Eshaal was getting ready for Lydia's engagement. She looked at herself in the mirror. Eshaal was wearing a blue dress. She brushed her silky brown hair one last time and hurriedly wore her silver heels.
Ash was busy so he told Eshaal that he will send a driver but Eshaal refused. Its not like she can't anywhere alone at all. So she borrowed her friend's car for one day.
Eshaal parked the car outside the hotel and went in. She was a little nervous. There were many people laughing and chatting. As Eshaal was looking for someone familiar in the crowd, she saw Sarah waving at her.
"You look so pretty." Sarah complimented her the moment she approached her.
"Thank you. You looking really pretty too." Eshaal smiled.
"Really? Ash said I look like a carrot." Sarah pointed at her her Orange dress and pouted.
"He must be joking. You are looking very beautiful and your dress is also very beautiful." Eshaal couldn't help but smile.
"You are right. He is an idiot." Sarah said.
Eshaal was speechless.
Later Sarah introduced Eshaal to her friends. She chatted with them for a while before asking about Mr and Mrs Graham.
"Oh, I completely forgot. Dad was also asking me before if you were coming or not." Sarah said and took her to meet Mr Graham.
"Hello Eshaal." Mrs Graham hugged her.
"Hello." Eshaal said.
"How are you Eshaal. I thought you would alteast call me." Mr Graham said.
"I am fine. I thought you would be busy." Eshaal was a little embarrassed.
"You can call me whenever you want." Mr Graham patted her head.
"You did not even came to our house again. Do you need us to invite you?" Mrs Graham said.

"It's not like this."
"Then come to meet us more often. Think of us as your family. Ok?" Mrs Graham smiled.
"Ok." Eshaal nodded her head. She was deeply moved by their words.
Eshaal also met Lydia. Lydia introduced her fiance to Eshaal. Lydia looked really happy with her fiance Alex.
"Thank you for coming." Lydia said holding Alex's arm.
Eshaal shook her head and smiled. "Thank you for inviting me."
"Where is Ash?" Sarah asked Lydia.
"I saw him with Nina." Lydia said.
"Don't tell me they started dating again." Sarah said with a displeased look on her face.
"Why are you so displeased?" Lydia asked.
"I don't like her. There is no way she is being serious with Ash."
"Ash is not stupid. He knows her better than you and me." Lydia said.
Eshaal was listening to them silently. She did not saw for once since she came here today. Maybe he is trying to avoid me on purpose, she thought.
"Hey, Esha." Someone called Eshaal. She looked behind to see who was calling her in such a friendly manner.
"I am so sorry. I was really busy so I couldn't come to pick you today." Ash approached her with a bright smile on his face.
Eshaal looked at Ash. He was wearing a black suit with his hair perfectly styled. It was the first time she saw Ash wearing anything else than jeans and hoodie.
"Hello." Eshaal said.
"You are not mad at me, are you?" Ash looked into her eyes.
Eshaal almost fainted hearing his affectionate tone.

The Legend of Ghost
This is a quick novella origin story to one of fan-favorite characters in the ZERO universe, Sam Dobbs, a.k.a. Slade Gardner, a.k.a. the Ghost. I wrote it for current ZERO series fans, after many insistent, fervent, teary-eyed demands. Still, I think it pretty much works as a stand-alone, so I'll post it here. (He gets the name Ghost later, not as part of this story...this is just the why he decided to do what he did, being slightly insane and all.) Lots of easter eggs for current fans. 15k words total, chapters will be approx. 2.5k each. Oh, and if you get turned off by crazy, hyperintelligent antisocials being crazy, hyperintelligent antisocials, this isn't the story for you. ;)

The Legacy of Eloria
In the world of Aluvriel, legend speaks of the grand city of Eloria that was once lost to the darkness. It was said to contain relics of a lost age that could change reality itself. Many brave souls have searched for Eloria and the wealth, power, and glory that would come with its discovery. After six centuries, Eloria is finally found. However, one thing that the legends never mentioned was the terrible danger lurking within. What will happen when things that were lost are once again brought into the light? These discoveries could be for the good of all, or they could doom the world to eternal ruin. --- Updates will be irregular. Between working a full-time job and attending a full helping of college classes I don't have a lot of time to update. My story will have multiple view point characters. Don't be surprised when view points change, even from the very beginning.
