As I woke up, the first thing that I saw wasn’t Mist, but her maid as she gives me the heaviest stare ever

“Why were you sleeping in the princess’s room?” She questions me and threatening with a knife

“S-s-s-she offered me to sleep here with her”

“Are you sure” as she pulls the knife closer to my face

“Y-y-yes” I said timidly

“I better hope so, because if I found out that you were lying, I would skin you alive”

Those words shivered down my spine

Mist then woke up

“Hey, Athena, what is going on and what are you doing so close to Yasu” rubbing her eyes as she says this

I stare at her as I looked at her appearance changed completely, but wondering what her true stats are as the info that my demon eye gives me isn’t sufficient to get rid of concealment

“Note to self: Probably shouldn't mess with Athena”

“Oh nothing” replying joyfully as she conceals the knife behind her back and giving me the death stare telling me not to tell Mist what happened

“Oh ok” Mist still being half asleep as she walks to her dresser to change

At an instant, Athena then grabs me and tosses me outside of her room

A couple of minutes later she comes back out 

“Do you want to cleanse yourself, too”

“Yeah”

As I got to her room to wash myself up, Athena passes whispering something to me

After cleaning myself, I went out of her room, Mist, still waiting greets me

“Good Morning”

“Morning”

“What are we going to do?”

“We are going to have breakfast, of course, you think I am going to leave you hungry?”

“No…” I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed

Making our way to the dining room, I smelt the aroma of the breakfast that we were going to have

The food was so luxurious, I felt guilty eating it as some of the rich tastes filled my mouth, giving me this nostalgic feeling as I have probably experienced back in my past but at the same time not.

After I had my fill I asked her

“What is there that we can do to get money”

“There are many ways”

“One is through doing work from guilds such as adventuring”

“The other one is to do simple work or labor”

“I would rather do work from guilds”

“Alright then, you should go to one of the many guilds in this kingdom”

“ The guilds community has 3 parts, which consists of science, magic, and weapons”

“Science is one of the harder to get in ones as there are very little people that know the science, but would usually consider making more advanced objects such as bombs”

“Magic is the 2nd hardest but has many different branches of work such as alchemy and magic usage for everyone”

“Lastly is weapons, which is the easiest among the 3 as you just need combat experience to get it. The weapons type guild are those who use swords, bows, lances as they go-to item”

“Even though all 3 guilds are different they all work together”

“One of the popular guilds that invest in all 3 parts is the Scarlet Guild”

“Though it is the most popular their tests to get in are quite difficult regardless of what part you want to major”

“Then what are the other guilds that I can easily get in”

“Unfortunately since Scarlet Guild is in this kingdom, there is no point for other guilds to form and compete as they would always get disband due to Scarlet Guild’s fame”

“Ohh” as I have lost all hope until I had an idea

“What if I made a guild?”

“Are you sure, I mean did you even hear what I just said about other guilds being disbanded”

“I don’t care, maybe if I make a guild where I would end up being as popular as Scarlet Guild and maybe I may be able to recognized as not just the man with a cloak, but the Guildmaster of the most popular guild ever”

“Man, thinking about that makes me feel good”

“Uhh, maybe it is too early for that”

“Ehh, how come”

“Because you must be an SSS-ranked adventurer as well as have the royalty to be a guild master”

“WHAT!!! Are you fucking kidding with me”

Just as I said that Athena came storming it with a knife and then pulling my tongue, she was about to cut it off

“How dare you speak bad things in front of the princess, as a punishment I must cut off your tongue”

“Euhhhh, Euhhh” [Wait, Wait]

“Athena stop it!”

Athena’s violent intent then instant disappear

“As you wish, princess”

“You are lucky that she was here or you would have died”

“Better hope I don’t catch you next time”

And with that, she took her leave

“I’m very sorry”

“It is ok, Yasu”

“Ok, then how am I going to be a guild master if I am not even an adventurer nor part of royalty”

“You solve all of this by getting fame to the point where the Mother and Father would recognize you then grant you a title of royalty as well as joining the Scarlet Guild”

“So you’re saying that I have to join the guild that I am trying to beat”

“Yup” Smiling as she said so

“Are you… nevermind”

“Let’s go”

“Oh I can’t leave the castle as I am the princess of this kingdom”

“If I were to leave Mother and Father would scold me if I stepped outside the castle”

“Then how did you get these stats”

“Stats?”

“Nevermind”

“I will take my leave then I will be back soon once I get my things done”

"Ok then, see you later bye" Mist started waving goodbye

Leaving the castle I start making me to the guild, but the funny thing is I didn’t know the way

“Man, I should I have asked her, well it’s too late now, might as well start finding it”

Walking around for a minute, I realized I was walking after than my usual speed as it was probably from the increased agility from my Wanderer ability

After a couple of minutes, I have found the guild, which surprisingly wasn’t far from the castle

Upon opening the guild’s door I was shocked to see what I just saw
