The officer had ran into the building where the sniper shot from, the sniper himself had vanished from where he once was. Once seeing the officer run into the building he jumped across the flat rooftop Altara was running across and onto the one the officer ran into, seeing a door on the rooftop he decided to shoulder-barge through and make his way down a metal stairway until he reached another door in the middle of the staircase. He quickly ran through it and saw the officer on the other side of the large and ran down apartment they now stood in. The officer was obviously looking for the sniper, but to no avail he slowly turned around and looked at Altara, dropping the torso he was holding which belonged to one of his hollow armors. It vanished when it hit the floor in red and black smoke. His eyes were still glowing gold.
"Who do you think you are, boy?"
Altara grasped Hugo's tomahawk in his right hand as he heard the mans intimidating voice.
"Some sort of hero? You and your friends are nothing but fools. Your magik is weak compared to our Braveye. It was proven when we invaded Homstala in The Supreme War! You mages never stood a chance!!"
"There's that word again.." Altara thought as a drop of sweat ran down his cheek, the two starting to circle eachother, Altara taking a more defensive stance, his golden fangs showing with his grimace.
The man quickly pointed forwards as a knight summoned from the ground before him, running at Altara as its body was still summoning and tackling Altara. Altara was sent flying into an already destroyed TV. The knight stabbed Altara in the shoulder as they landed with a knife causing Altara to grunt loudly in pain. Altara kicked the knight off and quickly got up, backing up against the wall and holding his left shoulder as it started to bleed. He pointed his tomahawk at the two as he hunched over.

The knight lunged forwards with the knife but Altara quickly ran to the side, hacking the tomahawk into the knights nape which caused it to desummon. Altara let go of his shoulder and ran at the officer, sending a swing into his hip. The officer quickly backed away, dodging another strike from Altara which was aimed at his torso.
"If you're going to hit me HIT ME SOMEPLACE VITAL YOU FOOL!"
The officer yelled as he kicked Altara as he was recovering from his second swing, sending him to the floor. Altara grunted and fell onto his side.
"I can't..." Altara mumbled as he slowly started to get up, holding his shoulder.
"What?!" The officer glared down at Altara, quickly standing on his head to prevent him from getting up.
Altara's head hit the floor before the rest of his body did, he said nothing, he started tearing up slightly.
"Crying? What for?? FOR THE LIVES WE WILL TAKE FOR THE GREATER GOOD OF THE WORLD?"
That sentance hit Altara, he started to think about all the lives he, Hugo, Konstantine and Kry were here to save. All the connections they wouldn't allow to be severed, all the connections which bound not only the people of Homstala and the Oligarchy of Magik, but the rest of Adepta as well. He realized that war is something that will destroy more than he could ever.
Altara's tears slowly stopped as his tiresome face grew into one of anger. The officer tried to kick away Hugo's tomohawk out of Altara's hand but was instead met with the blade of it in his foot. The officer yelled in pain and quickly tripped back and looked at Altara who slowly stood up.
"You wish to take lives for the greater good of Adepta? You know the population of Homstala is a couple billion more than the estimated population of Wrathak, yes?" Altara said, looking at the officer with a small glare.

The officer looked from his foot at Altara. "Scum." He grunted out, starting to sweat.
"Scum? It is thanks to you people that we are here. Fanatic Imperial Officials." Altara's voice became somewhat strict as he glared at the officer.
The door Altara came through slowly opened up, a bullet then was fired past Altara and into the officer's leg. The officer quickly hit the floor and grunted, his visor cap falling off as he fell onto his stomach.
Altara quickly looked behind him as a wolven in a caped black raincoat walked in with very short black hair, wearing brown camo pants and brown camo boots. He walked past Altara as he bolted his sniper, hitting the back of the sniper around the officer's head causing him to go unconcious. Altara looked at the sniper, loosening the grip on the tomohawk as he saw him started to cuff the now unconcious officer.
"Are you the sniper, then?" Altara asked him as he started to grip his bleeding shoulder again.
"Yes."
The wolven responded and put his sniper over his back with a sling as he started to carry the officer over his shoulder.
"Let's go back to Ergo now. She will be expecting us."
He started to walk back the way they came.
"My name is Radius."
The sniper looked at the officer and mumbled to himself with his calm voice.
"Oh Kodan, you have not changed."
Altara watched as Radius carried Kodan out, looking out the window of the run down apartment, realizing the whole street itself was run down. He sighed and turned around, looking at his shoulder, seeing his leather jacket with a cut in it.
He started to walk out, looking at the floor as he did with a face of tiredness.
