It's not everyday that you say fuck it. I mean this literally, it's not everyday that YOU say fuck it. I do, it's just a part of my nature. I remember when I was a little boy, and I had all the fucks to give. Then I got older and my fucks slowly dwindled with the loss of my innocence. I started to have only fucks for the necessities and friends. Soon I only had fucks for the necessities, and now, I have no fucks left. I want to give a fuck, I really do. But sadly, giving a fuck just isn't in my nature anymore.
That last statement isn't entirely true, there are some things everyone gives a fuck about. Some give a fuck about personal justice. Most give a fuck about living a happy fulfilling life. Everyone gives a fuck about something, but some give a disproportionately smaller amount of fucks. I'm in that last category. I find myself not giving a fuck about the small things these days. During my short imprisonment, I haven't bothered to give a fuck about most things.
There was an initial flash of hatred at Vekel when I first arrived, but that is slowly dying down. I initially wanted nothing more than freedom, but the more I try, the more futile it appears to be. In conclusion, I've pretty much given up. Sure I'm going to keep trying to experiment, testing out new and exciting varieties of escape plans. However, that's mainly something to fill the void and pass the time. I honestly, couldn't care less about escape at this point.
You know what, fuck all that. I'm getting out of this shit-hole. I'm going to master this fire magic bullshit and I'm going to beat the shit out of Ol Vekel. That shady looking fuck is going to need a nut transplant by the time I'm done with him. Time to quit moping around and get this shit taken care of. First off, I better look at my stats and see how much progress I've made over the past couple days.

Alright, I haven't really increased my mana output alot, but my mana manipulation has gone up a fair bit. Fire affinity has quadrupled, so that's a good sign. I guess I'll stick with my original plan and master fire magic to the point where I can blast through this damn door. Precision is key, once I can master my flame magic to the point where I can cut the damn hinges off this door, all I need to do is step out of the way and let er rip. Great, plan is made, now it's time to actually follow through, back to the boring bit.
After I make mana crystals and imbue them for a bit, while stashing one away for myself and hiding it in my new pillow (that needle and thread came in handy). I should practice water magic again. But first, I'm getting a big ol drink and washing my unmentionables. Alright, time to get down to brass tacks.
First I take a bit of water in my hands and try to infuse mana into it that way. *SSSSSSSS* And it goes up in steam, again. Guess I'll try to surround the water in mana this time. At least if it turns into steam this time, I'll be able to keep it contained. I slowly create a bubble of mana around a bit of water I have in my hand. Hmm, that's interesting. It appears everywhere the the outside of the bubble touches immediately turns to steam. However, everything inside the bubble is the same as always. Next I try compressing the bubble of mana. The water has an interesting reaction to this. It appears as though I can compress the water, though I don't think is what I'm looking for. Compressing water doesn't seem all that useful.

Well, fuck it. I've made quite a bit of progress for today. As long as I can stay motivated I'll be able to able to get out of this cell. I'm already fantasizing about burning that fuck-heads face off. Sell out a stranger for what I presume is a shit ton of money. Despicable, err, well, I might have done the same thing. But this time it's personal dammit, yeah, that sounds cool. Anyway, time for sleep.
