The Wang clan's manor was burning down, countless people were on the floor not moving.

Blood was everywhere, numerous cries echoed on the city streets, it was like a hellish land where only dead people and injured were surviving.

Wang wuji was inconscious on the floor, his father the clan head was ... decapited!

To his surprise, he didn't find any treasure of some kind, just a weird old man chained with golden shackles .

He approched him carefully and said with a low voice

" Mister, are you alive?? "

but the old man didn't respond at all.

He then tried to wake him with a slap

" DAAAAAAAAAMMMNNN, HOW DARE YOU YOU PIEECE OF SHIIIT ! LET ME OUT SO THAT I CAN EAT YOUR FUC***** HEARTS YOU BASTARDS! "

At his surprise, Lin Chen fell to the floor trembling

How could an old man be alive all this time in this trove where no one dares to enter?!

He tought for a moment and then said

" Mister, are you a demon? "

The old man looked at him with his eyes bloodshot and a weird grin on his face and then burst into laughter

" BUWAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, That's the funniest joke i've ever heard in about 3 million years! HAHAHAHAHA "

Lin Chen was stupified, 3 million years?? if he was not a demon what could he possibly be???

Lin Chen only heard that demons had a very long life span; but he didn't dare to believe that a demon had 3 millions years, was this old man just a crazy guy? But then again, why was he chained in this trove...

Numerous questions continued to pop in his head, but he soon was waken up but the old man voice again

Lin Chen couldn't believe him right away so he decided to test him

The suffocating atmosphere finally ended and everything went back to normal.
