《Goblin Kingdom》Battle Plan, Looking for Advice

Norgolin tried to organize the goblins as well as he could, but they had no knowledge about formations, so he could do little with what he had. The first thing Norgolin did was to count how many men were here. There were at least 60 goblin males, so it would be difficult to win against orcs with just a 3:1 rate; A safe number would be 100 males, to make it 5:1, but this wasn't possible right now. It was already a miracle that the goblins managed to grow beyond 60 individuals, as they were always living close to danger. Indeed, the training and change of lifestyle had shown its effectiveness.
He ordered all women, a total of 120, to hide on their huts and let Laura go with them. Right after he did that, Norgolin made sure all men had at least a strong tree branch as a weapon. All this process took a little time and orcs were approaching quickly, so he immediately went for Alom, in order to get some advice on what to do.
The goblin was surprised to see Alom sitting on the floor while dripping in sweat. Indeed, the Armon was still affected by his trauma.
''Alom, you can't just wait for the enemy while you cry, we need you and your knowledge about Orcs!'' Norgolin almost shouted in despair.
''I know, it's just that it's hard on me...'' Alom took a while but made a resolute face before getting up and continuing ''Ok, but now isn't time to sit here and cry. Well, I know very little about Orcs; But one thing I could see for sure at that time was that they aren't as dumb as we think. They can organize ambushes, wait for the right moment to attack and even analyze an enemy before deciding to attack.''

Norgolin was surprised to remember it. Alom had already told him the story, but the goblin hadn't analyzed the facts like this. Now that he thought about it, Orcs were a very hard nut to crack; In contrast to the goblin civilization's low-level intelligence, it was almost impossible to win against them.
''So how can we win against them? Do you know any way?'' He asked.
'' Hmmm... The easiest way would be to prepare an ambush and kill them with archers, but we obviously don't have bows yet. So the only way I can think about right now is to use three goblins and make coordinated attacks! Orcs are strong, but they don't have three arms or the speed to defend against three attacks at a time; This is what I can come up right now'' Alom explained.
Our protagonist started to ponder the idea. It wouldn't be difficult to order the goblins to go three on one and do something like one attack from the vertical upside down, and two horizontal attacks from each side, but he was sure they wouldn't be able to kill Orcs in just one hit, even if it hit the vital parts. At most, they would damage the Orc and stun it for a moment, nothing more than that. And this wasn't even considering the fact that Orcs would probably have stone weapons for all warriors, giving them an enormous advantage. Now he was caught in a dilemma, so he went to Diana to ask for help. He found her bathing on the river to the east, as beautiful as ever. After a quick kiss, he explained the situation to her.
''What do you think I should do? Can you cast a magic strong enough to kill them? Like what you did with that black fireball?'' The goblin asked.

''No, I wouldn't be able to kill 20 orcs by myself, at most I would be able to kill 3 of them, with a lot of effort. You know, that fireball is the only magic I know other than sex magic and I don't have enough Mana to use it a lot. However, there is something you can do, and that is to use the forest's animals. Just burn some meat, making sure the smell is strong and you will have at least a pack of hungry wolves coming from you. It would be cruel because it would also result in great loss to our side, but I prefer to have 30-40 goblins than having none.'' She said, with her seductive voice.
With what she said, he remembered Alom telling him about his parent's deaths. That monster attack on the Armons was precisely because the Armons were inexperienced, and cooked their food on the upper part of the cave, allowing the smell to go out, and that attracted the monsters. This was also the reason why the Armon kitchen was located on the lower part of the cave.
''Thanks, I will think about it'' He said and left after a goodbye kiss.
Back at his hut, Norgolin was almost getting crazy, thinking about what he should do. Should he be ethic, and fight just with his people, or should he sacrifice his own kind for survival's sake? This question disturbed him for some minutes, but he came to a conclusion.
The goblin immediately went to the forest with two more goblins and hunted three good foxes (that didn't take a lot of time, as foxes weren't that rare here). Then he burned them until smell started to impregnate the air, and threw them at the forest, toward the direction the orcs were coming. At this point, when he exited his hut and climbed a tree near it, he could localize the orcs and this showed just how they were quickly getting close; It was time to fight.

The Elemental Arena
*A Rational-Adjacent litRPG Survival Series.* The time for the trials has come, pitting the mortal species of the galaxy against one another. By completing challenges, clearing dungeons, and defeating rival species, the players may forge themselves stronger and smarter. But only one species will be declared the winner. Earth has finally qualified... ...and participation is mandatory. A twenty-nine year old data entry clerk works together with a group of internationally diverse players to survive. Learning synergistic skills and using teamwork, can humanity achieve an upset? If they don't, their lives are forfeit. Author's note: Chapters will be anywhere from 6k to 10k in words, varying based on the plot beats instead of specific word counts. Realistic actions and teamwork will be important aspects of my story. I'm trying something a little different in writing a realism focused litRPG, hoping to capture the essence of how real people would react to their situation. People are complex and don't always get along. I don't recommend starting the series expecting wish fulfillment tropes just because it's tagged litRPG. It's a survival story with the game settings on Hell difficulty. The plot hasn't gotten there yet, but in the future of the series I want to recreate my nostalgia of forty person raids on Ragnaros, but with the high stakes of boss battles in Sword Art Online. I also love puzzle rooms so expect one of those each book. Warnings: mild PG-rated language, graphic violence and gore, and graphic medical content.

The Light Bringer
Would you leave behind everything you knew to live the life of another version of yourself? A version from a land where status sceens, levels, dwarfs, elves, beastkin and monsters were real? A world where limits were not set in stone and danger or adventure could be around every corner? If you stopped and thought about it, I think you would conclude it was a bad idea. But for a guy like William Taylor who actually got to make this theoretical choice, he chose yes. He's learning to regret that very quickly. But maybe one day he won't, if he lives long enough ------ Just some details about what this story will be like. This is more a character story than a story about leveling up and becoming OP. That may happen in time but don't expect it any time too soon. The MC has no powers that he brings into the world. He just has to do the best he can with his wits, knowledge and will to succeed. Also it's only fair to warn people this series has a bit of a slow start. 1 chapter a week with occasional bonus chapters.
