Blare's eyes darted towards his father and then to Zhao Kang. Her father gave her a glance, indicating her to not be so surprised.
Blare flinched and composed herself. She kept her head low and avoided anyone's look. Her palms started getting sweaty from nervousness.
Blare felt it, the body was nervous for the Prince reaction to her engagement with another man.
'Fool' Blare thought. Because her soul felt that Fang Chunhua is still in love with Wang Jianyi.
'You fool. Why are you so expectant? You'll hurt yourself even more!' Blare gritted her teeth in anger, mixed with nervousness and sadness of the body.
Blare wanted to cry. Feeling so many emotions at once is tiring her emotionally.
She forced herself to be poker face outside. Then sat up straight, her head was no longer low.
Blare met Wang Jianyi's gaze. The body's heart stirred. Again, she felt extreme anger, sadness, and pain.
"I am not engaged to anyone," Blare said with a straight face.
"Father was only joking Your Highness. He must have wanted Chunhua to be married so Chunhua can have a family of her own." Blare added while she smiled uncomfortably.
General Fang laughed awkwardly, he didn't expect his daughter would be against on his plan at this very moment.
"That's right! That's right! This old man was worried about you Hua'er. I am already old, it would be better if I saw my future grandchildren faster" General Fang laugh.
Blare only smiled in relief, while Zhao Kang sat beside the General awkwardly. Blare would definitely apologize to him after.
"Then why cancel the engagement?" Wang Jianyi asked, his eyes turning solemn.
At this very moment, Blare saw his reaction. Tears were threatening to fall. The body wanted to rage at Wang Jianyi. Shout at him and maybe punch his pretty face as well.

Fang Chunhua wanted to shout all her grievances to Wang Jianyi. He does not deserve to be sad when he clearly felt nothing for her.

Blare did not respond, nor did the two men.
"But what if that reason was a lie?" He added as his lips curved up.
That was the final blow. Because Blare can no longer hold all of the surging emotions inside her.
"LIAR!!!"
Blare slammed the table and stood up. She shouted as tears streamed down her face. It was continuously flowing.
"YOU LIAR!! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!"
Blare stormed off the main hall as she cries her heart out.
This reaction startled the three men. General Fang instinctively followed his crying daughter.
While Zhao Kang and Wang Jianyi were left in the main hall.
Wang Jianyi stood up and tried to follow the crying woman as well, but he was stopped by Zhao Kang.
"Your Highness, this lowly one apologize for overstepping his bounds. But the young miss is extremely emotional right now" Zhao Kang bowed in front of Wang Jianyi.
"Scram" Wang Jianyi commanded, his cold aura emerging. He wanted to see her. He wanted to know why her eyes looked at him with contempt. At the same time, it looked at him with deep sadness.
