'Clang!' The sound of the metal collision could be heard in the wide training field of the Mecha training ground. One gray Mecha and black Mecha both proficiently, fight against each other. The view of the two best Mecha drivers in the Empire fighting is the sight most people didn't have the luck to see.

"How are they always like this?" Assistant Kazuha said to his friend beside him.

"Who knows?"

"Whenever they meet they need a fight before they start talking like normal humans would."

"Can we even call them humans? I am sure both are monsters, whatever it is about strength or brain. And beside it is your boss that always nags my boss to have a spar with him."

"Well, I can't say that is not true either. Oh, it looks like their spar is finished."

"Hum, as usual, your boss still can't beat mine."

Assistant Chen said it to his friend while walking toward the two generals that are now out of the Mechas. Beside General, Cornoor stood a handsome and tall man in his thirties. Both General Cornoor and General Oliver are the youngest generals among the six big armies. Also the two strongest persons in the Empire, both being SS level sentinels and ability users.

Oliver has been friends with Cornoor since he was young because the Blue Sea family (Oliver) and the Black Wolf ( Cornoor) are friends with each other. Both of the families are of the biggest families in the Empire, holding the military power and army, which made them live in similar circumstances since birth.

Even though there are friends, they have opposite personalities. General Cornoor was cold and intimidating while General Oliver was a playboy. Oliver had blue eyes and blue hair like everyone else in the Blue Sea family. In this area, the gene sequence of the big families is tightly guarded and with high technology in this area, people born in each family have their full genetic sequence without any flaws. So, in the Capital Planet, every big family is easy to distinguish thanks to their obvious features.

"Ahe, someday I am gonna win against you," Oliver said with a smile on his face.

"Dream on." was the reply of the Cornoor.

"That was harsh," Oliver said with a hand on his heart and a sad fact was that the other three people present here knew it was fake. He almost looked sad that the others did not believe him.

"These things aside, how are you doing? I can see right now that you are fine. But with your ice cube face, we can't be sure." Oliver turns serious after having his share of fun.

"Nothing to worry about. Let's get to the point of today's meeting." Cornoor changes the topics to another.

Oliver realized that, and as the only friend of Cornoor, he can detect that he did not want to talk about this. "Well if that's so. I have prepared a room in advance. Let's go."

"How is the 'HOFE' project going?" Cornoor asks while walking toward the hovercar.

After they finish the meeting, general Cornoor decides to head to the office for the paperwork. On the way out, Cornoor asks Oliver since he is one of the heads of this project.

"The project is going well. Every school's president in Section D, E, and F has been informed and next year, we will be receiving the chosen students for this project."

'HOFE' is a project that was agreed upon just this year. This project can give my bright students from the outer section of the Empire a chance for a bright future. Many outstanding students were buried because they never had a chance to show off their talents. According to their population, every planet in the outer sections would send 30-100 top students from their school, who will be attending the military academies in Main Star. The presidents and teachers are not allowed to tell the students the truth about this as if this project becomes public many rich families would try to buy their way in.

If these kids caught the eyes of the powerful family or army their way to success is a lot easier. Though it would not be easy to catch the eyes of the six armies, if they are rare talents, they would be recruited into the six armies.

"Are you interested in recruiting some new soldiers? I heard that the old pharmacist of the sixth army retired due to his old age and can't work anymore." Oliver asks Cornoor since he specifically asks about this project.

It was known to everyone in the Capital that apart from flirting with beautiful girls and cute boys, general Oliver's favorite activity is teasing his best friend, Cornoor.

"So, do you have a new pharmacist in mind? I heard that the young miss from the Min Family is a really talented pharmacist, beautiful and a kind guide, who is in love with you." Oliver asks Cornoor without giving him the chance to reply with a teasing tone.

"I don't have any in mind. And no, I don't want these weak guides in my army. I have no time for this." Cornoor replied with a cold face, saying that he wasn't joking. He did not say that he was currently debating whether he should contact the 'Healer' or not.

"Aya, are you not even giving her a chance? How long would you stay single bachelor life? Do you know how many girls and boys are waiting for a glance from you?"

Cornoor did not reply to this. Assistant Chen looks at his boss, feeling distressed. His boss was cold from the start, but he was not this cold. He would agree to try matching the rate with the dates the boss's mother set up if she wants him to. Though they were not successful, the only one who matched the general was a young guide and his matching rate was only 3.0%, which was pitiful. But ever since the general returned from the battle this time and his mental riot has calmed down, he won't even go on blind dates anymore.

Assistant Chen did not know what happened but he kind of had a feeling that the general had a big secret, but it was not his place to interfere. His duty was to serve the general and carry out the orders given. Speaking of the order-

"Sir, we received a message from the V.R world system that someone had broken your record in the zergs' zone." Assistant Chen asks the General when he sat in the hovercar. The hovercar starts driving in the automatic mode, flying in the air steadily and fast.

"Which Level?"

"Level-3, single player. Water ability." His boss looked surprised for a second after hearing the information but it could not be true. Nothing could surprise the general.

"Would you like to check this person?"

"Send it to me." It was all needed and the general's light brain received a message. The field continuing the information about the 'Wanderer' was sent to the General. Looking at the field, the general had a neutral face which made it impossible to detect any emotion on his face.

"Send someone to contact him and gather more information about him." The general gave his order.

'Yap, this was the style of the general. He wants to know everything about a person before recruiting or contacting them' Assistant Chen though.

At the same time, Shen Li was having trouble because many people had been waiting in groups in turns, leaving no time for him to sneak into the zergs' zone. Thankfully, after the test, the next two days are holidays. So, he came back into the V.R world for some training and to absorb water energy power. After that, he wanted to test his abilities' improvement in the zergs' zone but he was met with this sight.

"Seriously? Do these people have to wait like this with camps in front of this area?" Shen Li was speechless.

"Thankfully, my cave is far away and it would be impossible to find its location without the wood or plant power. So, it is still safe."

Having no other choice, Shen Li searched for something else to do and the spiritual training ground he had learned when he first came into this V.R world, came into his mind. He wondered if he could use this training ground for training his mental ability. His ability had always been strange. Using mind power energy stones had no use on him, and only after hours of meditation, he would feel some difference in his mind power. Even then, he was never able to upgrade it, but it did not affect his spiritual balance.

"It's worth a shot. It does not seem like I would lose anything and I still need to train my abilities before challenging level-2 anyway."

So, Shen Li teleported to the spiritual training ground area, leaving the groups camping outside the zergs' zone in hope of meeting him behind. If these people knew it, they would probably cough out blood in irritation.
