《The World After》The Real Story Begins

I continued falling unsure of where or what I was going to land on or if I would even survive to find out.
“What the HELLLL!” I screamed as I kept on falling deeper and deeper into the ground. “He just dropped me into a freaking hole!”
At that moment, I felt a tug hold me up from the waist stopping me instantly. Using my hands, I feel what was holding me up.
‘Ohhh the rope!’ I thought in delight.
I sighed in relief before looking for a way out of the mess I was in.
“Where am I anyway?” I asked myself in the pitch black darkness.
As I continued to dangle from the rope, I heard someone whisper in my ear. “I would say hell, but that would be too easy.”
“WHAT THE!!” I exclaimed while shaking my hands and legs aimlessly trying to run from the voice and get out of the rope holding me still.
“Woah, easy there.” The feminine voice recommended
“WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!” I asked scared for my life.
“Just relax okay? I’m not going to hurt you.”
“Yeah right.” I responded sarcastically “And yet, you dropped me into a hole.”
“I… good point.”
Just then, another voice echoed through the dark “Are you finished with him yet? Sandra.”
“Yeah! We’ve got things to do!” Another voice remarked.
“Seems like lust is living up to her name haha.” A different voice added
“H-hey, N-not funny guys.” Sandra responded sheepishly.
“*Sigh* Sandra, please kindly do your job.” Another voice requested.
“Y-Yes sir.”
At that point, the whole room was filled with light as bright as the morning sun. I squinted my eyes due to the powerful light rays rushing into my eyes but just as quickly, I could see everything clearly. There were eight people in this room and one of them was the girl in front of me.

The girl seemed to be around my age, had emerald green eyes and hair which was tied into two buns. She wore a thin knee high light blue chiffon dress which had follower patterns on it, and flower shaped earrings.
“ TAADAAA!” she exclaimed with a bright smile on her face. “See? I’m not scary at all…”
I looked at her a bit more closely, not because she was pretty, but because she looked… familiar. “Have we met before?”
“… Nope! Never seen you before in my life.” She responded.
“Are you two love birds quite finished yet?” I look up to see a man standing on one of the rocks as he asked with a very pissed off expression on his face.
“S-Sorry sir” Sandra apologised immediately.
“Good grief…” he said before he jumped off the rock down to my position.
I looked up at the eight foot man trying to recall his face. “You.” I said as soon as I recognized him. “You were in the cell right?” I asked “You broke me out of there.” I explained.
“Hmmm? Good memory” he commented.
“Who are you? Why am I here?”
“*sigh* good grief, you ask so many questions…” he said before continuing. “The name’s raziel.” He explained as he brought out a cigar, “And, you are face to face with the seven deadly sins of the sinners’ creed”
5 years later…
I look up in front of me, and there it was. After taking such a long time for what felt like an eternity, I finally found the cave I was searching for.
“What am I even doing here?” I asked myself out loud as I slowly walked into the darkness. ‘Well, this is where he said it would be.’ I thought. ‘But why would he want a strange sword that kills people?’

“Snap out of it, I can’t worry about that now” I mumbled to myself as I go deeper and deeper into the darkness. “If Ken wants the sword, then I don’t have a choice in the matter. Or else I’m toast.”
I noticed I could see some light from a certain distance. I continued walking until I reached a large area within the cave and to my surprise, I actually see a sword on a big boulder in the middle of the area. The Light seemed to come from the top of the cave through a hole.
The weapon itself looked brand new even though I was told that it was as old as this world. It seemed to be made of steel and the hilt made of some sort of leather? I go closer for a better look, but then I met an animal I wish I never had.
“Step away from the sword little one.” I heard a deep voice as I jumped back in shock.
I looked around expecting a man or some sort of demon. “Who said that!” I asked a little terrified but still kept a leveled head.
“Look up child” The voice said.
I looked up and to my surprise, all I see is an owl just staring… menacingly.
“Are you th-”
“Yes. And that’s the only question I’m answering so leave.”
“Jeez! We just met but I can’t stand you already.” I remarked ‘Wait why does that sound familiar.’
“Just leave. You are not worthy of holding the blaze blade.” He states.
“Blaze blade? You mean the ‘Sword in the stone’?” I asked confused by what he said.
“This isn’t some fairytale child.” He explains as he flies down through the hole. “This is a Dangerous weapon that I must protect.”
“…Suuuure…” I reply sarcastically.
“I’m serious DO.NOT.TOUCH… or else.”
“Look dude, I need to give this to someone so I can save my skin… Literary!” I reply
“*Sigh* this is going to be good.” The owl comments sarcastically while rolling his eyes as he flies to a nearby branch poking out of the cave wall.
I nonchalantly get closer to the sword and attempt to pull it from its hilt. “GUUUUUHHHGG” I moaned in pain as I instantly release my hand from the hilt.
“What the hell?” I ask in shock.
“You see now child, the sword is enchanted. No one can pull it.” He explained as he used one of his feet to point me to the large pile of bones in the corner “So stop making my job difficult and leave!”
“…” I look at the pile of bones and look back at the sword. “Well, I might as well die trying.”
“*Sigh*, be my guest.”
‘I’ve got nothing left to loose anyway.’
I held the sword and began to pull again and the pain was just the same as before it felt like lightening flowing through me but I kept on pulling with all the strength I had. And not before long, the blade moved.
The owl’s beak opened in disbelief as he struggled to mutter anything besides, “What the Fu-”
