Chapter 7 – Dawn of War

Drakes plan was, in theory, pretty easy. He would use the replicator technology to provide the population of conquered countries everything they need for free. With that he could eliminate pretty much all unrest that would otherwise surface.

He also would dismantle all Companies and remove the concept of money in his empire. The people would be forced to work in in sectors that could not be automated. Naturally they would work without compensation because they could produce everything with their replicators. That was his strategy after he gained world domination.

To conquer all countries on earth he would probably have to fight a third world war, but was pretty sure he could win with all the acquired technology.

Two years have passed since Drake woke up. He successfully built two other bases in the former countries North-France and West-Poland so he could easily launch attacks against the UK and Russia. Those two countries were his biggest concern, because they secretly allied themselves with google. They gained the newest technology developed by them, which Drake suspected was alien in origin.

With this information the two countries were able to build advanced Laser weaponry. The UK was pretty passive and just strengthened their borders and hunted down all of Drakes agents in their country.

Russia on the other hand was very aggressive and with their first prototypes of the new weapons finished in early spring 2017, they annexed what was left of the Ukraine after their Civil war. Two months after that, they invaded Belarus and the Baltic states which fell in one week. In Response to those active threats, the EU members founded the European Commonwealth.

While all that was going on, Drake was not idle either. He launched a spaceship that was designed to carry out orbital Bombardments, which would be precise on the meter. Also, Drakes R&D department finished the Prototype of a bipedal weapons platform. Well, essentially it was a 15m high mech, equipped with plasma weaponry. It got the codename MechWarrior.

When it was ready for use, Drake had 200 in every base built. The R&D team was now focusing on building a functional prototype energy shield. Also heavy anti-air and anti-armor plasma cannons were installed in all bases.

In late fall of the same Year Drake caused a war between the USA and China. His agents found an opportunity to sabotage a Chinese nuclear reactor and frame the USA for it. In retaliation, China fired intercontinental missiles at several major cities and military installations in the USA. Most of them were intercepted but some of them hit their targets which caused an all-out war.

Japan saw a chance to expand its influence and allied with South Korea to invade North Korea. After Korea was unified in under a month, the two countries set their eyes to China which was already losing its war with the USA. The USA used the newly acquired laser Technology to equip satellites with it and bombard China with them.

The combined Japanese and Korean forces overpowered the Chinese and subdued all resistance within half a year and split china between the two of them. Japan occupied the South and Korea the North. With more personal freedom, open Press and no censorship, the population was content with the new Government and there was little to none unrest.

In spring 2018 the tension between Russia and the European Commonwealth were rising when the USA and the UK renounced their membership in the NATO. Most of the European Troops were deployed at the Russian border, which offered a perfect opportunity for Drake to start his conquest of Europe.

When two weeks later war between Russia and the European Commonwealth broke out, Drake made his move. The first step was an orbital bombardment against the engaged Russian and European Forces. Then his troops occupied Europe with little resistance and without any losses.

After all of Europe was occupied, Drake announced the creation of the Empire. Its form of government was a Monarchy with Drake as the Emperor. All important Government positions were occupied by clones so Drake would not need to worry about corruption, since all of them were programmed to serve only him.

Drake now wanted to get rid of Russia and invaded it, as the land was in confusion about the annihilation of half of its army. The Russians put up a much better fight than the Europeans. That was mostly due to their Laser weapons. They had much greater range than their Plasma counterparts the Empire used. Though they were not as powerful, the higher range was a big advantage to the Russians.

After months of fighting and many bloody battles, were Drake sometimes had to wipe out entire cities with an orbital bombardment, his troops had captured St. Petersburg and were still fighting remnants of the garrison troops which barricaded themselves in the outskirts of the City.

With the fall of Moscow a few days before, most of the fighting had stopped and large parts of Russia were already under Drakes control. While his troops were moving into Russia to secure public order, his other departments were not idle either.

Two more spaceships were launched and plans existed for a much bigger one, but first a space dock had to be built. The standard Empire Army weapons were upgraded to fire a laser beam at long distances and a plasma bullet at short distances. The research for the energy shields went along pretty well and Drake expected to have a working Prototype in summer the Year.

The Year 2018 went by without any other noteworthy events. Drake and his Slaves were busy with setting up the Government of the empire. He Separated the Empire in many small Governing zones were one of Tara’s clones would take over the role of the Governor.

Drake had taken over the Château de Versailles as his personal Residence and was living there with Tara, Mara, Zara and a few hundred servants.

Right now, Drake was sitting in his main office at his desk and reading some reports from one of his garrisons in eastern Russia, while Mara was kneeling under the desk between his legs and was fanatically sucking his dick. Just when he was about to finish reading the Report, Tara was storming into the Room while screaming.

[Master, you have to see this!] (Tara)

[Tara, can´t you see that I’m busy right now?](Drake)

While Tara was turning on the large screen that was fixed on the wall on Drakes right, she said:

[I will help Mara to finish you off later, now you have to see this, it seems some sort of transmission to all hardware that can receive it](Tara)

[Hey, I meant the Report, you know?](Drake)

Drake turned to the screen and saw five dark figures appearing. Behind those figures, which were strangely floating in front of the Camera, he could see thousands of armed and armored Soldiers. They looked suspiciously familiar to the soldiers that google sent after them some time ago. Soon they began to chant in unison.

[OURE NAME IS LEGION; FOR WE ARE MANY. WE SEE. WE UNDERSTAND. WE DESTROY. JOIN THE WE, JOIN THE LEGION. OR PERISH WITH THE EMPIRE!] (Legion?)
