With the song “Hurricane” From I Prevail playing and him flying 25 feet into the air and his Phone in his pocket on speaker he comes gliding into the water getting sucked offshore with his kite. He ends up slamming into a 13-foot Wave and gets pulled under, but his kite stays afloat and keeps him above the water. He Keeps an eye on the path that Liz took and rushes out to find her.

When he lands in the water it was cold, but at the same time warmer than the outside air. Giant tidal waves were crashing into him as he kept getting dragged out. But he fights through the pain and stays focused.

Meanwhile in the water Liz was drowning in self-doubt, the waves were tossing her around. A million thoughts were flowing through her head. One of them was why the hell she just blasted herself out here. She was thinking about her being homeless and an orphan and thought about her parents that were killed by a whole bunch of outlaws on their way to Sivika Kingdom for their family vacation. She remembers hugging her mom tight when their wagon was ambushed by Rogue’s and hunters. She remembers her mom shielding her as her father and her uncle got out and fought to defend their family.

She remembers somone pulling her mom off of her and killing her in front of her eyes and stealing everything in the cart of value and leaving her to fend for herself.

She Remembers crying and walking for miles by herself, till she reached Staug City, and begged for help.

She remembers getting thrown into the orphanage, and fighting with the other kids for food, and belongings. She remembers going from a Rich lifestyle, to poor and having no parents in a blink of an eye and being forced to adapt.

As another wave slams against her she closes her eyes and holds her breath as she gets pulled under. When the wave knocks her around, she floats back up the top and takes a gasp for air. Then she remembers surviving until she was 16 and enrolling herself into the Magic academy. She remembers excelling in Arcane magic and taking a liking to Teleportation and Crowd control spells.

She then remembers leaving the city and slaying bands of outlaws out on the streets, being 17 and getting herself up on the most wanted board for killing somone she thought was a Thug but really was just one of Warrens Deputy’s. She remembers getting arrested and Vedra coming into the mix taking her off their hands before she was put to death.

She remembers living with Vedra, Her taking care of herself, Her first bite Vedra took from her, Her being forced to keep the house clean, them talking every night about life, and her making her dinner every now and then them talking about boys, Life, and history of the world through her eyes.

She remembers her living with her for 1 year and turning 18, and Vedra opening up to trying something “New” and her falling in love with her. The vacation they took to the Ala-Ash mountains during a Stationary Warm front that lasted about a week which allowed them to walk around during the day there, and also she remembers her getting drunk and getting taken advantage of at a bar, and Vedra finding her and torturing the man before she killed him, in front of a lot of people.

She also Remembers her teleporting herself and Vedra home the next day and her crying her heart out the next few days. She remembers her cooking her great meals during that time and telling her more stories of her life when she was human. She was told about her heart break at the Restaurant, and her not being able to save her family.

Suddenly Liz wakes up and opens her eyes and looks around her as another tidal wave was on its way to crash into her.

She realized Vedra stayed alive all these years suffering and hating her life and going through great heartache without anyone to take care of her and she made it out successful.

Then she remembers today when she got kicked out and replaced with Ryan.

The Wave Crashes into her and pulls her down and rotates her violently underwater.

She wants to give up and she starting to get dizzy from blood loss from her open wound on her back. She comes back up to the surface and gasps for air and starts crying.

Meanwhile Ryan heard her screaming and adjusts his course to intercept her. With the wind getting even stronger and slowly starting to change direction He knows if he misses her, he won’t be able to head back and grab her. He knows he has 1 shot to save her.

Ryan sees her and slowly tilts the kite to drag him to her.

When he pops into her sight She was crying and angry at him.

“What do you want! Just let me die! No one cares about me!” She screams at him as he pulls toward her. He reaches one hand out and grabs her and holds on to her as the kite slowly pulls them out more offshore.

As they start drifting Ryan holds on tight to both his bar and her as another wave crashes into them, but the kite keeps them from getting dragged below and afloat. Ryan pulls the kite at an angle and initiates a hard pull and drags them further out into the ocean out of the breaking zone of the waves

When the Waves were clear and all they had to worry about were the seas, they take a break. Ryan then turns towards Liz and says:

“ Hey, you, I just want to say, you're awesome! I want you to know that there is someone out there who really cares. Don't give up, it'll get better. I promise. Hold on tight :)

She holds on tight to his back with her good arm and starts crying. Shes as much as she hates him, shes really glad heres out here to save her.

“You don’t know how much I needed to hear those words. I’m so scared right now!” She told him.

“Listen to me Liz! I am here because I have killed myself in another life! I don’t want you to meet my same fate! I had a bad day and should have talked to someone before I ended my life. I Regret what I have done, and I don’t want you to go through all this regret I feel every single day. Look I am not a monster and I know what it feels like to be hopeless and alone. But it’s not worth killing yourself over. If I knew then what I knew now, I would have talked to someone and been able to wake up the next day in my own bed. Look I am sorry for this whole mess with Vedra, my heart is broken as well, but Do know I care about you. Let’s get back to shore and cry together okay?” He told her. She Cries and with her broken arm she fights through the extreme pain to wrap it around him tight.

“I Just want to lay in my bed and cry. Just get us to shore. My heart is broken too” She said while expressing her fear through a super tight hug.

“I have a song for you Liz. Just remember to hold on tight” He said as he pulls out his phone and puts on the song “Missing You” from All Time Low.

“This song has a Reflection buff so it will calm you down and clear your head. Like I said Your awesome and I care about you.” He told her as he puts the phone in his pants pocket. The song magically plays with clarity from underwater and the two start slowly body dragging toward shore as the wind starts to change to the south allowing him to slowly Beam Reach crosswind toward the shore.

As they start to pull back into the wave zone Liz wraps her legs around her and prepares for the Rough ride back to shore. Ryan puts two hands on the bar as he hears thunder strike close to them. He’s not trying to get worried and mess up this ride back to shore. Suddenly here hears that weird Demon Horn again and another Flash of lightning occurs striking the island to the south of them. Ryan matches the speed of a wave and they start body surfing a huge 15-foot wave.

With the wind blowing at 20 knots now and slowly dying he doesn’t want to out race his kite and let it fall into the water. He surfs this wave for 10 secs and then uses the kite to pull him out of the wave. He then waits for another wave and surfs it for another 10 seconds. And pulls out of that wave as well.

Another Lightning strikes the island they are about 600 yards away from them. Ryan pulls the kite extreamly low and tries to keep it below the tree line because he knows the highest object will always get struct first. Liz is clinging onto his back and enjoying the ride and thinking about her life.

They get back on another wave and body surfs it in a little longer, and now are extreamly close to shore.

Ryan pulls out of the wave and the lightning strikes a tree extreamly close to them. He gets back onto a wave and rides it all the way to shore. They crash into the shore and Ryan lets go of the bar and brings it down quick before the tree in front of him gets struck. Picks her out of the water and drags her to shore while pulling on his flag line keeping the kite from flying back into the air.

He places her in the sand and then runs over to the kite puts a ton of sand on it to prevent it from flying away in this gusty wind and runs over to her. He can see the big huge wound from Zephyrs Throwing knife attack and is worried. He pulls out his phone and scans her. She was at 11% health and still bleeding. Suddenly the ground starts shaking and that demon horn starts to get more louder and the island starts to quake, and the air starts to feel heavy. Ryan runs her over Zephyr and Breanna and notice they are busy fighting shades and ghouls. Ryan runs toward them with her on his back and picks up his sword and drops Liz at Breanna’s feet.

“Heal her please!” Ryan said while showing Breanna her health bar.

“Why should I! She tried to kill me and Zephyr!” She screamed.

“Because we need her on our side. If we are going to survive the night” He told her calmly.
