire. The white light seemed to draw mana from the grimoire, hence the panting sounds from Denka that showed his fatigue. The panting only seemed to worsen as the light continued glowing. Though that was the case for Denka, it was the other way around for Tenur's remains. The grimoire's white light shone brighter and brighter as more time passed, and Tenur's bloody remains started repairing themselves, quicker for every second spent being wrapped in the gradually intensifying light, reforming his neck, arteries, veins, eyes and then everything else before the light weakened to a small, insignificant glow. When he looked like he had finished healing, the white glow retracted back into the grimoire, and the previously slimy looking white ink dissolved into the pages, before forming words with black ink that were now visible like normal words to Laura.
"I-I can see the words! It's not blank anymore!" Laura unconsciously shouted out in joy, but nobody responded since both Tenur and Denka were in a sleep-like state. She was suddenly very conscious of how loud and alone she was in the middle of a forest, and the sky was darkening, which signified time had passed faster for the duration of the ritual-like spell.
